7-Eleven

They are so RUDE. I was online waiting for the cashier to get the mini breakfast empanadas I asked for. The other associate comes over, tells him something in their language, clears my order from the register, takes the next person, (I now have to step aside to wait AGAIN,) then finishes with me. Excuse me? What just happened? He then pushes my bag to the side and takes the next person. Whatever happened to «Good Morning.» «Thank you.» «Please come again»
I stopped going to this ⁷⁄₁₁ last year because the management was changing/​revolving too much and they have gotten worse and worse every time. I went in cause I really wanted mini empanadas. Well not any more! They won’t be seeing my money ever. And I hope whomever reads this doesn’t either.

Typical offerings of most 7−11s but this one feels super cramped. The last time I was in, the soda machine wasn’t working at all. Fail. They always seem to have some sortof problem with one of the cash registers or the belly check in machine. Something is ALWAYS broken! Just walk down the street and find the next one.

Absolutely Filthy. Even By New York Standards!
I was just in this store on Thursday, February 12, 2015 in the early afternoon. An employee spilled about two dozen coffee cup lids on the filthy, wet floor. He meticulously picked each lid up, re-​stacked them and put them in the dispenser for customers to use!
I loudly pointed out so that other customers could hear that he just put all the dirty cup lids in the dispenser so that customers could drink from them. He sheepishly took them out of the dispenser. But rather than throw them in the trash, he put them in a cabinet under the counter. So again, I pointed out, «Oh! So, you’re just going to hide them until I go away and then put them back out for the costumers.» I told him and the manager that they should be ashamed of themselves and then I left.
If you like to eat and drink out of filth, then by all means patronize this 7-​Eleven store!

This particular 7-​Eleven is PURE entertainment. The coffee isn’t always as hot as it should be, there may be cleaning products next to the milk you use for your coffee and the staff may be throwing rags around but I still go every morning for my coffee here.
I never complain because the staff is über nice to me. Mostly young hispanic & african american males so who am I to judge there store. I am just happy to see them working and doing something positive with themselves.
