Dear Sleepy’s Customer Service:
I went into your store located at 962 Third Avenue this morning, Saturday, October 25th at 11:18 AM to possibly purchase a mattress. The saleswoman around 65 yrs old with short brown-​ish hair is the reason why I will never enter that store again. She was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. she actually looked me up-​and-​down. I have never seen anyone do this in real life only in the movie «Pretty Woman». It was a very disturbing experience. I am sure this is not the first time someone has complained about her. I was indeed planning on buying a mattress.

My husband and I returned to Sleepy’s to look for Barbara, but she was no longer there. One uneventful afternoon, I was roaming around aimlessly at the furniture/​mattress dept. at Bloomingdales and guess who I ran into! The only person in the entire floor who said hi to me turned out to be Barbara! I told my husband and we went to see her together a few days later. We bought our 2nd mattress that same day. It’s easy and stress free with her. She suggested the best possible choices within our budget. She’s such nice, patient lady and we’re lucky to know her.
The 5 star is more for Barbara than for Sleepys =)
