This is my go to Chipotle. Centrally located, especially with the trains I take. Be cautious ordering at the end of the night because they sometimes run out of food. It’s forgivable because Chipotle is about the only«fast food» place I go to. Big tip: order online during busy hours and cut the line.

Very good takeout ‘fastfood’. Tasty, fresh and costomizable. Of course not as good as a restaurant and I can’t compare it to other Chipotle locations but this was my fist Chipotle visit and I was very positively surprised :) good food, will come again!

Sub-par Chipotle that runs out of ingredients all the time. Head to another location, worth walking an extra few blocks. On a Monday, I head for Chipotle, craving some avocado. After my bowl was half made, the employee told me they were out of guacamole. Annoying but not the end of the world. They didn’t offer anything to make up for that(chips, extra meat would have been nice). I left with a bowl and a little sadness. On Wednesday, I tried again to satisfy the craving. This time they had guacamole but were out of cilantro. How does that even happen? Cilantro! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I give up, I’m heading to 14th St.

I assign the three stars loosely. This location won’t have white rice for another 20 minutes and was going to automatically give me brown rice — didn’t even ask what I wanted — when I stopped them. Very annoying because the other chipotle I just stopped by has the men’s room out of order. Now I have to look for another place to eat.

Chipotle is Chipotle is Chipotle is Chipotle. I’ve been to a variety of Chipotle restaurants, and the food has been pretty consistent. This restaurant is no different, which is pretty good when you’re ordering Chipotle and expecting Chipotle. I went here once at the height of lunch-rush hour and had no complaints. The next time I visited, I ordered for pick-up. I arrived at the time my food should have been ready, but I still had to wait in line and order like everyone else, which was really frustrating, considering how hungry I was getting. One thing I have to say, though, is that when the employees knew they messed up, they instantly became super nice… They asked me how my day was and were very pleasant. That’s one positive that came out of it. However, I wouldn’t even bother ordering online since you’re going to have to spend the same amount of time waiting for the food.

Great food Horrible Employees The guy put salad when I ask not to, I was fine with it just asked him to take it away not even make a new one. He responded you told me you wanted salad, I said no I did not. He repeated yes you did. I just keep along because I did not want to hold up the line. The girl in front of me asked for warm food and he started fighting her about it too. Quality control check but attitude control failed

I go to chipotle a few times a month. LOVEIT! This location has given me raw chicken twice. I have never experienced that quality control elsewhere. Occasionally, I will get undercooked rice, or a ‘half filled bowl’, but NOT raw chicken. Advice: Go to a different location.

This is by far the worst portions I’ve ever seen at a chipotle. Disgraceful. Management should be ashamed that they’re sacrificing customer satisfaction in the hopes of insignificantly increasing its margins. Once I stated whoa that’s it? The employee basically said, «better luck next time… should have brought it up earlier». So basically I can’t trust you to do your job. I have to coach you. ASKFORBIGGERPORTIONS. Never going back and I’m sending an email to corporate.

I like chipotle, however this location did not impress me. Their restaurant grade is pending from the health department. I ordered my food ahead of time online with a scheduled pick up time and when I got there(10 minutes after the scheduled time) they hadn’t even made my order yet. Therefore I had to wait an additional 10 minutes during chipotle rush hour — on my lunch break. Unprofessional.

This is a tough one. As Chipotles go, this one is pretty much spot on for the standard level of food quality you get. They have a good system down and the staff is quick and accurate. The restaurant is setup nicely to keep the flow moving. The location is great. However, there isn’t much seating and the prices are very high for the area(read above NYC typical prices). Nothing wrong with the food, just the location restrictions itself.

They need more seating here! Only 4 tables and 4 bar stools so not a good place to sit and eat, better for takeaway. Also no free wifi! So service was good but first bite of chicken I took was cartilage — not great although chicken was well seasoned. The brown rice was slightly undercooked so ended up throwing away majority of it. Wish had more black beans than was given too. Not sure if would go to this Chipotle store again.

Dropped in here on a slushy February afternoon for a free carnitas bowl with my sofritas+guac promo receipt. They had barely any carnitas left(AND it was on the heels of their pork supplier issue) so I asked them to bring out the next tray(the amount remaining was not only insufficient but looked terribly dry), and they played dumb and just moved the bowl down the assembly line ignoring me(wasn’t in the mood to deal with the douche). At no point during my experience did a staffer even a approach a smile or friendliness, and it wasn’t even noon yet, so I can imagine how it gets during the lunch crunch here. Oh, the cashier was also oblivious of the promo — handed her the receipt and she said ‘Why are you giving me this?! You need to pay today, too.’ and we had to get a manager involved. They then placed said original sofritas receipt in the bag and yelled at me as I was walking out to give it back(awkward).

I was at this particular location once and the table we sat at was very dirty as we ended up wiping it clean ourselves. When you line up to order, its basically a buffet where foods are sitting on steamed trays but the difference here is that its also exposed to employee’s sneezes and coughs which perhaps gave the food a little more taste. By looking at the food, it taste like it had been left out and put back in to the fridge for a quite few days. I don’t know if anyone has gotten sick as of yet, but do add more Jalapeños and hot sauce as it may kill some of the bacteria… hopefully.

By far, my favorite location in the Flatiron district! I’ve always ordered lunch online and they’ve never made a mistake(but of course I was always served by Richard Mcintosh); not only is he extremely polite but always called and checked to make sure my food was good. That’s what I’d like to call great customer service. All of the staff are polite, welcoming and accommodating.

For the maximum amount of calories in the minimum amount of time, this Chipotle takes the crown. The service is lightning quick. LIGHTNING. The staff here moves so fast that it stresses me out just standing in line, and I get flustered when trying to order my Mexican food for fat people. And really, that’s what Chipotle is. They list the number of calories you’re getting with each individual ingredient; I’m not good at math, but with the hand FULL(much larger than a handful) of cheese, the sour cream, the guacamole and more… your burrito adds up to almost exactly 8 billion calories. My body enjoys calories though, so despite steak that is often too chewy, I’ll be back when I need lunch and diabeetus as fast as humanly possible.
