They change owners frequently. They lost a pair of pants over a month ago, Ernie agreed to pay for the lost pants but he didn’t call to follow up. When I called, they told me it’s new owners and they don’t know anything. I paid for the dry-​cleaning of the pants too, and I didn’t get that money either! Don’t go here. It shouldn’t take over a month to resolve issues.

Their dry cleaning is fine. But I’m convinced that they don’t actually launder the clothes that you bring in for laundry. I’ve had multiple experiences now where my socks are returned to me looking EXACTLY as they were when I dropped off my laundry (complete with dust/​dirt/​hairs). Either they don’t use any bleach at all, or they’re literally just folding the whites without washing them. I think that it’s the latter because any amount of agitation in a washing machine should remove at least some of the dirt/​grime on the socks.

Do not take anything here to be tailored. My wife took in a pair of pants that needed a belt loop repaired. We got them back with a quarter inch of stitching layered on top of itself all around the loop, effectively preventing a decent tailor from fixing the damage and ruining the pants. When the issue was pointed out, the woman at the front desk did not see anything wrong with destroying the pants.
Their wash and fold service had been adequate, though some of the clothes came back with black marks. There are enough places nearby that it is not worth risking your clothes at a place that does not care about ruining them.
