Cravings unsatisfied! Fried rice was really dry, and even had a crunch to it… Pretty disgusting. The corn didn’t even have flavor to it, it was really bland. Chow mein was mostly cabbages and barely any noodles, so it was a huge disappointment to eat with my orange chicken and broccoli beef. Never coming back to this Panda Express. Saku across the food court was way better than this place.

Generous portion of food! So I got the kids meal which was perfect. The people there are extremely hard working. There can be lines but they go fast. There is constantly fresh food being filled up which is cool to see. The food is great, what more can you ask for? :)

This establishment is poorly managed! I ordered a 2 entrée meal with fried rice at 8:20 pm on a Monday night. They were out of Beijing Beef and also out of the new Steak entrée. Not very much selection, and the woman working there admitted with a chuckle«We are out of everything! We get our shipment tomorrow!» So I ordered orange chicken with bacon(although there wasn’t any bacon in my scoop) and teriyaki chicken. The real turnoff occurred when I went back at 8:50 to have my soda refilled. I watched a young Asian man ask to have his soda refilled(and it was), but when I asked for a refill I was told«.54 cents!» Now that’s a crock of crap! What’s good for the goose should be good for the gander!

I had a craving the other day and I very much regret it. I felt bad almost right after eating it and waited for the food to pass my system. I usually live off of fruit smoothies and home made food so this fast Chinese food was hard on me. Very hard. I kid you not… Liquid fire in my pants. I’ve never had this harsh of a reaction from Chinese take out before. Be is bad mall food or just panda this food quickly made it evident it hated me. I will never go back

Definitely one of the more popular spots in the Alderwood Mall food court… and for good reason! This Panda is on par with others in the chain. A seriously yummy indulgence, cheap, fast food — I’m a fan! My favorite is the orange chicken of course — I’ve gotten a little side of it and just nommed to my heart’s content while walking around the mall even. In the few times I’ve been here, the service always seemed fine… nothing spectacular but nothing awful either. Yes, the line can get long, but usually it moves quickly too. With the other options available at the food court, this one definitely fits the bill if you want something quick and delicious! Yum!

They overfill the bowls with the side item(Like rice and chow mein) and put hardly ANY meat. Also, the rice was gross. It had no flavor and was mushy. The steak tasted undercooked. Gross gross! They also charge 49 cents for tap water. I waited in a very long line for some gross overpriced food.

I loved Panda — was a devoted follower for one reason the Tofu. Panda was the ONLY place at the mall — to get Tofu that was spicy and yummy and so much better than a plain old lettuce sandwich. But Tofu is no longer offered — not even as an upcharge(like the shrimp). I get that it probably was not the big seller and choices have to be made. But I would be willing to pay an upcharge AND wait for it to be made if it was offered. So Panda sorry cheap mall chinese is off the menu…

Always has a line, and believe it or not the food isn’t as good as the one outside of the mall on 196th. Not worth the wait in my opinion, yet tweens and teens alike line up and wait for a long time just to eat here.
