Second time getting my brows done at the Benefit Brow Bar at Macy’s and have nothing but «amazing» things to say.
1) The stylist Suzzane takes her time and really strives to understand the look you want and are trying to achieve for your brows.
2) Customer service is amazing. I arrived early last time and was seen early as well. All of the staff was very friendly!
3) The service is done in Macy’s and there is easy access to La Cantera so you can continue your shopping after your brows are done.
I highly recommend this place! Personally I will be going back for a long time, already booked my next appt for April.

Came here for a brow wax because I’ve been to the one at Ingram Park mall in the past and they did an outstanding job mapping out my arch and waxing, giving me the perfect brow. Its been over a month since I’ve had any eyebrow services done. Stephanie did mine here at La Cantera and I left unsatisfied. I have no shape or arch to my eyebrow at all. I still have hair that is still growing in from the last time I was threaded all over the place. $ 21 for someone to play in my face for 10 minutes!!! NEVER EVER coming back…
