The service here varies greatly. Sometimes the cashiers greet you with a smile and serve great coffees and sandwiches. Other times they sound rude and burn your sandwich. I ordered a small hot latte 2 days ago and got an under-filled coffee. Location is convenient but would choose other shops if there’s an option.

Hard working folks! The morning rush hours can make or break the customer experience given the obsession of getting coffee on the go. For someone who is not a regular coffee drinker — I stop here once in a while to treat myself to my favorite hot medium cup of Dunkin toasted almond. And I like how the staff here is always on top of their game. So even on an early Saturday am, when I expected it to be not crowded, it was borderline zoo — as if entire North Quincy was ready for work and all they wanted was coffee and donuts to get going. But the folks at this DD were ready for the onslaught. The line was quite long when I stepped in, but took less than 3 minutes and a few seconds for me to order my cup of coffee and a bunch of wake up wraps. Everything was perfect. Great job guys. Keep up the good work!

Consistency is lacking. Sometimes drinks are okay and other times not so good. It depends who’s making them. Location is pretty convenient in a small plaza, with a private parking lot.

Today I had a valid coupon for a free frozen drink(taxes not included). The cashier accepted my coupon but charged me the full price anyway without any comments or explanations. I asked her if something was wrong with my coupon but she refused to explain. I do not mind paying a full price but the employees should be more polite and explain customers if something is not right. Would not come back.

The service at this location is a bit spotty. Seems like it varies from customer to customer. Fortunately, I was greeted with a smile but not so much for the elderly man behind me. As for my breakfast wrap… wish it was nuke a bit longer.
