Dunkin’ Donuts

Worst DDs ever. I can barely ever get a spot at this location. Staff are slow, spend too much time complaining and if you order something hot you’ll be there forever. Where’s management? Good luck!

Can you PLEASE get my order right — just once?! and why not have more than 1 person working the register/​drinks on weekday mornings?! oh and don’t touch your hair when you’re making my damn sammie

This DD is ALWAYS crazy busy, but the folks in there are fast so you’re not ever waiting long. The coffee is always fresh and they fix it up perfectly. What else could I want?

This place is going downhill fast. I don’t know what has happened, but over the past couple months the staff’s attitude in the mornings has become increasingly rude. That wouldn’t really bother me, except that they also consistently mess up my order, and my friends’ orders. I just think that if I order the same coffee multiple times a week, every week, it should taste generally the same each time. Not true at this DD. They are also usually late with changing advertisements, so I’ll order a flavor that is advertised and they won’t have it. What’s the point of the big photoshopped sign if it’s outdated? I hope they can get it together. Customers would enjoy it and I’m sure the staff would like it if they didn’t have to remake coffee all the time.

it’s a dunkin— good donuts and hot chocolate. that is all. There’s lot of seating too… and the bathroom is clean. Yadiyada… Just don’t like some of the customers… but the people who work there are chill.

I’m a fan of Dunkin Donuts in general but this location made me want to Unilocal it after this morning. I moved to Quincy almost 2 weeks ago and I walk by this DD on my way to the train every morning to go to work. I go in on my way a couple mornings a week for a coffee. The staff at 6:30 in the morning are so cheerful and outgoing. They all make it a point to say hello and chat you up while you pay or wait for your order which has never been more than 2 mins for me. I also learned this morning that ordering a coffee extra extra is the same as ordering it light and sweet. While explaining it to me, the girl making my coffee asked if I grew up out of state. Apparently, we order it light and sweet in Connecticut but the term used in Boston is Extra Extra. Good to know! I thought this location deserved some recognition for being extra friendly at the ungodly hour I leave for work every morning.

Late at night after Boston, was going to a friends college. Went in, the worker was rude to one of my friends, which is not cool with me. I paid and the one that was rude gave a smirk to us. What a load of b.s. that was. Instead of acting like a little prissy bitch, do the job you are getting paid to do. Place was cleaned okay, but not by much. Don’t plan on going to that DD when I’m out there again.

This Dunkin Donuts has efficient and friendly service. This is a location that gets pretty busy and the staff are very good about moving through the lines AND getting everyone order correct.
There is a small seating area in the store and there always seem to be be people drinking coffee outside of the store as well. Good advertising for the store, I guess!
This Dunkin Donuts is near the Quincy Center T stop on the Red Line.

YUMMY COFFEE! FAST SERVICE. Inexpensive? What more can you ask for?
They were anxious to serve me and practically jumped to serve me at 6:45 am on a Saturday. Within 2 minutes, I had my coffee and had paid. They even broke open the Splenda and mixed it in. Usually, I have to do it myself :(
How to get there? Not too far from the Red line. Private Parking lot. Don’t forget to get Friendly’s, Fuji’s (Japanese), or Wendy’s while in the neighborhood.
