One of the best McDonald’s in the city. Modern, clean and good restrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. All McDonald’s in the city should be this nice. Of course, NYC McDonald’s will be more pricey than almost everywhere else except the airports.

Very fancy mcdonalds. I could add every topping and feel sick after that which brings me great joy. 20⁄10 Would do it again. One of the best experiences of my life.

Took my son for a quick bite following Bloomies. Honestly, we had better service at McDonalds. The employees were so helpful and friendly. They were really above and beyond! The food is straightforward, you know what you are getting! It was quite the expensive McDonalds however… how it goes in Manhattan.

The new, high tech self-serve ordering kiosks are certainly cool, but maybe they could’ve worked out the kinks before going live. The service is ultimately no faster, and in my case this morning, was actually slower. I ordered a white hot chocolate from the kiosk. Simple enough, I though. Had to ask for assistance to bypass the«select locator» … still don’t know what that’s about. Waited in line for my number to be called … it wasn’t. Eventually a manager sought me out to let me know that white hot chocolate wasn’t available, would regular jot chocolate be ok? I’m in a hurry to get to work, so sure. A couple minutes go by, and the manager again seeks me out to let me know that the hot chocolate machine is undergoing service, and *no* type of hot chocolate is available. Would I like a coffee instead? Smh …should’ve gone to Starbucks for an anti-holiday tea instead.

Don’t use the touch screens to order. Maybe don’t come here at all. The screen told me to take an electronic«locator» and sit at a table, and my food would be brought to me. Of course it wasn’t. After waiting 15 minutes, I went to the counter and was told that I shouldn’t have taken a «locator» and sat down, even though the screen told me to. Then I had to wait even longer as the re-made my meal, because no one knew what had happened to the first one they made. When I finally got my sandwich, it was missing ingredients. When I pointed this out, several employees then handled my sandwich with their bare hands until it was made correctly. Gross.

It’s quite the modern McDonald’s. From the flatscreen menus to the single-stream multi-soda fountain machine to the self-order kiosk, they really went all out. In any case, this place is open 24 hours and is clean. The seating is on the second floor, leaving the entire first floor for ordering. The odd thing is that because it’s so spacious, people literally just stand around waiting to get their food so it’s hard to tell who’s in line and who isn’t. My food came out in 5 minutes. It was good, fast, and semi-cheap. $ 6.30 for the bacon, egg, cheese biscuit meal with orange juice.

I normally wouldn’t go to McDonald’s but I wanted to try out the new«create your own» burgers and kiosks. The kiosks were very easy to use, and they’re huge – I couldn’t figure out why so many people still ordered at the counter(perhaps they paid with cash or coupons, which don’t work at the kiosks). The«create your own» burgers are just from 11am-9pm, so I missed that as I arrived at 9:10pm, but you can still customize your food(apparently) by tapping«Edit» by the picture of your food right before you pay. The wait wasn’t long and the service was very polite and cheerful. I got a steakhouse burger, which was fine, although not customized. So it was a good experience. I’d go back, although if McDonald’s wants to rule the world again, it really should start afresh with its burgers(new buns and no pre-formed patties, for example, would work wonders).

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Walked into this place for a quick bite. There was a couple people in line waiting. After waiting in line for 5minutes the cashier yells out«you guys can use the kiosk!”(no thanks) she proceeds to let the line build up & when her coworker(another girl) tells her«the lines getting longer!» Then cashier says out loud«I don’t give a fuck!» So RUDE! Never eating this mc Donald’s again! Next time I’ll make sure to use the kiosk to put rude ass people like you out of a job. No wonder you work at mc Donald’s! Worst service & slow! DONTEATHERE!

The one and only«create-your-taste» location in New York! Came here because I wanted to see how gourmet a McDonald’s can get and after a closer look, pretty gourmet! You immediately get greeted by the ordering machines — similar to the soda machines. You start by selecting«create your taste», pick the meat & cheese, pick the bread(artisan roll, ciabatta, traditional sesame), take your toppings(GUAC!, sliced jalapeños, grilled mushrooms, onions, caramelized grilled onions, lime tortilla chips, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles) and sauce. I got a quarter pounder with mushrooms, pepper jack, onions, tomatoes, peppers, and jalapeños with Big Mac sauce. You get a beeper and go sit upstairs. They bring the food to you like they would at a restaurant. My food came within ten minutes! The waitress(?) was really friendly and gave us ketchup and different sauces. I hope this new marketing strategy saved this quick service restaurant! PS A standard meal is about $ 10.88.

NYC is one sick-n-twisted place. With block after block crammed full of on-the-go food stands and a TOTALSHORTAGEOFPUBLICRESTROOMS, how is one supposed to relieve herself when Mother Nature calls while strolling around Manhattan?! This is a dilemma I had while on my last trip to The Big Apple. After consuming a New Yorker’s breakfast of champions(bagel w/schmear and coffee, not Wheaties), I had to take a sh*t that was worthy of a gold medal. So as Mother Nature was calling(like seriously, the bitch had me on redial and emergency text), I was desperately trying to place her on hold while I found a restroom to answer her call. As I cursed my decision in ordering a large coffee, which I was convinced got me into this predicament in the 1st place, I combed NYC’s cruel urban desert searching for a bathroom oasis to «do my thang». And then I saw it — MCDONALD’S! I was saved! Like a mirage, Mickey D’s golden arches changed itself into a WC sign right before my eyes. I rushed towards the McDonald’s and got in the back of the bathroom line along w/the 10 other tourists who also seemed pretty relieved to find a restroom in NYC. 15 minutes later, I left McDonald’s w/an apple pie in hand and a smile on my face. Thank you McDonald’s for always providing me with a porcelain throne so that this princess can squat down and leave her mark on this glorious, stress-filled city that is NYC! — TMI?! YOUBETCHA, BUTADMITIT — YOULOVEDMYREVIEW! At any rate, I feel bad that McDonald’s is always getting such a bad rep. They’ve revamped their menu since Supersize Me came out and their Egg McMuffins are super amazingly good and only 300 calories a piece. Also, the McDonald’s here in NYC have been some of the nicest ones I’ve ever been to.
