Above average Wendy’s with fast, efficient service, large parking lot with extra spaces in back of the building, and I think the dining room is open until 11pm. The drive thru is open until 2am or 3am, a good option in North Quincy, considering Quincy rolls up the sidewalk early. Most of the staff are Chinese as North Quincy is heavily Chinese but the counter staff speak decent English. Typical Wendy’s menu. Soda machine, as in most if not all Wendy’s with over 2 dozen choices of soda. I order the fries with no salt as that forces them to make a fresh batch. There is also a newer Wendy’s on Southern Artery near Quincy center that I have not tried yet. Prices are standard Wendy’s prices.

I pull up in the drive through and my order is taken quickly, but then I pull up to the window and I am not even talked to, told my total, asked for payment for over a minute, I am about to pull off when someone finally hands me my order and asks for payment. I get home, and my fries are old and soggy and my tea tastes like coffee. I am never visiting this Wendy’s again

I’ve been coming here for years, but have never wrote a post about it-until now. In my opinion, their fries are the best in the area. It is your typical fast food place. The workers are very fast and consistent. They get the job done really quickly and accurately. I’ve been coming here for YEARS, and never have they once messed up my order, which is something I feel like should be acknowledged. The drive thru slope is the worst part. It’s an awkward slope and it’s nail biting. Other than that, it’s great. Parking is average. They have about 20 – 25 spots, and it’s your regular parking lot.

Top of the line Wendy’s. This rating based on your typical fast food places. It’s definitely a 5⁄5 for what it is. I’ve been here more times than one should ever go to a fast food place in his or her life. Think closer to 100 than 0. This Wendy’s has screwed up my order no more than twice. The big burgers they double wrap so you don’t have grease pouring out of your packaging. The fries are always crisp and hot, which cannot be said for many other Wendy’s. The drive-through is always fast and efficient.

In a pinch it’s alright. Every time I order the cashew chicken salad there are NO cashews though. I keep forgetting to ask for them, but since cashew is in the name, should I have to ask? Other locations give them without asking(sometimes). When the craving comes, I will obey and stop in(maybe a different location though), but not my favorite. Awkward drive through on a little slope, not a fan.

Ordered quarter pounder combo meal and iced decaf with cream only at drive-up window yesterday around 4. First I was handed a hot coffee. Handed it back when I felt the heat and said I ordered iced, cream only. Waitress discussed it with another employee and returned with a new beverage. Again hot. Again I said iced. She took it back again, another employee questioned me then returned with an iced beverage. I then asked for a straw. Finally I drove off and about 1 traffic light away that this was not coffee but some sort of sweet semi-chilled mocha beverage. Undrinkable for me. Then bit into quarter pounder. Room temperature. Agh! Last trip for me to Wendy’s. Ought to have English speakers deserving drive-up!!!

Good enough. Not specific to this location, but Wendy’s of course has chili and Frostie’s, which the others do not. Southern Artery Wendy’s is history, so if you want to get your Wendy’s on in this area, this is it.

This Wendy’s is 50/50…tonight it was great… other nights not so much. But like I said… tonight was bomb. Also, remember that this is in comparison to other Wendy’s & fast food spots.

Again, Another place for my son to get Nuggets… Stopped in last night &FINALLY Wendys has Apple Juice, I was soo happy for this & for that they get 3 stars… They are usually busy & that makes them somtimes slow, but its still fast food, you know what you are going to get & Last night I got 2 toys(the under 3 one — that I had to ask for) and the regular toy that came in the bag… Im just soo happy about the Apple Juice, because if you frequent Kids Meals you would know a Juice Box is the best addition to the meal… I hate ordering him a Soda!

Love this wendys. Drive through is LIGHTNINGFAST. Haven’t been inside. Basically you pay and they throw your food at you instantaneously. ALWAYS have hot fries. WAY better than the other Wendys in Quincy! Also stays open every night till 2am and 3am on the weekends

you know what separates this Wendy’s from the others? The employees are either ambivalent high school juniors, older chinese ladies or some thuggish looking person. but you know what? my spicy chicken sandwich combo still comes out hot and delicious so I don’t care.

The service here can be a little slow, and last night the drive thru staff had trouble finding the stamp they needed for my «Buy 5 get one free» salad card, but the tasty food is worth it. I’ve gotten food from this Wendy’s for dinner 2 times this week. I agree with previous reviews that you have to remember to ask for the condiments though, or you wont get any. I got a nice surprise on the packaging of the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad last night: an offer of a $ 5 gift certificate if I took a survey for Wendy’s on their food. It took about 10 minutes online, and I’ll have my $ 5 gift certificate mailed to me within 6 weeks. It’s been years since I lived/worked so close to a Wendy’s and my husband and I are quite glad to have one nearby again.

Slow service and if there’s a way to screw up your order, they will find it. My friend and I went here on lunch break and took our stuff to go. She ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and I ordered nuggets. When she opened her sandwich, it was a burger and my nuggets were so dried out and overdone, they weren’t edible.

This Wendys is something else. Make sure you ask for your condiments. They even count napkins lol! Check your bag before leaving. Count your nuggets. Make sure you have your meat between your bread.

I hate to go into a place and you have to ask for condiments. Is it because of the recession that they don’t ask you anymore? The past few months that I’ve come here either by drive thru or going inside, I had to ask for all my condiments. If I don’t, I’m screwed! Today, I had the spicy nuggets which were — yuck! I have no idea how long it’s been sitting there; but they were dry. Thank goodness I asked for sauce else I don’t know how I was gonna swallow.

I hate the fact that when you ask for sauce, the girl scowls at you. It’s prepackaged, right within reach, and how does it effect you? One time, they forgot my sauce. I went up to the window to get,(I love my Sweet & Sour and refuse to eat my Wendy’s without it.), my freaking sauce. Girl says she put it in the bag. I say, no. She says, yes. I say, no. She says, I PUTYOURHONEYMUSTARDINTHEBAG!!! I say, no. And I asked for Sweet & Sour. Not Honey Mustard. I got my sauce. My Lord. And I never asked for Honey Mustard to begin with, thank you!

When you want a fast food burger joint, this is probably one of the healthier ones. No trans fats, alternatives to fries such as salads or fruit and baked potatoes, etc. The burgers are pretty decent and have a good mix of condiments. The fries are good, too. I’ve found the service to be rather quick. How to get here? Drive or walk some distance from the N Quincy T stop.

Morons. It’s rare when they get it right, don’t know how to say or respond to «Hi», and get angry when you don’t understand them over the speaker.
