McDonald’s

This is one of the worst, slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Their attempt to modernize the menu and offer more suggestions has just confused the inept workers to a degree of absurd stupidity.

I’m here on 10÷16÷15 12:30 haven’t ate McDonald’s in a long time highly impressed at this moment with this customer service the manager calling the order numbers is amazing and inspired me with his energy I wish them all the best made me smile also I love the kiosks to order I thought it would be broken and would take longer to receive be it was a reasonable time I guess because it was busy

Visited this location during my summer off in NY. I thought it was quite mondern and I enjoyed their custom burgers and thought it was awesome.

Don’t go here after midnight.
Service is unbelievably slow, the food isn’t prepared properly and its filthy.
It’s disgraceful how poorly this place is run.
I understand the workers not being happy about working at McDonalds… but u know what? Don’t like it? Get another job! Nobody forced you to work here! Have some self dignity & do the job your being paid for!

worst service in the mid town !! unfortunately i have to go very often this location, for to buy somethings for my wife. ALWAYS i found that, all staff are talking with each others, (Personal matters)
I am sure, one of them is Manager ! just wondering what is the manager responsibility ?? such a great location, BUT why no one care about customer ??
NO one know, exactly how to make Frappé !! everyone make Frappé different way, also looks like its very hard to make Frappé for to-​go ?? topping are dropping on the side, Nothing to cover top whole, when we take Frappé to-​go. NO one smile with customer ?? where is the higher authority, to check whats going on ???

I have to go along with the other Unilocalers and give this place only two stars.
It’s clear there is no management there. Things just move too slowly. It took seven minutes to get a hamburger. That’s after it took five minutes to get someone to take my order and I was the only person in line! Well, I was the only person when I got there. They weren’t taking any orders to the queue backed up after a couple of minutes.
The weird thing was there was a ton of employees, but they were all running around the back (except for the one gal who took 2 minutes to make a sundae).
This McDonald’s should Tabatha Coffey take it over!

I had no idea it was 3 stories, only saw the lovely sign at the front of the stairs saying the upstairs was closed except for bathroom duty. And the downstairs first floor has a large trash can in front of the handicapped bathroom. Somewhere, I have to think that’s a fine in the making.
Speed leaves something to be desired. I ordered a small fry. I should be in/​out in less than 30 seconds. It took almost 5 minutes… as they didn’t have enough fries prepared, I watched them make a small for another customer… who still had to wait for another fry that wasn’t available yet. Why not give me the small?
Inefficient. Wifi and new look aside, there’s nothing exciting here for my experience.

This McDonald’s is one of the few remaining locations in NYC that hasn’t been upgraded to the «new» McDonald’s look.
They’ve got the entire three story building, with the food counters and limited seating on the ground floor, and two floors of tables above. You’ll find that on off-​hours and weekends, they’ve closed off the upper floors for safety reasons.
Chaos reigns supreme here when you try to order and eat here during the lunch rush. Find a line, or what looks like a line, and get on at the end. You’ll get through it fairly quickly, but here’s where things fall apart. People place their order, and just STAND THERE at the counter. Folks, move to the far right side of the counter where the staff hands you your order. It’s not difficult.
Additionally, this location has people who I affectionately refer to as The Ketchup Nazis.
The Ketchup Nazis are the evil McDonald’s employees who ration condiments like there’s a war shortage going on. Adhering to very precise calculations of the ratio of sauce to food product, these culinary villains dispense the barest minimum of sauces and subsequently threaten to charge you an additional 50 cents per «extra» ketchup packet.
Finally, stay away from this (and every other) McDonald’s between 2:10 and 3:30pm. That’s when the kids from the local middle and high schools take over, and the place literally becomes a school lunchroom. It’s scary.

Ordering is disorganized because there are always a bunch of people waiting for food, creating confusion over who is in line or who has already ordered.
Food is standard and they have free wifi, which is pretty nice!

I will probably be the first person who would say that the service at this joint is actually not that bad. I’ve seen worse. After all, it is McDs and people need to understand that it’s not table service. I come to this location whenever I’m done shopping around the area after work and feeling lazy about cooking dinner at home. So McDs is always an easy solution to my lazy problems. I once ordered a sweet chili chicken wrap, which is actually pretty good. I picked up my order and walked up stairs to find a place to sit. When I was about to open my bag, one of their staffs came up to me and apologized saying that they gave me the wrong sandwich. He handed me the correct one and exchanged. By McD’s standards, that’s excellent customer service. I’m surprised he even knew I was sitting upstairs.

This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had at McDonalds. First the person taking my order didn’t look like she wanted to be there. I understand this may not be her dream job but it is her job none the less. No one held a gun to her head and made her take this job. Then when I asked for condiments the manager is going to say, «there isn’t any ketchup in the bag?» Yes there was but we also had 4 orders of fries so how did that equate? Then I walk up the steps and I see a big ass water bug in the middle of the floor. I went downstairs and asked to speak with manager they call his name his answer was, «what I’m right here.» No, you don’t want to turn around and see what the issue is as there is normally one if some one is calling for the manager. I then had to tell him to come around the side so we could speak in private. When I informed him that there was a bug in the middle of the floor he looked at me like it was funny. There is nothing funny about the situation. I had my 7 year old brother and 5 year old niece with me. I would have flipped out if one of them had come into contact with it. This McDonalds is very unprofessional and McDonalds might want to come in and have them get their act together. Either re-​train the people are get a whole new staff. Whether this is under the corporation directly or a franchise they should be horrified this is the way their «GOLDEN ARCHES» are being presented.

This place is packed and full of students from the nearby school. The service is very slow. You’ll spend most of your lunch waiting for your order. The good thing is that they have plenty of seating and free wi-​fi!

One of the biggest McD’s in the city and yet they never have icecream. What gives?

You don’t need to be smart to work at McD’s but this particular franchise is the Dumbest of them all! I’m not venting about one thing, I’ve had to endure this place a few times and this group are just really badly managed!
If they are this bad in the front of the house, what is going on behind the scenes???
