Really quiet location compared to others. Has a convenient drive thru.
No Clover but they did have brisket sandwiches!
There was no line and friendly service.

Pretty forgettable experience but in a good way??? Never out in this area but stopped during a mini road trip. Went in, got our coffee and snacks, and didn’t have any issues with the service that was provided.

Skip the drive thru.
Coffee is less hot than normal, they can never get the cream or sugar order right, the morning drive thru girl is kinda rude & doesn’t seem to like her job. It’s convenient for me to stop here before work but I now go out of my way to the other one on 196^th because I’m over the crappy service & lukewarm coffee.

I received the worst service imaginable this morning from a short blonde girl who had a slight gap in her teeth. It was around 9:15 this morning and this girl was so incredibly disrespectful and rude to me. If you don’t want to be here then don’t work here. No need to take it out on the customers. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location.

Every weekday, I stop here first thing in the morning, as soon as they open, and the baristas there are friendly, courteous, and always have my order correct. It is my absolute favorite Starbucks to go to and I highly recommend it.

Good place gone bad. The last 6 months it’s ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ my drink will be right. Good regular week day staff but there’s a week end barista who constantly interrupts your order in what seems like an attempt to deter specialty drinks with more than one thing in them. When I politely asked if I could talk with out being interrupted I was able to place my order. They still messed it up. Then condescending attempts to asking me if I would like a manager (who I believe was standing right there) and then of course «have a nice «after terrible service. They need to lay off the product and realize when customers are placing orders it’s not time to interrupt. Avoid this place until the bad staff clears out. No way they will be there long

Baristas were friendly. The service was quick and done properly. I like this location.

I can’t go back here anymore. I am always getting bad drinks, and then I have to drive to a different Starbucks to get it remade. Just bought my last one there today. There are like 6 or 7 people working in there you would think they could do the drinks better. Coffee tastes foul, flavorings not added or not enough. Sad because it is a convenient location. I get upset stomach after drinking the products here. Averages 50% drinks taste bad. I used to come everyday.
The people are nice and friendly though.

I like this place because it it one of the locations that has peppermint syrup unlike other ones. The barista smiles. Place is pretty clean. Stylish photos on the wall. Seems spacious.

Holy crap this is a busy Sbucks. I’ve come here before but hadn’t noticed that once the front lot is full, there’s a back lot too. And a drive-​through!
This small shop is always packed and always really busy. On my most recent trip I parked in the back and came through a back door. It reversed me a little so when I came in I wasn’t sure where to order from. I saw a long line of people and attempted to get in it. Fortunately someone helped me out and told me that was the ‘already ordered’ line and there was actually no line to place an order. Cool.
I did get a funny look like I was a moron, but hey, maybe I was! haha. It was so busy in here that it got confusing for a second. I placed my order, got my tea and oatmeal and off I went.
Pro-​tip: If you have to park in the back lot, make sure you have time to get to your final destination. There were no spaces out front so I came back here to park thinking it’d be easy. If the drive-​thru line is long, those cars block in anyone parking back here. I ended up stuck in my car for a few minutes.

Employees are always nice. They USUALLY get my order correct. The drive thru is a bit slow. But the coffee is usually decent :)

Easily a 4 star (or 5 on a great day) Starbucks– but Lynnwood’s horrific traffic reduce it to 3. Hard to get in or out of– 196^th traffic is similar to that tsunami a few years ago– it’s a massive flow of rude, inconsiderate folks that won’t let you in our out of this place.
On top of that there is about 60% of the amount of parking that this place deserves.
Plus side– drive through is efficient.
Assuming you get a parking spot the store itself is standard Sbux, wood, eclectic music and folks with laptops and headphones on passing time.
Staff are great, service is always solid.

Slowest drive through ever. I have been here on 4 – 5 occasions in the past 2 years – slowest SBUX around, no doubt. Go in or go somewhere else! Service is fine.

This Starbucks is my favorite. Always clean. Super friendly baristas who know your name and drink.

I decided to go threw there drive threw nod order a breakfast sandwich (fist for me) and my guilty pleasure (Trenta Valencia Orange Refresher). They where super busy but the drive thru seamed so slow compared too others I have been to. By the time I paid and got my order I just wanted to go as I had places to be and didn’t want to be late. I wish I had been a bit more patient and paid better attention. When I got to my location and went to transfer my drink toy I dilated travel cup I noticed the drink size was wrong. The tag said Trena but the cup was so obviously not. At no point did the persons marking, making or serving my drink notice it was the wrong size. I will not be back.

If i could give this place negative stars I would. I came here every morning on my way to work near by and on a number of occasions they got the same order i have every day wrong. The baristas were rude and unhelpful. One day — I had such a bad experience with a barista that I called corporate and complained about her. I never saw her again and they comped my drink on the next visit.
This is a super popular location with the drive thru. But pleassseeee learn some manners people.

The coffee and efficiency here is really good. The baked goods are tasty.
The parking lot is a bit scary.
As is the drive thru, like, it’s really narrow.
Sometimes it’s a challenge getting back out onto 196^th.
Definitely something to take into consideration when choosing a coffee place that has a shop on every corner!

I do love that Starbucks has consistent products across locations. My drink was made exactly the way I like it.
I had a La Boulange pastry for the first time, and it wasn’t very good. (I should note that I am obsessed with the «real» La Boulange in San Francisco and might be judging unfairly.)
Finally, it’s a pain to turn into this Starbucks from the other side of the street. This isn’t SBUX fault, but the strange driveway to the drive-​thru window could have been done better.

And we’re back down.
I came in here the other day and there were 5 employees behind the counter. Count em, 5! The barista at the register was talking to a woman at the counter for several minutes. The woman was a manager or something I think but they weren’t talking about a coffee order. They were just chit chatting. I didn’t get a greeting or acknowledgment for quite some time.
It baffles me how this store can have so many ppl working here at once and be so inefficient. I’ll be going to the SBUX over on 184^th from now on! Parking here is awful, too.

I’d like a double tall nonfat no-​whip with foam mocha.
That’s all. Is that too much to ask? Some Starbucks, yes, yes it is. This one? Never a problem. Not only do they LISTEN when I say it («um, so that was a double tall nonfat mocha no foam with whip??») they GET IT RIGHT. Thank God.
But nothing can make me give a Starbucks more than three stars. Well, okay, maybe something, but I haven’t found it yet. Sbux is the fast food of coffee, and for that, they are A-​OK.
