McDonald’s

I go to this McDonald’s about once every month or two. I have never been accosted by a roach living the thug life. Neither have I achieved a Buddhist enlightenment because of their food. it is a McDonald’s and it does what a McDonald’s does, neither great nor badly. The bathrooms are usually moderately clean, but not sparkling. The rest of the facility is pretty clean and well-​kept. One wall is glass which provides for a nicer sitting environment and view, even if the view is of a state highway. It’s fine.

5÷5÷2014 2:30 PM Ordered from drive thru. 2 –¼ pounders, 4 Mcdoubles, 1 Large Fry. Window 1– Paid for order. Window 2 –A short black girl hands me a bag and says medium fries. I say Large Fries?. She looks and says oh ya they’re large and closes the window. I sit 10 more seconds and she says what do you need sir. I said I’m waiting on 2– ¼ pounders and 4 Mcdoubles. She looks back on the counter, hands me the bag of food and gives me a look like I got 3 heads. I said why are you looking at me like that. I said she was the one who screwed up my order and she better wake up., She got SUPER SNOTTY. I’ve been going to this Mcdonalds for over 25 years. I think probably longer than this girl has been alive. First time I was ever treated rotten by any employees. This girl needs to be diciplined in the art of how to treat customers. I will go back again ans see how I’m treated if she still has a job.

Tried the new habanero quarter pounder. The habanero sauce was actually pretty spicy. More than I expected. Very nice McDs. The bacon is much improved putting it close to Wendys bacon. I couldn’t taste the white cheddar with the sauce covering it. Maybe it helped cool things off a bit. Unfortunately it’s still the same old quarter pounder patty which is really lagging behind in the burger wars. Put a wendys burger on this thing and it would be awesome. So, a great effort from McDs. But they really have to redo their burger patty to be competitive.

One of the cleaniest, well maintained and well managed Mcdonalds in the area. I will travel to go here for the service.
When they did make an error on my order it was quickly addressed and corrected!

The food is delicious. As always. But the managers attitude is rude and ridiculous. I’m surprised she’s a manager with an attitude like hers. There have been times where I’ve come in and she’s yelling at all the employees when it looks like they are trying as hard as they can. And she has a nasty tone towards customers as well. The other staff are always a pleasure and nice but the manager is rude.

Unfriendly. Poor service. It’s McDonalds. Nothing special
