First time here yesterday and very good — fresh! They seem to know how to cook their dishes and the inside is nice and clean! Staff was friendly and efficient. We would come back again.

One of my favorite places to eat in Lynnwood, very laid-back dining, not too stuffy of a place to come and eat after a workout or with friends.

this places is pretty good, but you get charged for putting to much stuff in your bowl. Next the food is grate. The cleanness is good and overall I was a happy man. This places is kind of like the crusty crab, where you get charged for every little thing. the service is good and the staff are nice.

It’s was great Mongolian grill. They didn’t burn the noodles and the meat was seasoned just right. Even my picky eater ate well!

We love this place and come here often. The staff is very friendly and the food is fresh and very good. Their spicy mayo is super yummy and their jalapeño pepper tend to have a kick too. Super good food!

Tried mongolian cuisine for the first time and it did not disappoint! They serve decent size portions for the cost. You can choose the sauces which you want to add. I would recommend the sweet and spicy as well as the mongolian sauce. Dont expect much of an ambience but ya you can expect good tasting food.

Poor selection. With everything heavily monitored. Drink not fo sharing. YOUPAYNOW. Overstuffed plate(isn’t this the point of mongolian grill?) YOUPAYNOW! 2DOLLAYOUPAY! Extra sauce? YOUPAYNOW!!! Feels like eating at a prison café. Makes the plate more expensive then it should be. They even charge a quarter for the dum dum suckers. Make sure to steal some on your way out. Fight the man.

LOVELOVELOVE Mongolian and eat it often, in Everett, in Mukilteo, and in Bothell. Came here several years ago and they did not cook my veggies or noodles at all. Was more like a Mongolian salad. Before I left I went up and talked to the owner about cooking the food longer or hotter, and that the flavors blend together with the heat and create a cooked in flavor. She just smiled and said, «you just ask for well done next time». I didn’t mean well done, and I didn’t mean just for me. Fast forward 3 – 4 years. I went to try this again today for the second time ever, even though I eat Mongolian at least 6 times a month at the other places. This time I did as she requested and asked to have my noodles and vegetables cooked. She said, «oh — well done» and turned to the cook and said, ‘well done”. I just sighed and shook my head, then told her that I said nothing about well done, just cooked this time please. When she called me back up after cooking, she asked if I wanted sauce(you can not serve your own sauce here) and I looked at the choices. I asked for ½ of it mushroom sauce, and the other ½ curry sauce. She then poured the two choices over the middle and mixed the sauces together. Really? Mushroom gravy mixed with curry? I just sighed and shook my head — again. Not saying anything I sat down to try this concoction. First bite — THEVEGETABLESANDNOODLESWERENOTCOOKED !!! Got up and walked out. I am contacting VISA for a charge back for customer dissatisfaction. Edit to add — Before all this, I also spoke with her when I first got there about needing a bottle of hand sanitizer at the beginning of the self serve island by the bowls like other places have, she just looked at me and smiled. I bet you if I go back in a week or two, there still won’t be any.

Pros: the food was fresh and clean. The meat was fresh not frozen. Cons: I’ve never seen a Mongolian grille with so many rules. $ 2 over-filled bowl fee? Also, the bowls are smaller than my kids’ cereal bowl, so for $ 8 I could’ve gotten more food at any Asian restaurant. When I walked in, the grill-cook didn’t understand when I asked«can I sit anywhere? Is it self-seating?» He just grunted and told the owner lady that it was my first time in. I’ve been to many other Mongolian bbq and grill places, but none where they keep the meat hostage so you cannot choose how much meat you get. Also, you aren’t allowed to see the flavor sauces, so I guessed curry peanut(thinking maybe like a Thai peanut sauce?) but it was just yellow curry and add your own peanuts. The majority of people here looked like overflow from old country buffet. It seemed they also had bowls half-filled with regrets.

I have been coming here since 2006. I love this place and it has always felt like home since they know me and my preferences. The food is always great, ingredients fresh, buffet clean and cooked to perfection. The only thing that bugs me is when they started the $ 2 extra for overfull bowls. It made this place a no brainer to maybe every once in a while for me.

This place was a lot better 8 years ago when we were kids in high school. It used to be you could stack your ingredients without anyone raising a fuss(within reason). But as other reviewers have said, the owner charges you extra if you throw in too much unless she likes you. The spread is always fresh, though! I’ve never been in there where the veggies are off, though I usually stop by mid-afternoon. They don’t really give you enough meat, either. Again, back when this place first opened, they were a lot more generous. Definitely good food though. Just be mindful of filling your bowl too much.

No complaints but it definitely didn’t blow me away. Since there are just so many other options in the area I will probably not go there again. There was nothing wrong with the place just didn’t stand out.

The lady who owns this place and works at the front is not nice at all! She also charges $ 2 extra for slightly full bowls(everyone goes to Mongolian grill to fill their bowls with veges and other stuff)! Also, the amount of meat they give you is ridiculously small. Over priced for what you get — I don’t recommend this place! Lastly, the place isn’t very clean and the kitchen is pretty dirty looking! I won’t be back!

Save yourself $$$ & go to Hot Iron in Bothell. The selection is bad. They heavily monitor everything & are ready to put an extra charge on anything(too full? extra. multiple sauces? extra!). I asked them to use different spatulas for my food(vegetarian) & the lady there seemed very upset that I even asked. I saw her tell the staff to do it, saw him wipe them & then continue to cook everyone’s food with the same spatulas. I’ve never left Mongolian grill without leftovers! Can’t reiterate that Hot Iron is much, much better. PROS: conveninet location CONS: Rude Staff, bad selection, bad staff communication, sticky floors

I personally love the food here. I think it tastes great and they cook it right. However, after 2 years of only getting my Mongolian grill here they decided to put up a sign that says «Overstuffed bowl will charge extra» … It’s a Mongolian grill. Why would they have a Mongolia grill if they don’t want people stuffing their bowls? It doesn’t make very much sense. Especially when they already charge extra for more meat(I always do this because what it comes with isn’t enough). The same day we say this sign the woman working there actually told my boyfriend«don’t smash down your spinach like that». For being such loyal customers for so long you wouldn’t think they would act this way towards us. Haven’t been back since and on the search for a new Mongolian grill :(too bad because we love the food there

Mongolian Grill’s. Oh how I love them. This place? Ehhhh just ok. They do a few things wrong & just a few things right. Mongolian food? Yes. Unimpressive & Mediocre? Definitely. Unfortunately this places’ fortune cookies doesn’t makeup for some of its deficiencies. +The food choices. Lots of selection. +The sauces to choose from. Peanut, sweet & sour, plum, etc. +Food is cooked. +Fast service. +You get a fortune cookie. –Prices are too expensive. $ 10 – 13 per plate. –They are stingy with the meat. –Even though your food is cooked right in front of you it still manages to taste undercooked. –Limited selection of utensils. What if I want a spoon to shovel the remaining remnants of food in my mouth? Or a knife for that matter. –Small bowls to fill up with food. For what they charge you the bowl could be a little larger.

First time here, my friend suggested to stack it up because he said the food shrinks. He was wrong, it doesn’t! But with that note, we had lots of leftovers! So it’s like paying one price for 2 meals. This place is really clean, and I love that I could add a lot of veggies to make it healthier. The veggies and noodles tasted really fresh and I asked for only a little amount of the spicy Mongolian sauce and it was really good and didn’t overpower the food. I will definitely be back to try other sauces.

I’ve been to a lot of Mongolian places before, and this one is equivalent to the type of Mongolian BBQ you might get at a mall. It’s got a cafeteria vibe going to it. Not a lot of variety in terms of sauces to put on your bowl, and the veggie selection was just so-so. I opted for the extra meat, because as another reviewer mentioned, the portion(that they dole out for you — you don’t get to pick) is small. The flavor was fine. I got some potstickers on the side, they were only ok, with the dipping sauce served in a plastic disposable serving cup. So it was a decent meal, but overall a pretty weak experience in terms of Mongolian BBQ.

I like this place a lot. Reasonable prices and who doesn’t like healthy food that you get to choose as little or as much as ya want?! They keep this place clean. The area where you pick your veggies is always super clean. I actually feel bad when a little sauce spills! Good portion on the meat I think. I usually get the spicy Mongolian sauce and it has a nice kick to it! Not bland at all. Service has always been fine. I will be back again and again :)
