After weeks of being closed for remodeling, not much has changed. I was seated by the hostess who took my drink order which was delivered by my waitress who took my meal order that was delivered by someone else and then was presented with my check by someone else.(?) The new seats were made as cheap as possible with one backrests for two booths. Every time the person behind me made a move, I was pushed forward into my table. Glad it wasn’t a kid or I’d be wearing my food. All this fun and the food is nothing to write home about. Tasteless and not worth the money. Won’t be back.

Seriously some reviewers on here… Its a FRIENDLYS lol. If you are expecting a white glove treatment and opulent fine dining you need to go to a different place. Unfortunately, people are much more inclined to post a negative review over a positive. I review with merit based in mind. So here is my 2 cents and 5 stars based on comparing this place to other FRIENDLYS and comparable spots. The staff is great. Friendly and nice. Some flaws are things that just happen. Broken soda machine? Happens. Messy bathroom-Prob just another disgruntled customer expecting truffles and gold shavings sprinkled on the foie gras on his FRIENDLYSBURGERFOR $ 9 and lets face it some people were simply not as well house trained as my dog. The food isn’t life changing but it isn’t bad. Actually, pretty good IMO. It isn’t Capital Grille or Rose’s Luxury in DC– But gosh darn it I can bring my son for some food and ice cream and he loves it. We always have a fun time. Staff is nice and cheery and atmosphere is relaxed and nice.

I use to love Friendlys as a kid and I loved taking my kids there but this restaurant chain has declined so much especially this particular chain. Service is good but the quality of the food is horrible here.

We are here for lunch at 1 in the afternoon. It is not busy at all. Noticed that there are three tables that haven’t been cleaned after customers have left. One is from breakfast. I think that may a have something to do with the lack of customers. Staff is young girls that I have seen. haven’t seen a manager as of yet to let them know about about the tables.

If you have kids or are looking for a good burger, this is a place for you. They have a few other decent items besides ice cream.

my kid loves friendly’s, so that’s why we have been going 1−2x/month these past couple years. and most of the time i go, i end up regretting it. but again, my kid loves it. but NEVER go on a mon/tues because of the kids-eat-free deal. it’s NOT worth it. last monday we went, got seated immediately but then waited for almost an hour for our food. this was with hungry 4-yr-old and 1-yr-old kids so it was utter misery. the server was sweet and i know it wasn’t her fault. the place was packed. to make things worse, i got food poisoned afterwards. thankfully it must have been the salad because neither my husband or kids got sick. but that’s it, no more friendly’s ever!

This location is like an iconic landmark-now. Been here for such Long time. I normally don’t go, its right next door to Mc D’s. But once in blue moon, crave ice cream, run it there. My friend had little ones, we went in there. Usually busy-not bad. THey have coupons they send me, but I think the food is just OK, other then burger combs, not the best, but this ones pretty decent, clean, service is Hit or miss, hire high school & college students, some are efficient, some slow as hell-carrying side conversations. while were waiting. It’s just OK, not a place I say, Ohh let’s go to Friendly’s!
