If you would like to wait an hour and a half for pizza only to have it never show up. .. this is the place for you. I called and asked what happened. «It was cancelled.» Well, I’d bloody like to know by who, but no one could tell me. Terrible customer service all around. Try a local place instead.

We asked for 3 pies. Got them an hr and a half later… They were not the way we ordered them. Then we needed more so we asked for 3 more and 3 sodas and they send they would send ranch free bc of the discrepancy. Another 1.5 hrs later and we got pizza, no ranch, and the guy drove off without giving us the darn sodas. He simply forgot them. So then 45 minutes later we get the sodas and still no ranch. And we asked for one gluten free pizza but they don’t carry it at this location!

I have never been more disrespected in my life than by the staff of this store. Twice in one week, I ordered delivery from here and the food never showed up at all. When I called to check on the orders both times the staff(two different people) was very rude to me and hung up in my face. Still haven’t received any pizza from them.

My order never arrived. I received my order confirmation number, my bank account was charged, but strangely a credit to my account was made in the same amount. I never got a call saying that my order was cancelled. I tried calling the store but no answer. I’m horribly disappointed and will tell my friends not to order from Pizza Hut again.

Solid three stars. For a national chain, you know what to expect. Pizza Hut has been creeping back into the New Orleans area the last couple of years. I have only come to pick up carry out during the occasional lunch at this location, it has no dining area. I can not speak of delivery. I do have a weakness for their hand tossed. A combination of the heavy grease, and their sauce. I don’t know what it is. Every time I have come, the service has been decent, the store has been clean, and at lunch time during the week, it is easy to find parking. Other than that, don’t have high expectations and you will not be let down.

Two times in a row we waited over an hour for our delivery. The first time, they forgot our mozzarella sticks, claimed they would bring them to us with the next delivery driver, and then never showed up. The second time, we waited an hour then I called and canceled. They told me to just tell the driver when he showed up that we canceled the order. I asked them to just call the driver and tell him we changed our mind, but they didn’t have his phone number so he came anyways. By the time he arrived it was two hours and 15 minutes after we placed our order.

Avoid at all cost! It’s not worth the hassle. Seriously, you’re better off making a pizza at home. I’m convinced this store is the fifth level of hades. Ordered 1 pizza, cookies and a drink for delivery at 6 pm on a Tuesday. As soon as the order was placed we find out the wait time is going to be 2 hours. This wasn’t really that big of a deal. The problem was the pizza arrived cold. Reasonably upset, I call to voice my concern about their pizza morals. Guy answers who is supposed to be the manager, but seriously this dude gave zero cares. He eventually offered a refund, but by the time that happened I was too hangry to care. If you’re thinking about delivery from here – just don’t. Word of advice to Pizza Hut: if you hate delivery so much, don’t offer it.

So I place an order online on a fairly slow night and after over an hour i get a call explaining that they only had one driver and couldn’t explain why and that I could either pick it up, cancel the order, or wait for it but with no time given for the already late delivery. When I get there I still waited over 10 minutes even though the order board said ready. No explanation, nothing offered for the inconvenience, and not even an apology for the whole thing. Doubt I’ll order from them again

So usually I live my life pretending to be a foodie. Pretending that I don’t enjoy an occasional Mexican Pizza from Taco Bell or a Hot n’ Spicy from McDonald’s. I’ve been living a lie. While I do enjoy the finer foods in life I’m also an American that hates/loves chain restaurants. I swore off Pizza Hut awhile ago but tonight it was closer than my other favorites on St. Charles. I ordered the Alex G. Pizza + pineapples and some boneless honey bbq wings. It was so freakin’ good. I can’t speak on the delivery because I hate paying delivery surcharges so I always pickup my orders. They also have an deal going on now till 9⁄27. It was any pizza, any toppings, any size or something for $ 10. The store was clean and the employees were nice. Also please get the honey sriracha sauce drizzled over everything you order from here… Pizza, sauce packets, napkins, everything. It’s amazing. That is all.

I ordered from these people because i was sick in bed and just wanted something quick that can be delivered. They never showed up even though they charged my card! They were suppose to be here by 1110. After 30 minutes and calling/complaining they refunded my money and sent me a free cold soggy limp pizza. The second slice had hair baked into it!!!

After a few email exchanges with Pizza Hut national customer service and a $ 10 credit for the dozens of forgotten dips, things got a little better for a while. Sure, I’ve had to devote the special instructions field on every order to an all caps reminder for their drivers to «PLEASEDON’T FORGETTHEDIPS!», and there were still several incidents where an apologetic driver had to run back to the store to get forgotten items, but it was getting a little better. Now, however, even the extra reminder isn’t helping, and it’s not just dips, but 2 liter sodas that get left behind when the drivers leave the store with a delivery. Tonight, I paid for 2 ranch dips to go with 16 boneless wings, and there was only one in the box. I guess it’s time for another round of customer service complaints. I wish they’d just automatically include 1 free dip for every 8 wings like their competitors do. Then perhaps their driver training would stick. At the very least, they should not trust that the cooks are filling their delivery bags correctly without checking the order against the receipt, but I guess that additional step would only extend their already 1.5-hour delivery time(on a good night!).

I want to love this pizza hut I really really do. See I’m a sucker for their BBQ beef pizza(which you should totally try). I order from these guys often because of that pizza and frankly their delivery sucks! First of all I order online because most of the time their CSRs are clueless and very abrupt. Problem with ordering online is that it doesn’t give you a delivery time until AFTER you place the order. When I’ve ordered for dinner here I have never *not even once* gotten a delivery time under an hour and a half. Sometimes it’s even as high as two hours. Ugh! Now compared to delivery carry out for dinner isn’t so bad it’s usually ready within 20 – 30 minutes and that BBQ Beef pizza is totally worth putting on pants and leaving the house for it’s cheezy BBQ-y goodness. In short my advice is order online, get carry out and try the BBQ Beef pizza!

Wow, don’t order from here either! Ordered pizza and used the online app. After review, noticed we had selected carryout instead of delivery, so we called to notify the staff. All is well until an hour later and still no pizza! Call to follow up and were told our order didn’t exist. That it would be another hour because the system glitched. I get on the phone to negotiate since we’ve already waited over an hour. No refund offered whatsoever. I asked for a credit and the best the manager could offer was $ 10 on our $ 36 dollar order to be used on our next purchase. Frankly I don’t foresee a next purchase so I asked for breadsticks and soda. Apparently you can’t get sugar water and dough for free(food cost likely $ 3) without already using the $ 10 credit. Won’t be back. Next time, we are going local. Corporations be damned.

Horrible experience! 1. Pizza was 15 minutes late 2. Order wrong Typical complaints, right? Wait, it gets worse! When I ordered the pizza on the phone they never asked for a form of payment so when the girl delivered my pizza she could not process my card. I had to suggest to call the store myself. Then while on the phone I told them about my late delivery and expected some sort of compensation. The man on the phone who claimed to be the manager said«it’s not a big deal, it was only 15 minutes late», He also said it’s an estimated time and not guarantee and that the 30 minute rule was«changed a few weeks ago». The only way I could get my money was if I have the pizza back. REALLY!!! What kind of business is this?! I go inside my apartment and then find out my order is wrong. I ordered stuffed crust and got hand tossed. That was the cherry on top. I called the store back and first they hung up on me. Then I call back again and the man I talked to before answers. When I asked to confirm if he was the manager he then gave the phone to a girl and now she says she’s the manager. The associates are liars and manipulative. She then says she can’t do anything about any of my problems except make a new pizza and She can switch it out. Even after a piece was half eaten. That would be the only way. That would mean I would have to wait another 40 minutes. And then what are they going to do with the pizza? It will be cold by then. I am utterly appalled and insulted by this horrible customer service. I have already done the survey and contacted corporate customer service.

This location is consistently disappointing. It was decent for the first two weeks they opened. The pizza is never hot when I receive it. No matter what time I call it takes well over an hour and they always seem to forget SOMETHING– the garlic sauce, a topping, a drink. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

What can I say I love Pizza hut! This is by far one of the best chain pizza restaurants around. This pizza hut like all the others in the New Orleans metro area are delivery/take out only. For some reason New Orleans Pizza Huts don’t have the sit down restaurants with the pizza buffet and the salad bar. Oh well, at least they still have the same good pizza though. I see that this particular pizza hut keeps getting hit with suspicious looking reviews. Hmm… a competitor business may be at work here. In short not the best pizza around but still way better than Papa Johns, Little Ceasers, or Original Italian Pie.
