Subway

This Subway has some of the best service I’ve ever received.
We hadn’t realized it was closed when we walked in, but the cashier didn’t mind at all and gathered us into a conversation as he created our sandwich.
I asked for triple meat, I got triple meat, and with a big smile. Suffice it to say, he got a nice tip for staying open for us: D
We loved our sandwich and I have enjoyed coming back a few times because it’s so centralized. I’d definitely come back to this location, and enjoy doing so regularly: D

I feel a little funny reviewing a giant chain like Subway, because they’re basically all the same, and so you really have no use for this review of mine. Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s go ahead and finish wasting our time.
This one is mostly just like all the others, with only one noticeable exception. It’s really hot in there! They’ve got ceiling fans going, but it feels like they’re just blowing hot air down on you. Weird.
Other than that, though, it’s normal. Service is fine, food is… like it always is. So if you like Subway, you’ll be fine. Just wear shorts.
I will say that there aren’t a ton of affordable places to eat in downtown Willow Glen, so when I’m in the neighborhood I’m pretty much forced to bounce between Subway and Pizza My Heart, down the street.
