You can order online easily(I like their website) and go and pick it up. I tried it for the first time yesterday and it was a pleasant experience. Also the staff was nice when I went to pick it my food up.

I have visited this location a few times and it’s been a good Panda Express expectation. A fast good place, fairly healthy to eat. This trip in We had Vanesa wait on us and she was very rude. The teriyaki chicken was out, we said we’d wait. We asked how long she said 10 minutes. When my husband asked her to keep his plate of rice warm while we waited for the chicken. She picked the plate up and threw the food on the plate back into the pan where it came from. I waited 10 minutes, walked up asked if it was done yet. she turned to the grill and said no. I went back to the table. Waited another 5 – 8 minutes when I noticed people were standing in line getting their food before we were served. I came up and asked the first girl I saw serving food and said excuse me and Vanesa says rudely again, «She is working the drive through» not waiting on you. So I said, You are waiting on other people(serving them the chicken I’ve been waiting for) and I have been waiting 20 minutes and she argued with me saying, You haven’t waited that long. I said Yes I had, she said no you haven’t,(meanwhile I’m getting looks from all the other employees behind the counter). When she handed me my plate she drops the chicken from it. Amazing how one employee can effect the feeling of a restaurant.

All I can say is 30 minutes for fast food drive thru is way to long. Theres no communication with the customers to even let you know why it’s taking so long.

Typically I love Panda Express, however not so much this one. Went in the drive thr, the whole order was wrong or missing of stuff. I had drive back they fixed it but maybe me keep the other one too, even tho I tried to give it back. So I opened it to start eating and there was corn threw all my food also, I hate corn and nothing I ordered had it in it. Grossed out, I just threw it away! Over this location.

Every time I go to this location they NEVER have anything on their menu, it is always limited. What’s the point of putting things on the menu if you can never order it. Not to mention how rude their drive through employees are and how slow their service is.

Just had the worst tasting panda of my life. Everything was old, under heat lamps for way too long I guess. Terrible. They were quite slow too. I was hoping that would mean they’re taking their time with it to bring out fresh food. Nope.

Came in for dinner. Not overly crowded, which was nice. However the orange chicken was beyond cold and the fried rice was barely warm and definitely not a fresh batch. It was actually disgusting. I rarely eat here, preferring to go to Jade. Since we were next door, thought we would come in. The gal serving us was much to busy speaking on her headset to the girl working the drive thru, to pretend to have any sort of customer service skill.

I love their food, but sadly every time we come here we have to wait like 5mins for food. If you see it low, make more right away. Don’t wait until it’s one serving left so that everyone else has to wait. I love their orange chicken though!

I agree with gwen ten times over. I have been coming to this Panda Express now for 3 months regularly as I work right down the road. And the blue shirt guy is a new manager…(Ryan). I used to love coming here and I would sometimes chat with the employees and the environment was friendly. It seems after the remodel a month ago panda decided to get new management. For that I am glad they are doing well. But there is a lot of hostility in the air with this guy being here that wasn’t here before. My 4 star review would be a one if I hadn’t been here before. I will probably come back and I will probably say something about the service if any district managers come in. But I am only coming back when I want something quick and easy not a place to sit and eat and enjoy the atmosphere. 5 stars to the staff that got panda to the point of remodel here 1 star to Ryan the manager who ruined my experience here.

I’m from CA, so I’ve never experienced a drive thru Panda Express, but I’m feelin’ it! Service was quick, employee who took my order got it in all in one take, and pretty filling for under $ 10. It’s Chinese fast food… how can you go wrong? There was a layer of oil on the bottom of my container but I’m not trippin’ on that. If you take the survey on the receipt, you’ll get a free item the next visit. I do that each time.
