I go to this TOGO’s often during lunch. I usually call in my order ahead of time and wait in the pick up line. Food is always delicious and they make the order very quickly. I like this option because during lunch time, the lines get pretty long. Food is usually ready 10 minutes after I call, and I never had to wait for my meal to be made. Staff is always nice! The tables inside and outside are clean. If the weather is nice, I like to enjoy sitting on the outside patio.

WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! Went to this location today and the workers were ignoring us when we came in. After standing there for over 5 minutes, one of the workers finally acknowledged us. We ordered the daily deal &1 large tuna sandwich. The worker named Mary took over 10 minutes to make the two sandwiches and they turned out terrible. She must have seen how the sandwiches turned out but still wrapped them up and charged us for those sandwiches! They came out burnt and so disgustingly messy we did not even want to eat it. We went back to the counter to get a refund but the workers were ignoring us again. We had to throw everything away and just walked out of there! Wasted $ 13.05 and half an hour for those inedible sandwiches! Togo’s needs to seriously do something to correct this.

Great quality for low prices. Always have a great experience at any Togo’s I go to. This place is no different. Great selection you would expect and high quality ingredients that make for tasty sandwiches. Most of the time, the 6-inch sandwiches were too much, so now I switched to the mini sandwiches and they’re perfect. Place is also close to my house so that makes it very convenient.

Price range under $ 10 is right, barely under $ 10. Ordered a regular #9 came to $ 9.75. I think i’m going to find a new sandwich place. Adiós Togo’s

This Togos is ok but not stellar. Very friendly staff most of the time. You’d better not be in a hurry though on a busy weekday lunch. Although the line typically stays flowing, it can be some 15 – 20 mins before you get to the the front of it on busy days. Also, today, I ordered a California Club(after changing my mind once to be fair) and I remembered telling her at least twice that I wanted everything on it. Did not take too long to make it and I was in and out relatively quickly on a Friday at lunchtime, so that was good. However, when I got back to work, I noticed the sandwich was a bit small(not the size of a regular). I also noticed she had not put any avocado on it(I wanted everything on it and it comes with Avo!) Ugh. I’ve also gotten my requests wrong in the past at this location.

This place is always empty due to the off-putting personalities of employees like Dayana and Mara(so awful I took note of their names.) The first time I went there it was half an hour before they were supposed to close, they actually refused to make me anything hot because they decided they wanted to start closing up before they were actually closed, so I walked out. I made the mistake of returning… There was no excuse this time, it was hours before closing, they just did not want to deal with customers I guess. Dayana made my sandwich(comically slow) while shooting irritated looks back and forth with Mara. At one point while making the sandwich Dayana gestured a gun to her own head RIGHTINFRONTOFME! I wanted to dine in, ended up dining in my car, never going back.

The sandwiches are great but I called in my order and they said 15 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later and they hadn’t made my sandwiches yet.

This Togo’s location is awesome. I’ve been eating Togo’s sandwiches since the late 1970’s and this particular location is right up there at the top as far as service and food quality. Always fresh and delicious too. Seems that they eliminated the #16 from the menu for some reason which seems odd to me because I always felt that the Italian was one of their most popular sandwiches like the cold roast beef. Anyway, I have to give this place a SOLID«10» on the scale. Kudos to the management/owner!

A Favorite sandwich shop but the Hot Pastrami is awesome I just wish they would open a store in Hawaii but since they don’t every time I get to the Bay Area it’s on my list of places to dine while here

Love this location! Staff is always friendly(I think they know me by now since I’m always in here haha). I try and call my order in to save time and not have to wait in line, but if I go last minute they are typically pretty quick. Sometimes you get lucky and someone is training lol but they are typically great about communicating wait times to the line and always thank you for waiting and stuff. I’ve always had nice encounters in this Togos and with my order. They even gave my husband extra crackers for me when I was sick and sent him in for some broccoli cheddar soup, which I thought was super sweet. They sent him home with a LOT of crackers!

I grew up local so Togo’s has always been great, IMO. Miles and MILES above Subway. This past weekend we needed a quick lunch white doing some work around the house and decided to use their online ordering system to pickup three sandwiches. Couldn’t have been easier. Placed the order through the website, walked over in about 20 min and everything was ready. Easy. no mistakes. and as fresh & tasty as they’ve ever been. I remain a fan.

Rude employees. Two stars because my sandwich was decent. A shame because I love Togo’s and it’s the closest one to my home.

I love this location! I always have such a pleasant experience when I come here. I was craving some Togo’s yesterday afternoon, and when I walked in I noticed there was a bit of a line, but to my surprise the line moved very quickly and I was helped within a couple of minutes. I noticed all of the sandwich makers were really nice and were greeting people as they came in, even though they were busy. That impressed me because it’s always nice to feel acknowledged when entering a business. Anyway, I was helped by Yolanda who made my sandwich perfectly! She was so nice and made sure I got exactly what I asked for.(#11 roast beef and avocado with cheese and chipotle mayo YUM!)

It is one if these time when you get to a place and everything isn’t right and it just keeps getting worse and worse. The place is operated by these three kids I bet their oldest is 17 and I have nothing against that but you I ordered two sandwiches they forgot to toast them and they put them in a paper bag an they were like«ok bye bye» I said I told u it is for here so can I get them for here? It was one of these awful places that I would never visit again. Terrible sandwiches.

My newest Togos for my evening Salad fix. Unlike the now defunct location on the Alameda, the product is decent quality and so is the service. For a basic sandwhich good enough to pass mustard!

This place is generally decent if a bit on the slow side. I hadn’t been to a Togo’s since my teens, thus I really didn’t remember the inexpensive sandwich-ness that was Togos. They were essentially Subway before Subway was famous. My sandwich was tasty, though with the juice from the pastrami and the mayo it literally slipped right out of the bun. Annoying but workable. They seem to pack their sandwiches with more meat than Subway and for around the same price so I didn’t really mind that much. Oh Togos, I have missed you so!

Nothing bad about this togos. They keep it pretty clean, the staff is quick and friendly, I enjoy sandwiches. They know how to make a Italian Chopped salad even though it is no longer on the menu.
