I seriously love panera bread. Especially the last time I went, it was very cold and the soup really warmed me up! I love many of their sandwiches. I also recommend the mac and cheese!

Good food and consistent in quality… Not the friendliest staff, but I just hope they’re saving up for college! That makes the apathy tolerable to me.

Usually we love Panera. Visited the other locations mamy times, mostly in the suburbs. This location is terrible, the worst of all the Panera I have visited — rude service, they messed up our order several times, and a lot of items they list on the menu were not actually available. We will avoid this location.

Great location /big space — but unfortunately the customer service has not been that great in two different occasions.

Never again. I had ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and both orders were wrong. The bread was also burnt on both sides. I did not realize this until I had arrived at work and opened the bag. Guess I should’ve checked before I left the place.

There are ads everywhere enticing you to order a pumpkin cookie. I order one and the woman tells me they are out of them. However I see trays upon trays of them on the racks behind her. She says I can’t have them because they’re for tomorrow. I guess tomorrow’s customers are more important than the one here standing in front of you right now. Panera has sucked for years anyway. Avoid.

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and I was very impressed with their service. The staff was very professional and friendly. I ordered a cinnamon swirl & raisin bagel with cream cheese and a strawberry banana smoothie and it was delicious. The cashier told me to have a seat and that the beeper would vibrate once my ordered was ready. I sat down and within a few minutes my beeper vibrated but I didn’t even have to get up because the minute I looked up, a worker was walking towards me with my food. I was like«wow»!. It made me feel important lol so now whenever I have time I stop here on my way home for some yummy breakfast :)

DON’T EATHERE! I saw a mouse run across the dinning area while sitting downstairs. Got a severe stomach ache afterwards. Totally disgusting.

Why would Panera stay open until 10pm tonight if their kitchen closed at 8? Makes no sense.

This is my favorite Panera. Christina is behind the counter in the AM. She is so kind and patient. Panera is very good to their club members. They put free coffee on my card good for a cup every day during the month of August. They also give you a free pastry on your birthday. Their emails are informative about new menu items. This location is always clean even as busy as it gets. The bathroom is accessible. The music is relaxing. They don’t mind people getting together to meet. They have free WiFi if used reasonably during peek times. Everyone should sign up for Panera rewards. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been to many Paneras, and I usually am pleased with the service, however, this location honestly gives Panera a bad name. The service was the absolute worst. There were hardly any workers by the cash registers, and I was told by an employee to just use the self-service kiosk. I only wanted to get a bakery item. I waited 20 minutes for them to give me ONE bakery good. My friend waited even longer. The workers were oblivious to the fact that customers needed to be accommodated. In the span of twenty minutes, there were five different complaints from customers that I witnessed because of the poor service. After my friend and I placed our orders from the self-service kiosk, to which the directions say to pick up the rapid pick-up shelf, another employee told us to pick up the from the back. After asking an employee in the front where our orders are, the employee told us that we should’ve picked up our order from the front. After going to panera so many times at other various locations, it was obvious that these people had no idea as to what they were doing. Such a disorganized place, poor management, and POORLY trained workers. I love Panera, but don’t go to this location.

The soup Du-Jour here is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get. We ate here and not long after Jenny got sick. I miss her dearly.

My macaroni and cheese was delicious. It was overpriced. $ 6 for a small. It took awhile to receive. They looked like they could improve there system over there. It took 10 minutes to receive my order but I wanted a quick grab and go. Maybe they can have some preset off to the side.

Sunday morning I went to the Met for a college assignment. Yes, I have class every Sunday(Baruch Requirements). So I decided to have breakfast at Panera Bread, since the food at the Met is probably cost more than my monthly MetroCard. I ordered Asiago Bacon & Egg on a Toast, with Orange Juice. It was $ 7.71 and I was shocked. This sandwich better change my life and the orange juice has to taste like God squeezed it. Long story short, the sandwich was meh. I’ve had better sandwiches driving to the hood for $ 2.50 Bacon Egg, and Cheese with Sauteed Onions. As I ate the sandwich the only thing came to mind«$ 7.71 at another place would of gave me a sandwich, home fries, orange juice, and a man.» Would I go there again?

The service here is beyond horrendous and this place often looks like a pig-stuy(morning and night). I should know because I come here twice a week, in the evening and during the morning. During both times and consistently, the staff is rude and more concerned with chatting with each other then cleaning or providing good customer service. Today I came in around 7:50 pm and ordered an ice coffee. It was $ 2.17 and I said, «wait a moment. I have 17 cents.» The cashier proceeds to NOT acknowledge me and instead talks with another lazy coworker. I put the change on the counter and she sticks her hand out as if it pains her too much to pick up my change. All this is with an eye roll and a clearly audible«oh my god.» Disgusting behavior.

The atmosphere of this particular Panera Bread is very cozy and relaxing. If you’re looking for a place to just chill, Panera is it. I’ve come for every course. Early morning, it’s the quietest. I recommend the Mediterranean Egg white with roasted tomatoes. It’s simple but delicious. For lunch and/or dinner, I love the half sandwich, cup of soup combo of the Fontina grilled cheese and tomato or broccoli cheddar soup. They’re scrumptious. A word of warning: it becomes crowded from noon to 3pm. Many kids come from school.

I was definitely excited when this place moved into the neighborhood. I come here mostly for take-out, but every once in awhile I dine in. Usually the wait for food is 10 to 15 minutes, but today, I got my food in under 5 minutes. Score! I was really hungry today so the half sandwich and soup would not cut it. I got a whole sandwich(the fontina grilled cheese) and a cup of tomato soup. The fontina grilled cheese is adequate, very cheesy and the bread was decent and not soggy at all. Stay away from their regular grilled cheese, trust me, the fontina is much better. Dip it in the tomato soup and your golden. *Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards card. They put $ 2 off deals and free stuff on your card all the time.

I just love that you can sit down and have your food brought to you when it is ready. It becomes a proper meal instead of fast food, yet it is still fast. The food quality is high and it is fresh. Just had the broccoli cheddar soup again after a couple years and it seems to have gotten even better(larger pieces of broccoli and more chunks). Try a pumpkin muffie. Yummy. Chocolate chip ones are good too. Orange scone. Pecan twirl. Shortbread. Add a baked good for 99 cents with a meal and drink. Get a «you pick 2», which is half of 2 things. I also noticed that they now sell pasta, which seemed to be a hit because everyone in line was ordering it.

Is it just me or did the quality of the food here change within two months? Suddenly my choose 2 is no longer satisfying. My sandwich had maybe two pieces of turkey meat and the greens falling out of it. My bread bowl was tipping over and soggy. I think that’s kind of unacceptable considering the prices that Panera offers are not exactly on the«cheap» side. My friend ordered one of their newer items, the hot chocolate with marshmallows. It took nearly 15 – 20 minutes to come because they ran out of cups. How does a restaurant this large, with this many patrons, run out of cups? It’s not like running out of ingredients– you should have enough utensils. Therefore, I’ve changed my rating to 3 stars– it’s just plain, simple, Panera bread now.
