Stumbled here during my two hour wait to eat at the spotted pig. Large selection of beer and their fries are so good. Their sauce, mayo and bourbon, is bomb but the portions are small for 7 bucks. I was that sucker who ordered two. Worth it.

Stopped here for a quick drink after drinking at a few high priced bars in the area. The female, blond bartender(I think here name is Korrina) was fabulous and fun. She was really great to my friends and I. The place itself was kind of quiet for a Thursday night. I will be back if/when I am in the area.

I will never visit Dublin 6 again. I came here 2 hours early to watch sweden vs australia yesterday. I asked the staff if they were going to show that game because U.S. vs Nigeria was playing at the same time. They said it was perfectly fine, because they used two systems and could show sweden vs australia in a smaller room with only one screen and U.S. vs Nigeria on all other screens. 2 hours later, after me and my friends spent a good amount of money, the game was about to start. A new staff member which we didn’t talk to before told us that they were not going to show sweden vs australia and that they never said so either, he told us we were confused and that they never had any plans to show the game. He was kind of rude and he didn’t say they were sorry about this or anything. I wouldn’t have cared about this if he just would have told us they were really sorry or giving us a discount or something similar. But he didn’t.

So honestly, I had a certain opinion about Irish pubs being touristy and not including crazy good food. But Dublin 6 is just a GEM. Place is lovely! They have beautiful, stylish seatings(inside and outside) as well as a bar room where you can scream your lungs out while cheering on your team(or for me — tennis player). The place is jam packed with ‘real’ people, down to earth, lots of locals. I can recommend their Adobe steak, chicken under a brick, tuna tatar — oh gosh — there’s a lot. Off you go.

This place never disappoints… I have been here for brunch and dinner and the food and service is nothing but fantastic. This is my go to place for a night out, dinner with friends, or just a quick bite. I can’t say enough to wonderful things about this pub/bar/restaurant.

One of the best Irish bars around. One of my favorite spots for good comfort food. The brunch is always a hit and the other menu is as good. You won’t be disappointed with the choices. Friendly staff and the service was quick, the manager or owner even took the time to speak with us. Definitely recommend. If it’s still on the menu the sticky toffee pudding is the best!

Loved my visit to Dublin 6. The ambiance at the Irish pub was warm and fun with great food, and terrific Bloody Mary’s. I was privileged to have BREE as my server. She was charasmatic, knowledgeable, cordial, and was an excellent server. Bree is an outstanding server with exceptional people skills, and a smile that lit up the room. A special thank you to management for having a superb establishment and a server that made my vacation a delight. Sincerely, Loretta

Great pub! Had the turkey burger… Amazing. Dublin also has a great draft menu. Bartenders here are really friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Good drinks, variety of special martinis and mixed cocktails. I came here last night for a birthday party and it was a good size bar area to fit 20 – 30 people. They played good music, not too crowded at the beginning but got packed later. They have a restaurant area as well for dining. Next time I come, I need to try the food menu as it looked good.

My favorite bar in the city. I’ve lived there for 10 years and always end up regretting going anywhere else. The location, drink selection & food are all great. The staff is friendly and top notch. Definitely give D6 a shot and you won’t be sorry. Have a drink for me please!

Clean, elegant place. I went there with my grandmother and father for Mother’s day brunch and it was a nice experience. The food was okay; good, but nothing great. It was on the pricey end, but it is nice if you are going out for a special occasion.

This place is just great! I was on my way to somewhere else when I saw it. Not sure how long it has been here as I may have walked by it many other times but too inebriated to remember — lol The external look of the place is what caught my attention & the internal did not disappoint. I love these quiet, cosy & classy watering holes. Prompt & friendly service too. The fireplace adds to the ambiance & makes you want to stay longer than you probably planned to. The long bar is the main feature of the bar section & there is a separate restaurant adjacent. Toilets needed a little tidy but were not scary. I only had time for 1 drink but that 1 drink had me tipsy walking out. Value for money in my book. I did not try the food but I will return to sample it. This is might become a regular haunt for me in the West Village.

Stopped in here after a run. Very nice weekend brunch. We appreciated the quiet in the early bird hours(we were the first ones through the door). The food is very good and the deal is just about right($ 20 give or take, including 2 drinks). The Bloody Marys were very respectable. Also, Dublin 6 has one of the classiest and best-maintained rooms of any Irish pub I’ve ever been inside.

Loved the beer that tasted like chocolate… some stallion? Had mussles — terrific sauce. Staff was also very friendly.

The bartender was AMAZING! The perfect mix between taking the time to socialize at the bar and make sure she was taking care of the new clients that were arriving. I’ve been in the service industry before and I would hire her in an instant! My friend was upset when she left to take care of other clients and I had to remind him she was working and not our new best friend, which is how she made us feel. Friday’s special cocktail is the Luscious Lou! Yummy! She made us feel so at home that we came back the next night for dinner. Ate at he restaurant and not with her, but felt compelled to stop by and say Hi! The food was good the next night. Highly recommend for happy hour or a good, not expensive(for Manhattan) meal.

Good food, options for seating and super bar. Service always great. My fav pub in the village. They have a decent range of draft and bottled beer. The venue is spilt into a lounge area and a dining area. There is outside seating as well which is perfect if you like people watching. This spot is right amongst it all in the village but still manages to feel laid back and chilled.

Not sure what’s Irish about this quite nice bar. They have a long, spacious bar, ample seating in the back, all of which is much more nicely decorated and fresh than it looks from the outside. There’s a small but good set of microbrewery beers(Dale’s, Radiant Pig, Lagunitas and a few others) as well as some mass market brews. Food is surprisingly good. Fish tacos for 4.50 a piece is a steal. Just add Tabasco.

Menu is simple good pub grub… from an English point of view its always good to see sausage, beans and chips on a menu. Takes me home for a minute. The Irish breakfast is really a full English but I can’t be bothered to argue when in a bar called the Dublin. As for the food… well for 18 bucks the Irish breakfast is pricey for what it is, however they do use real bacon not the American streaky. I’m still yet to find a decent full English in the city… even the fat radish fell short. Service is friendly as hell so 5 stars for that.
