Great hole-in-the-wall Mexican. Reasonable prices and great food. Not really designed for dine-in, but take out works great.

Best breakfast burrito ever! The guy at the front was friendly, the food came out quick and was obviously made to order. The bacon was crispy and they put yummy green chile inside. Cheap $ 1 drinks too! We’ll def be stopping back here again.

This little shack right off of prairie ave is seriously a hidden house of deliciousness! I went there on a Sunday morning after a night out, and the jumbo bacon breakfast burrito with hash browns and green chile was amazing! Seriously hit the spot and some! I’ve had many different breakfast burritos in pueblo, and I will go out on a limb and say this is the best in town! Don’t let Casa de Burritos shabby exterior scare you away! Stop by next time you are in the area.

Went there one day and got an ok burrito. They had one on the menu that looked good so went back the next day. Girl misunderstood my order and make it wrong. Seeing as I drove almost 20 miles one way for it then back home so we could sit down and eat of course. I noticed that it was made wrong. Not only was the girl in the same clothes as the morning before and still had not cleaned herself or anything I did not say anything I just thought ok the cook makes the food. Well come to find out when I called to have my order corrected she had an attitude and yelled at me. I explained to her that it was far from where I live to go back and that gave her the upper hand to have even more of an attitude. Seeing as I wasted my time and gas money twice to go and give them a chance given what I have read on reviews was a complete disappointment. Talk about customer service. I would suggest to have the employees clean themselves up, especially the cooks and make sure they are serving what people order as well as be at least somewhat nice. I run many businesses and own some. This she could not tell by the way she treats anyone who walks in the door. The owner has pictures of himself and family in the lobby. How sad that they see his face and associate it with the staff he has as well as the product that his staff was selling. Could be a great brag place but with the people there I would not even mention I had something to do with it. I only hope for the owners sake at this gets corrected. Not good… Not good at all. Also to the girl working, please shower, comb your hair and at least wipe off the old black make up from around your eyes when going to work. Maybe even change your clothes. How sad and embarrassing. The ghetto just keeps getting more ghetto no matter what. She is very dirty.

I was here for breakfast one morning before a day at the state fair. When compared to the inflated prices in the gates for the fried food, this place was truly a paradise. I had a breakfast burrito with pork. It took a little longer than I would have expected to prepare but I suppose I can take some comfort in the fact that it was not pre-made. I was not a huge fan of the potatoes in the burrito. On first taste, they seemed more like rice than potatoes and the cheese could have been a little more plentiful, but for just under $ 3, this was a treat. I was a bit bothered by the condition of the building. There were some flies around, it was hot, and I suppose I should have been bothered by the fact that the drink cooler looked a bit dangerous. If you can look past these things, I would suggest Casa.

What a treasure in the middle of Pueblo. I was passing through and Unilocal pointed me here for the best breakfast burrito in town. Well worth the detour from the interstate. The burrito was big and flavorful. No skimping on the eggs, cheese, potato, and super crispy bacon. While I am not a big fan of corn starchy green chile sauce, this was well prepared(meaning the paste did not overwhelm the chile).

Oh Man $ 2.79 for a smothered breakfast burrito! How can you beat that? Can you even egg a chicken for that much? When I’m home for the holidays I try to eat a breakfast burrito every morning(Godless liberal Seattle just can’t seem to get the breakfast burrito right, always trying to make it fancy) The verdict? Tasty. A full burrito full of egg, potato, beef, and cheese and smothered with a spicy green chili. Quick and Pueblo cheap.
