Mckayla is amazing! Just switched from a different location out of state so it’s always hard trusting someone new but she did an amazing job! So glad I already found someone to stick with. The front staff was very nice as well.

Nicole is AWESOME! I get a Brazilian by her and it is always perfect. She makes sure to get you good. Never any strays. Definitely go see her! I’ve also used their products and they seem to be helping with some skin issues I have. Go check this place out! Either book online or call!

Hey ladies I noticed a lot of y’all pointed out that the estheticians do not leave the room. I know it’s weird but don’t fret! I was one of the girls that opened this store and worked front desk. The girls are taught to stay in the room reason being is so that the wax is never left unattended and no one touches anything which in turn keeps everything Sanitized for you. So the training is, while you undress, she will turn her back and stir the wax… hope this helps

I’ve used this place for a few months now and have nothing but great things to say! Every time I come in I make sure to request Nicole, she is absolutely great! She is really friendly and personable but still very professional. I have had her do my brazillian wax several times and she always does an amazing job! It is clear that hygiene and customer satisfaction are a top priority for her as well as the other staff I have encountered. I have referred several family members and close friends and will definitely be a long time customer myself!

I LOVED my services from Nicole at the European Wax Spa off 1604 and Bandera! She loves what she does! I automatically felt comfortable and trusting with my eye brows and Brazilian in her hands. She respected my time and was so knowledgeable about my spa services. She even recommended products that could help after the fact and I left with some samples! Above and beyond great customer service! I will definitely be going back and asking for her again! Thank you so much EWS!

I got a Brazilian here from marilou and she did such a fantastic job! The lady at the front desk was very kind. Customer service was great. The wax was quick and easy. Marilou made me feel very comfortable even though it was my first time! Even though she didn’t leave the room while I got undressed (which, what would be the point anyway when she’s basically going to see inside of you in a few minutes) she was facing her station to prep and that helped the comfort level 100%. We talked through the entire service and she recommended products at the end for my skin. I left with samples and I am DEFINITELY going back. Don’t let a few bad reviews keep you from going!

I’m a regular at European wax center but today was the first time at this location. There were two people at the front desk and was checked in by one but wasn’t so much as looked at by the other person at the front desk. Not a big deal to some but I am also in customer service so I noticed the lack of courtesy however I can look passed that. I cannot however look passed the wax. Very quick face wax and the technique was very unorganized. My eyebrows still needed a lot of work when I got home. Not the worst experience but certainly not the best.

I’m still in the lobby but honestly the most magical wax could not turn this around.
I was early for my 11am appointment. Two people walked in after me and have been seen. I have not. Must be a ginger thing…
Nope. It was rushed, messy and even though my specialist was very sweet, I couldn’t go back there. Better go home and clean myself up. Plenty of hair left behind I guess I’ll tweeze. I will certainly be going back to WtC at Stone Oak. I’m not mad, I’m disappointed.

Ok so I usually get my brow done at the random nail places where I live but I wanted an expert so I decided to try this place. The girl at the front desk was super friendly and knowledgable. I went to the back and the girl that waxed my brows was nice as well, then colored them in. They looked amazing. I love this place.

I have been getting waxes for a couple of years now. But I stopped for a year after my daughter was born. I was worried it would be a horrifying experience but it was ok. I went first thing in the morning. Something weird was the technician didn’t step out while I undressed. I know she’s gonna see it ALL anyway but I thought that was unusual. The tech didn’t have the best technique she pulled very slow, but did it in small chunks so it wasn’t so bad. First wax is half off and they have all sorts of packages. I will give this place another shot with a different tech.
