There were two women that were working today. one was a «manager» they both were the rudest employees I’ve ever met. The line was filling up and they took their sweet time making coffees, plus giving every single customer an attitude!!! If you can’t work when it’s a little busy… then don’t bother working. Most importantly take out on the customers. I literally waited 15 – 20 minutes for the saddest excuse for an ice coffee. It didn’t even taste like iced hazelnut mocha. It was a watered down coffee with zero effort. Do not go to this location the employees don’t care at all and don’t deserve to make any money in my opinion. Fire these people. They give Dunkin Donuts a bad name.

The cashier fought with two Customers for food issues, there were no manager showed up. There was a long line of customers but only one DD person working. Their ice machine is down, no one can get any iced drinks. After an extra person came back from break, the DD employees started an internal argument lol Wish they can be better or please just replace this place with a Starbucks

As much as I love Dunkin Donuts, this experience has really pushed me away. I usually never write reviews either, however I really hope this behavior doesn’t go unnoticed. I usually always buy coffee from Dunkin Donuts everyday and have been a loyal customer for a very long time now. Upon entering this branch today, I just felt like I wasn’t welcomed. I ordered a MEDIUMICED Hazelnut Coffee. Junior(The employee who rung me out) scanned my Dunkin Donut’s card, then gives me the receipt. I said I did not want it. He says«Just throw it in the trash behind you.» «Sure» I said, so I took the receipt. Then he took out a foam cup, ready to make me a HOT coffee. So I kindly reminded him that I ordered an Ice coffee. This is when the attitudes kicked in. He then took a SMALL plastic cup out and started pouring ice inside. I didn’t notice until he was almost done making it that it was a small, so I told him I ordered a medium. Then he dumps the small ice coffee into a medium container and hands it to me. I didn’t really care, just wanted to get out because this was unnecessary tension that I did not need. Then I gave him a small tip and walked out, forgetting the receipt was still on the counter. And when I got to the door, he yells out«You’re not gunna throw away the receipt? I told you to throw it away earlier.» I’m sorry but aren’t you the employee? Did you want me to mop the floor up for you as well? Junior not only lacked focus on his job, but obviously he has no customer service. This really ruined my experience overall with Dunkin Donuts, and I really hope this behavior doesn’t go unnoticed.

The people here were so friendly, coffee was delicious. Nicely done to the woman who made my drink this morning while suffering to listen to X-mas music all day..

Dunkin donuts is nothing special, but this location is made a fun visit as the staff at 8am on a Thursday was very amicable and funny and fun to watch. They get you going with energy and a smile!

This is the best DD in the area. All the employees are great, but Kathy is exceptional. Always has a smile and gets the order right

As far as dunkies goes, this is one of the better places. No matter what I order, pumpkin, hazelnut, iced, hot or food items, I get what I want. I wish they had a drive thru because this place does get pretty packed. The best part though, they’re open 24⁄7! Amazing! I gotta give them props for that.

Late afternoon — 8÷12÷14 Me: Large iced tea, please with a lemon and three Splenda? Clerk 1: Sure. She scrawls some stuff on the cup and passes it on to her co-worker. A couple of minutes pass. Clerk 2: Large iced tea. A big cup full of milk looks at me. I assume it’s an iced coffee. That assumption is where everything went wrong. Me: I’m sorry. That’s coffee. I asked for an iced tea? (Note — I’d like to stress that I didn’t have a flippant or annoyed tone to my voice. I could care less. I make silly mistakes all the time.) Clerk 2 takes it back without saying anything. He’s got the look on his face that says he’s over everything. I briefly consider donating that big cup of milk to whatever charity Dunkies runs and leaving cuz’ I’m not in the mood to be yelled at by someone in an apron. It’s not that crucial. A couple of minutes pass. A big cup of milk with a lemon floating in it is passed to me. Clerk 2(haughty): Large coffee with three splenda and milk! *walks away* Me: No, wait. Tea. Iced tea. Clerk 2 darts back. He has decided. This is the customer to hiss his dissatisfaction at today. Clerk 2: You said coffee, sir!(That«sir» was totally a stand-in for something else, I’m sure of it.) Me: No, I thought you had given me iced coffee with the first one. My apologies for the confusion, but I wanted iced tea. Clerk 2: That was iced tea! But you just said you wanted coffee instead! The guy behind me(a wonderful fellow): I think the milk was confusing. He DID just ask for iced tea though, not coffee. Clerk 2’s pupils are suddenly ringed with fire. He decides it’s time for a physical demonstration of how and why we arrived here. He pulls out a fresh cup and a marker. I initially find this to be a good idea. No way to get the third try wrong, right? Nope. Clerk 2:(scrawling on the cup while speaking in a slow, insulting tone which I initially chuckle at because the dude at Dunkies is reading me over iced tea. Or coffee. Or whatever the hell he served me the first time with a lemon floating in it. Who the hell puts a lemon in something with milk?): Soooo, ICEDTEA, THREESPLENDA, A LEMON, ANDMILK… Me(feeling awfully surreal and considering just walking out without saying anything. Avoidance isn’t always necessarily a bad thing.): NOPE. No. No milk. Just… that was right except NOMILK. Thanks! The guy behind me(still a wonderful fellow) confirms it for me. The guy behind me: He doesn’t want milk. Clerk 2(enraged): Whatever. My hearty and just slightly insincere«thanks!» might have put him over the edge. He withdraws behind his beverage wall and I can hear plastic containers smacked together and utensils slapped on metal counters. I only caught bits of this next part but I think he meant me? Clerk 2: For real? People… gonna come in here and think they… who does he…*he makes it to the iced tea dispenser* I don’t need this right now… I don’t think he had time to spit in my drink. I think. He slams it on the counter. The lid stays on so engineering is awesome. Me:(trying to defuse things): I appreciate that. Sorry ’bout… Clerk 2: Yeah, whatever. *leaves to go find my car(you can’t miss it!) so he can slash my tires* I JUSTWANTEDICEDTEA. I RESPECTYOURPOSITION. IT’S JUST A BEVERAGE. I DON’T WANTTOBETHE A-HOLE CUSTOMERBUTYOUTHREW A LEMONINMILK. THAT’S WEIRD. I hope the guy behind me fared better. Like

This location used to be decent. Now, not so much. Staff always seem more interested in something other than serving customers. Many cubicle dwellers frequent this location as it’s right across from a BIG office building. One would think they would want to turn over orders as fast as possible to get people in and out right? Nope. You wait while they try to figure out what was ordered, and who is making it. This happens EVERY time I foolishly think it might actually be OK to stop in and order a coffee. I frequent the DD in Framingham on Mt. Wayte Ave. that is probably the best in the chain. Your order is taken, filled, and you are out the door in a few minutes — tops. If corporate reads this — make that location a model for training. And send the staff of the NQ shop there first!

I don’t go when it’s busy/in the morning, because I work nearby, which seems to be what the complaints are about. They haven’t messed up my order, or my friends, except to make too much of a drink and to give them a larger size, which is a mistake I’m fine with.

Is there management here? Because if so they’re doing a spotty job… Two people working the register on a busy Sunday morning, who couldn’t read each other’s handwriting and who couldn’t stop fighting. I didn’t even bother to order sandwich because the line was so backed up because all the orders were coming out wrong. Get with the program! At least my coffee tastes good.

This place is in a desperate need of a re-staff. I was in there recently, and I ordered a single item. It was hard to place the order because the staff was fighting between each other about some unknown issue. She would ask me what I wanted, then turn her head and continue the fight. And surprise surprise, the order was incorrect. Ugh.

Ok Ok… I know, its dunks and its a chain, but why the review? Because every time I get to the counter, my large unsweetened Iced tea with lemon is sitting there waiting for me. And Patti, I love Patti, she is such a doll!

i love this dunks because it’s right by work.(and for the record, Amanda R. and i are co-workers). when it’s 9:15 and your boss looks at you with the«omg i need coffee» face, or when it’s 12:20 and you don’t want to wait the half hour for lunch to be delivered, you walk over the secret footbridge of awesomeness to this particular dunks. they’re efficient and friendly, and, as always, it’s cheaper than starbucks :)
