The staff is SOOOO nice and extremely helpful. Twin Liquors also has really good deals from time to time such as the dollar sale.

Love this place! Great staff with thoughtful recommendations. They have a huge assortment, sure to find something to please.

I would actually give this establishment zero stars but I am unable to. This is the third instance where I was not greeted at the door, but met with rude arrogance. We have come to this store as it is the closest liquor store to us with such a large selection, however, the counter help is less than accommodating and I find now that I’d rather drive than deal with the «I’m doing you a favor» attitude. My first rude encounter occurred when picking up a selection of scotch that was ordered. Second was on asking for a certain wine. It was like pulling teeth. Just now and thirdly, I was running in to grab some bottles of wine. As I arrived at checkout, I was greeted by «I don’t mean to sound like a dick, but I need to ask for his ID. Texas law.» First off, you sound like a dick by telling me you don’t mean to sound like one and second my over 30 husband has nothing to do with my purchase. By the way, he was in the vehicle waiting for me in front of the store. If he was parked clear across the parking lot where you couldn’t see him and I walked in, I would’ve purchased no problem like many times before. I know this is long but I’m floored how rude this guy can be to his patrons who drop quite a bit in his store. I will never shop there again and suggest that Helotes run this place out of our family-​friendly home.

If I lived in San Antonio, and wanted to throw a party, this would be where I buy my alcohol. The prices were reasonable if you were just to buy one bottle, and they’re amazing if you’re going to buy two.
Pros:

— 15% off 6+ bottles of wine
— Discounts on 2+ of the same bottle of liquor
Cons:
— Some things can be bought cheaper if you’re only buying one bottle.

Checked out this gem for the first time today. It’s a very interesting concept — buy 2+ bottles of whatever and save.
The prices on the alcohol here are competitively priced and the selection is reasonable for the space allotted. You will have no problem finding your party favorites — Jäger, Goose, Kraken, Bacardi, Jose, Patron, whatever. It’s all there.
Buy one and the price is OK. Not too cheap, but not expensive (you might be able to find better deals elsewhere if buying single bottles).
The magic happens when you buy more than one. For some items, they knock off 6 bucks off the single bottle price so buying 2 can save you 12 bucks!
There is a 15% discount on wine if 6 or more bottles (mix n match) are bought.
It’s definitely a place that I’m sure UTSA undergrads will hit up for the parties, but it’s also a decent place to find some wines that may not be present at the HEB plus next door.
You should check it out if you pass by.
