KFC

I was greeted by a friendly attentive cashier who took my order and made sure I have everything I needed. I purchased the $ 5 Fill Up. The chicken tenders are crunchy and moist with every bite tasting so delicious. The buttermilk biscuit is fluffy and cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes and gravy are excellent as they compliment the rest of the meal. The KFC/​Taco Bell has a very clean quiet atmosphere for enjoying your lunch or dinner in peace.

I hardly ever come here, mainly because KFC chicken is just average and this location was a dump. But I went recently and found that the store was given a new paint job (earth tones, woot!) and the dining area is much cleaner.
Service was much improved over my previous experiences, though that’s not saying much. Just taking my order, not giving me attitude, which is all bare minimum, is an improvement.
The fried chicken and sides… they are what they are. You know what you’re getting here.

WORST KFC I’ve ever been to. I went through drive through, and the girl couldn’t really be heard through the speaker. So when I ordered, I guess she couldn’t hear me and kept saying what? what? it’s like that scene from ‘dude, where’s my car’.
The lady was rude and even the cashier was rude. I wouldn’t come back here. Plus, they screwed up my order!

If Colonel Sanders we’re alive today to see how bad this KFC is he would jump into the fryolator n just kill himself. This KFC never have any chicken and what makes it worse is that the employee there are always rude. Half the time the employees are in the back kitchen chatting instead of actually making chicken. Never go to this wollaston KFC EVER!!!

Stupid me wanted KFC so tried them again they chicken this time but dryer then a dessert I wish you could give no stars!!! I don’t know who runs this one but they never have anything in stock. The place is dirty and all you can smell is piss when you use there bathroom. I use to go there allot up to about a year ago but have tried it 4 times in last 3 months figuring that i was just un lucky but every time they were out of one or two things they were pretty rude to the person in front of me when the old man could not understand the employees broken English. I travel allot and have noticed allot of these closing and now I pretty much know why.

This place is a nightmare. It is close to my home, so I have swallowed hard and tried to patronize it several times, but I will not do so again. The place is usually messy and filthy. The staff do not care about anything. In my few visits, I have seen them in verbal confrontations with customers more often than in any other restaurant.
The dining room is supposed to remain open until 10:00 PM. On two occasions, I showed up at 9:55 (coming from the T), and the door was locked and the chairs already placed on top of the tables. I went to the drive-​in window to complain, and the employee said: «According to our computer, it is 10:00, so we can’t help you.» I complained on-​line to KFC, and after two weeks of silence, I received in the mail a $ 5 coupon. So, I tried again to use the coupon — at 9:55 PM. Same response. I double checked the time on my iPhone and on the clock at the 7 – 11 next door. The KFC computer clock was set 10 minutes fast. But the nasty attitude of the employee what was really turned me off.
Avoid this place like the plague.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to go there, but I took a chance because it’s the closest to where I live.
First, the overhead menu is a sea of confusion. But the guy at the counter helped me out (even though it was hard to understand his English).
I haven’t eaten at Kentucky Chicken in 10 years, and was taken aback at how salty everything was. The chicken was OK, nothing to write home about. But the coleslaw was just ground up cabbage –hardly any mayo or vinegar. The service was not bad, and the place didn’t seem as sloppy as others have said. However, the guys behind the counter were very attractive and had fantastic physiques.

Ok! I went to KFC, I was just craving for some fried chicken, and this was close by to the nail salon place I was going to.
Stuff to complain:
— soda fountain was overflowing
— floor and tables are dirty
— service was slow, there was only one lady packing orders…
— i supposed to get large potate wedges (somehow it was entered as mashed potato. i said, no big deal, can you just switch it to potato wedges? cashier said, you should told us there earlier? blah!) and of course they gave me small, instead of large
— and they never gave me my drink! — i dunno how i missed that (between the soda fountain overflowing, and the potato wedges crisis, and the dirty floors…)
— i just wanted to get outta there… can’t even sit there and eat…
thank god that the chicken and mac & cheese were taste so yummy…

I admit it! I love KFC. God forbid they use their real name… Kentucky Fried Chicken but we are not allowed to use the word fried anymore… it is politically incorrect these days. Hello, this is fast food, we all know it is bad for you!
But it is oh so good! Original recipe, extra crispy, mashed potato, gravy, potato wedges (again, can’t call them what they are… fries!), popcorn chicken.
Throw in a few tacos from Taco Bell that shares the space and I am in heaven.
The service is worse than bad. The people that work there don’t care about the customer or anything else for that matter. This location closes at 10pm and I have been there as early as 8:00pm and they have told me that they are out of chicken for the night. What? You can’t run a business with chicken in the title and run out of it a full two hours before you even close!!! The staff is focused on getting the customer (me) out of their face as soon as possible and getting the heck out of there early. They are rude and barely coherent.
Fast food is what it is… guilty pleasure:):). The food would get a higher rating but the service is inexcusable.
