We had a phenomenal waiter in the bar area and the food was ready very quickly! Another past server noticed us and took the time to say hi and see how we were. :-)

Our server was very nice but the wait on drinks and food was terrible. I was with a group of 4 people and when we ordered a drink it didn’t come to us for about 15 min and the place wasn’t even busy. It took about 30 min for just the appetizer to come out and when it did they burned the spinach dip and had to re due it which took an extra 15 min until that came out. My friends meal was cold and My California chicken club sandwich was burned as well. The bread was toasted completely black even the server begged to take it back to the kitchen. This was definitely not a location I would like to go back to

BJs beer is always great! Service was very good. Had the Bison BBQ burger lunch portion the burger was too dry… def not going to order again. Asked for sautéed calamari which the Chef attempted but was blah!

Great place. The take-out section of the restaurant is very well used. On this particular night there were 5 people waiting for there to-go orders. The young lady working the counter was very friendly and did not show any signs of being overwhelmed. I don’t beleive I have ever expereiced bad service at this location. Which is why we keep coming back!

I have given BJ’s chance after chance, and I won’t be back. I was recently there on Monday, February 1st with a party of 20 or so at 2:00 in the afternoon for a farewell luncheon for three of my husband’s coworkers. We were some of the first there. I ordered a rootbeer and the ahi tuna salad at 2:05. The root beer came out quickly enough, but it was pretty flat and had little carbonation. It was the first time I had it, so I’m not sure if that was normal. I had only one since I didn’t want a refill. A 2:45 I asked how much longer my salad would be. That’s 40 full minutes after ordering an entrée that’s barely cooked — the tuna is barely seared — and the rest is lettuce. Seriously? On a slow Monday afternoon it takes longer than 40 minutes to get a salad out? When it finally came, I had to scarf it down since I needed to leave at 3:00. I got more than half way through it before I noticed that the avocado was left out. I couldn’t find our waitress to say anything, so I ate it and left my husband there to pay the tab. The service was slow. The food took much too long. And when it did come, it wasn’t even made correctly. Time after time that I’ve been there, the food has sucked and the service has been mediocre. I cannot for the life of me understand why my friends like this place and keep suggesting we go here.

The hubs and I ate at BJ’s this evening as we received a gift card for them! We were acknowledged right away by the smiling hostess and seated promptly at a table, which we requested versus a booth. Our server was Vanessa A. She was very friendly and she brought our drinks promptly. We ordered the Crisp Potato Skins for our appetizer. There were very crispy and flavorful! The portion was more than enough for 2 people! I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with white cheddar mashed potatoes and steamed veggies! Hubs had Parmesan Crusted Chicken with the white cheddar mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli! The meals were delivered in a very timely manner and we both agreed; DELICIOUS! Hubs had two glasses of BJ’s own Oktoberfest brew, which he really enjoyed. He would have had a 3rd but, he was driving! Afterward we ordered the Salted Caramel Pizookie To Go! We just finished it. Boy oh boy! A white chocolate chip caramel cookie topped with cinnamon ice cream, drizzled with salted caramel and topped with teeny tiny chocolate chips! Mmmmmmm! So decadent! Thanks BJ’s! We will definitely visit again!!!

The almost 2 hour wait was ridiculous, them seating parties bigger than us, when we arrived before them, was ridiculous, but… The food was great, the calamari was a bit disappointing, however, the fried artichokes, were amazing! I had the Double Deluxe, sans cheese… I got my delicious looking burger, but, it had cheese, so they prepared a new one for me. Once my party of 7 was almost finished eating, my burger arrived… it was good, but looked hastily made. Nonetheless, I ate it and enjoyed it’s tongue titillating tastes. Overall, bad beginning, great finish!

I ordered online ribs and double mashed potatoes. Picked up the food and get home to eat it. The ribs were dry, the mashed potatoes were lumpy and hard. I think it would have been much better had I actually dined in as opposed to ordering out because for sure I know they wouldn’t put what they gave me on a plate of a customer dining in. 3 stars because the guy who brought the order out was nice.

Came here yesterday with the pops for a quick lunch and were quickly seated. Given menus and time to order. We decided on spinach artichoke dip, raviolis, and a deep dish pizza. Our waitress was friendly and prompt bringing out drinks and refills, while the bjs team was quick to bring out our dip. The artichoke dip wasn’t bad, wasn’t amazing, but could have been better with maybe some bread instead of the tortilla chips that are provided. Our entrees came out quickly and I asked for one of they’re specialty root beers with my meal. Unfortunately for me, it wasn’t working, so I had to settle for a cream soda, and was ever so disappointed. Onto the food, the raviolis were more like a lasagna bake that was not good. Too much cheese to cover up too little flavor, however the garlic bread was delicious, maybe they should have used these for the dip? On to my deep dish pizza, it was kinda warm, but not hot, eerie because it supposedly just came out of the oven? It was also not bad, but will not be ordered again by me. I like their regular crust pizza better. All in all, it was a bad experience at a place I have enjoyed before, so hopefully next visit will bring better eats.

Waitress was pleasant and somewhat knowledgeable regarding the kitchen preparation of the food. Started with the artichoke dip. It came to the table piping hot and creamy, very good. Had ravioli for entrée, it was piled high with cheese so you had to dig to get to the ravioli. It was more like eating a thick lasagna. Flavor was not good. It is way over priced. I will only eat here again if I am getting the bison burger. Service was top notch

Where to start? Service and food was awesome. We started with potato skins and mushrooms. Then the California Flatbread. Ended with a trio of desserts. Cookies and cream, salted caramel and white chocolate macadamia. Yummy! Service and food was perfect. Prices were great. Awesome menu variety. This was our first time and we will definitely be back! New fav! Don’t forget to download the app to save money and earn points! ! We say at the bar and had an awesome experience.

Delicious food, pleasant clean atmosphere, & the salads are to die for. That’s what sold me, salads are big in portion and looks fresh. Extremely flavorful food and drinks. This is my mom and Is go to spot.

I’m going to steal another line from Jerry Seinfeld and mention that no member of the wait staff should shake your hand when you sit down at their table. Anyone who is handling food shouldn’t be touching patrons as they enter for a meal. The restaurant itself is exactly what one would expect at a casual chain brew pub. The dining area is massive and the bar seemed even bigger. Good thing they had ample parking to fit all of the patrons that can eat at this location. This was a good thing because the place was packed during my most recent trip here. There were a few items labeled«new» on the menu and I went with the bacon guacamole deluxe burger($ 11). It was an extremely large amount of food for such a low price. The bun was probably the best part of the burger as it was buttery and grilled so it had crispy edges. The guacamole really overpowered the burger because there was more guacamole than any other ingredient. I did like the jalapenos used to spice it up though. Diners also get the option of thin cut fries or potato wedges with seasoning. They both sounded good and the thin cut fries were good enough. The wait staff seemed really busy and managed to forget about our table a lot. We ended up sitting after our meal for about 30 minutes when the bill was dropped off. I understand they were busy, but I watched a lot of them not being able to multitask. They would get distracted and walk right by a lot of the times. Overall, this place is a good casual option for a cheaper bite to eat. I want to try the beer as it sounds very good but it was a little pricey. I will definitely go back but this place won’t be anything I get excited for.

Maybe I’m biased, but this BJ’s has a great waitstaff lineup. Every visit(and I visit often) kicks off well because of prompt, energetic & friendly service. During peak hours, however, expect to wait no less than 30 minutes to first be seated. I’ve yet to experience one bad or disappointing beer/wine at BJ’s, and on that note their drink selection is very large. Of equal size is their menu… an abundance to choose from… something for everyone’s taste. And trust me when I say: NONE of their food offerings are weak! Moreover, portion sizes are more than satisfactory and prices far more than justified! BJ’s atmosphere is casually upscale, lack of seating choices never an issue. Televisions are plenty and the crowd usually lively. Ultimately, whether for an intimate date or a daily bar hang or that dinner party of 12, this place is versatile enough to fit the bill without qualm. Rating specifics(i.e. 1 – 5, low-high)… Overall recommendation = 5; Food taste and quality = 5; Portion size = 4.5; Price = 4; Restaurant atmosphere = 5; General service = 5; Waitstaff amiability = 5; Location and/or first impression = 5.

Waited at the bar for my food to go, the woman at the queue used the excuse«It got busy» mind that it was almost 11 pm and my food was cold when I got home! My fist experience there was great, just upsets me that she had the audacity to lie.

We ordered a deep dish pizza(too bready for me), Cajun pasta(does not taste Cajun at all… much more tomato base than Cajun flavor), cease salads(tasted great), and the«Best Begginings» appetizer combo(good except the avocado rolls. I was expecting avocado rolls like the ones on the picture on the menu. Instead they are fat rolls of guacamole scooped in there.) The pizookis were good as always. I gave an extra star because the manager noticed that our food took a while to come out and took it upon herself to give us a discount. So that was nice of her.

After our«after» Christmas shopping we stopped at our neighborhood BJ’s. BJ’s you let me down and I fell hard! I always bragged about your consistency in food flavor, presentation and price. My husband and I ordered the fish/shrimp taco plate; we asked for no onion. Tortilla’s were cold and hard and flavorless and my shrimp taco had onions in the taco. As faithful patrons I was extremely dissatisfied with my food! My step daughter ordered the lasagna and said it was just ok and that she would not order this again. From a 1 – 5; 5 being the best, she gave your dish a 3. Ravioli was not seasoned in her opinion and there was too much ricotta in the dish that was clumped together. We will give you another try and hope they our dining experience will improve ~

Definitely get the beer, cocktails, fish tacos, and burgers. The wait staff at this Brewhouse is awesome! They are so welcoming and attentive — they are definitely a huge part of the nice, relaxing atmosphere here. Unfortunately, My hubby and I tried the pizza and mahi mahi entrée tonight, and we were disappointed. This is a beer, cocktails, fish taco, & burger spot. We should not have ventured off what we knew was good here, but we got curious… the kitty died.

I had never heard of this place before moving to Texas but I’m glad we gave it a try! Our server was terrible at her job but a sweet little girl. She never checked on us forgot simple things like our drinks and dessert but was courteous. Lord I hope this child stays in school because she ain’t cut out for the restaurant biz. The restaurant itself looks very high end but at a Ruby Tuesday or Chili’s price. We ate dinner and dessert for under 30 bucks for two people. We don’t drink beer but there are tons of beer options and they have sports playing on the TV’s so this would be an ideal spot to watch a game. Hubby and I ordered the deep dish bacon ranch pizza with no onion and the berry cobbler for dessert. The 14″ pizza is a good size and thickness, more than enough for two people to share. The crust taste very similar to a pan Pizza Hut crust but less greasy. I am from the south not Southwest and we love cobbler. I have to say I was impressed by theirs! It was the best part of our dinner. They have a pretty cool rewards system set up where if you download their app you can order your dine in or carry out meal ahead of time and tell them when you will be there. You can also do call ahead seating from this app and pay for your meal. If you pay with the app you get five bucks off your meal. It is pretty neat I have never seen a rewards app like it. Each dollar you spend is worth one point and your points are used towards free food or money off your bill.
