This review is for the wings. I’m a wing addict and have had some very good wings at various spots. The garlic parm wings here are hands down the best wings I have ever had! I will return to try other menu items.

Was in the area with my grandson and did a quick Unilocal search for something nearby and came up with this place. It’s located in a strip mall There were no other customers in there at the time but we were there after the typical lunch rush. The restaurant had seats for about 50 patrons. It had a large menu with typical pizzeria offering The man making pizzas took our order. He was friendly. My wife ordered an eggplant parmigiana sandwich and I ordered a sausage sandwich with peppers and onions. Both sandwiches were served on good fresh bread. I had to request some sauce for my sandwich which was quickly provided. The sausage was flavorful. The peppers and onions were nicely cooked. The tomato sauce was a little on the sweet side but good. The sandwiches came with a bag of potato chips. There are cold cases for bottled sodas, water or teas. There is also a fountain for additional sodas. I assume the pizza was good because my grandson ate the entire slice was was a good size. While we were in the restaurant someone came in for a 25″ pizza. It was huge and obviously feeds more than the typical pizza pie. The place was clean and if you’re in the area you might want to give it a try.

I wish I had the energy to go on and on about how unbelievably rude the person who took my order on the phone was. I am visiting this area and I will tell you that although I did enjoy their wings, I will NEVER order from here again. I get it, you are busy and have lots to do at 2:00pm on a Tuesday(sarcasm) but taking my order to contribute to your business shouldn’t be something you’re too busy for. Other than the wings, their food is subpar at best.

I’ve been going to Francesca’s for 5 years now. While they are pricier than other local pizza restaurants, the quality of the crust and sauce is much better than others. The sauce is on the sweeter side. The garlic parmesan wings and antipasto salad are fantastic. I always pick up my order because the delivery adds up. If you use a credit/debit card for delivery, I think it’s like $ 1 extra and I think they charge for delivery.

I just went here for the first time. I live right down the road and never knew they were there for 10 years! My and my mother’s dinner was delicious. Super busy took a little longer for our food, but I was chatting away so it had no effect on me. The first and most important thing I noticed was that it was insanely clean inside! Not only did it look clean, but it smelled so fresh. They make you feel like family and the definitely love what they do. I will absolutely be back!

Nice clean place. Friendly staff. I had pizza only not very good. Only thing I can taste was sugar that’s it. Super sweet sauce that over powered entire bite. I tried to off set it by adding Salt Oregano Crushed Red Pepper ect. Not satisfying at all. Sorry guy… great people nice clean restaurant just need to work on sauce.

I’ve been going to Francesca’s for a couple years and have been consistently impressed with both their food & their service. Customer service is excellent — friendly & fast — and the food is reliably delicious. As many other reviewers already noted, their garlic parm wings are AMAZING, but their pizza is also great. The sauce in particular really stands out. I’ve only had a couple of the pasta dishes but have been happy with those as well. The only time I’ve been less than satisfied was when I got a pizza with whole wheat crust, but that was a couple years ago so maybe they’ve worked out the kinks since then — although the crust was so bad(thick & doughy) I can’t bring myself to try it again. But their regular crust has never let me down, so I’m happy to stick with that! All in all, Francesca’s is a solid choice for reliably good Italian/pizza with great customer service — definitely the best option in the Larchmont area, in my opinion!

Average pizza quality. Garlic Parmesan wings were good but nothing to write home about. A little disappointed after reading all these reviews on them. Would still like to try dinner specials

Best pizza in the area, hands down. The staff are so polite and cater to anything you need. I will continue to come back here whenever I need my cheesy fix! Oh and if you come, you have to get the garlic Parmesan wings. Amazing.

Best wings in the area. Garlic parm is my favorite. A little pricey but worth the cost. Correction… Parmesian Honey Bomb is way better

This place is great! I will preface by saying I have not yet visited the restaurant, but have ordered for delivery 3 – 4 times in the past month since moving down here from the NYC area(read: HUGEPIZZACRITIC). What a pleasant surprise to find a place that delivers to our new home with such high quality pizza. The only big difference between theirs and the average slice in NYC is size-Francesca’s slices are not oversized but holy moly the flavor is on point! Excellent crust texture, sauce to cheese ratio is perfect, and the seasoning and quality of ingredients are wonderful. I usually like to dress up my pizza with all different wacky vegetables, extra garlic, etc., but this is one of the rare places that just a plain cheese slice really does it for me. We’ve also gotten several pasta and chicken dishes as well. The pasta is always cooked perfectly al dente and the primavera comes with a variety of properly cooked vegetables. The chicken francese is absolutely delicious and portioned big enough to make three separate meals out of it. Also, the calamari! Sometimes I wish it were just a little bit crispier, but boy oh boy does it taste good! I will keep ordering here, forever and ever, and highly recommend you do the same :-).

So many places to order in Mt. Laurel… Charging 1.50 extra to pay over the phone with a credit card seems a little tacky. 45 min delivery time(if your lucky) and customer service is definitely not their strong suit. Not the top spot on my list… and that’s because of the service, not the food… which pisses me off even more… I like their food but the people are rude…

Had to try the garlic parm wings. The smell alone was enough for me to want to dive in, and yes they were delicious. The sauce reminded me like it would be great on muscles or clams. The hot wings were just the right amount of hot and the pizza was good too. I like dipping my pizza in the wing sauces. 10 garlic wings, 10 hot wings, and one personal cheese to split for two(I’d say that’s basically knocking off two slices from a large) all under 15 bucks a person, which I guess isn’t bad and I was perfectly full. Will come back for more!

Check out my pix to see why you don’t want to miss Gus and Frank’s NY style Italian cooking. If you want to read why, here’s an update to my review of Sep 2011.
I now live in Florida so I don’t get to NJ often. I haven’t eaten here in 10 months and guess what? *Everything* is as great as it was on our first visit last year. Gus and Frank *still* run the restaurant and kitchen personally. They buy fresh Jersey produce from local growers, bring specialty Italian ingredients down from NYC and keep customers happy with great Italian food. So I still say this is the best casual Italian place in the area. Don’t forget to try the garlic-parm wings with some hot sauce on the side. A special recipe you’ll only find here. Enjoy!
