T-Birds Pizza of Los Gatos

I have been enjoying T-​Birds pizza since the day it opened, tonight a barf bag would have been a useful item. Strong words but damn this place went downhill, I mean all the way down. The pizza dough did not rise, and tasted like cardboard. The vegetable toppings were diced, not chunky like in all the pictures posted. There was very little meat, the sauce was either not there or just flavorless. To top this off the pie was burnt…
The table was so dirty my wife asked for it to be wiped down. They did have table service after asking but they did not supply silverware until I asked for it and then it took them a few minutes to find some. This is really sad I have loved T-​Birds for almost 30 years.
Note to new owners, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
If anyone has a suggestion on a good thick crust, chunky toppings pizza like T-​Birds use to be, please message me.

Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had! I originally found it because they opened a place in Cambrian Plaza at Union and Camden Ave. Heard of the original location in Los Gatos when the Cambrian shop closed! I dont know if these are the original owners or not! Always friendly and quick service. Descent prices and seem to use qaulity products for the pizzas. The only bad thing is the size of their restaurant, only because its small with limited seating. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and so does my family! I recommend this place to all my friends! Very good customer service, all staff are friendly, and they all seem to get along great! No other pizza place compares to T-​Birds! You wont be disappointed unless you think Round Table is good pizza. Always feel like family when here! Keep up thr great job!

We assume that when hours are posted the business stays open, doors unlocked, or at the very least, a sign on the door stating that due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to close early. We arrived for a meal on a Tuesday evening at 8:42pm. We knew we may have to hear that we were too late to order a pizza, but even a salad would have sufficed. No such luck. The doors were locked tight and the staff inside totally ignored us. We will not be back. Rudeness is unacceptable.

I came in last week and ordered one of T-​Birds specialty pizza’s. Not worth 27.00 paid from my perspective. The ingredients are fresh but the pizza was undercooked. All the ingredients are not incorporated into the cheese as I’m accustomed to. I’m not a fan of this style of pizza.

Every year on Valentine’s Day since Gavin was 2, I have taken him out on a date. Not just any date but I like to take him to a place we’ve never been. We were in Los Gatos so I wanted to enjoy dinner there. Called ahead to order a medium T-​bird (a combination, basically) w/​extra sauce and was so surprised that it took less than 15 minutes. We grabbed a booth per his choice and ate away once our pizza was out of the oven.
Because the pizza was topped w/​fresh tomato slices, it helped cool the pizza down,
The pizza was absolutely delicious:
+ crust was crispy at the bottom but it was soft at the top
+ toppings were loaded
+ the sauce was tangy and sweet.
+ the sausage was savory and full of flavor
OMG.
I can’t wait to come back.
A medium had like 8 slices? Gavin had 1 and I had 4. I know… =(

This place has amazing delicious pizza. I will be the first person to say I will pretty much eat any kind of pizza, but T-​Birds is a special brand. I don’t know what they put into it, but damn it’s delicious! I’ve eaten here a few times, and am super plain and boring because I order the pepperoni… but their pepperoni pizza puts others to shame. Delicious!

Kind of expensive but worth a splurge once in a while. I love this pizza. My brother always tells me it has a sourdough crust and maybe that’s why it’s so good! My favorite is the chicken garlic pizza — it’s got ranch dressing instead of tomato sauce. YUM.
I’ve eaten there and also done take out, both good experiences, but the atmosphere inside is a little cold and not the cleanest feeling. The guy working there when we ate there was very attentive to our table, he kept coming over to ask us if we wanted soda refills or needed anything. Very nice staff.

Tried this place for the first time today. The food was yummy and the service was even better! Such a friendly staff. I’ll definitely go back!

Best pizza in Los Gatos. Staff friendly and easy to have a conversation. Knocked my pizza over all over myself and Arman offered me a brand new one. Pizza is thick and tasty with fresh ingredients. Recommended to everyone.

The staff isn’t that friendly… even when I tried to have a conversation with him… but the pizza was decent. Thick and pretty loaded. Came here only because of the distance from work. For the price. I would probably go else where with better service.

When I first walked in, I almost left to try another spot. It looks outdated and didn’t have high expectations. So I ordered, the real Italian small size. Upon receiving my pizza, I immediately was disappointed by the uncooked tomatoes. Boy was I wrong!!! This pizza was one the best pizzas I have ever had. The taste of the fresh tomatoes and best pizza sauce I have ever encountered totally blew me away. This pizza is amazing! The owner is super friendly and even checked to make sure we liked our food. He then proceeded to tell me that everyday they use fresh vegetables, and you can tell it makes all the difference. Don’t be fooled by appearance, this place is totally worth trying.

Badass pizza… had the tbird pizza and I was awesome.
I’ll be coming back here for all my pizza cravings from now on…

Rude owner! Over priced food in my opinion.
Wouldn’t recommend it.
I’ll do them a favor and not patronize their ineptly managed eatery.

Been here a couple of times — tonight I was told Pizza would be ready in 20 minutes but it was ready in 30.
I didn’t remember the pizza being as tasty as it was — it’s similar to Domino’s but much better, similar to Pizza hut’s pan pizza in consistency. Pepperoni — Excellent. Cheese — Excellent.
All three of the cooks were very nice.

Hey, I travel the world and I have to try pizza everywhere I go. And T-​Birds Pizza is the best pizza Ive tried outside of Long Island, NY. Farzin was really attentive and we had a pleasant conversation about wrestling and the Olympics!

Yummy deep dish pizza! I tried T-​Birds for the first time during a throwback trip to Los Gatos with my boyfriend. We got a half pepperoni and half BBQ chicken pizza with a thick crust and it didn’t disappoint. I’m surprised to see mixed reviews on Unilocal since our pizza was delicious! Way better than the pizza you’ll get at a chain restaurant. Hopefully I’ll be back soon.

Has potential. But, it seems like it’s a place that was really cool at one time but now it’s just kinda… sad. Beer selection is bad too. Staff is nothing great, just inexperienced and it shows. Too bad, I wanted to like this place. Pizza was fine but… nothing to get too excited about. To give you an idea, we took the leftovers home and they just sat in the fridge. Nobody wanted it.
Update:
I received an email from the owner who informed me that he had just taken over the place and will be giving it a facelift. I can’t wait to see what this place can be. It’s good to see an owner have open communication with his customers.

i pass this place ALL THE TIME when i walk downtown or when i’m just taking a walk. i finally came here with Kenny P. the other day because he said it was the best pizza place evaaarrr and i must try. I didnt eat all day and it was dinner time so i was STARVING.
We sat down and this really nice waitress we got us waters and was super helpful on what to choose. We ended up getting a medium half T-​bird special and half Great Graffiti. Those were both thick crust type pizza, but there were also lots of thin crust pizzas too! The pizza came out super fast in a deep dish type of serving pan. It had little nibs on the bottom and i read that it helps the pizza from getting soggy on the bottom and lets it get all crusty and yummmyyy
The t-​bird special was loaded with toppings like green peppers, onions, sausages … etc. The tomatoes on top were super fresh bc it looked like they put it on after the pizza cooked. super delicious. The Great Graffiti is like a Hawaiian pizza. the pineapples they put on there were Dole pineapples so they were super sweet and complimented well with sweet-​savory palate. They dont skimp on the pineapples like they do other places (:
I liked this place a lot, i ate 3 huge slices and almost a 4^th! Which is actually a huge feat for me because i’m so tiny so i usually eat like 2−2÷12 slices of pizza. I think the medium for $ 20 is fine for us two, but it would be hard to share a medium with 2 guys who are trying to BULKK LOL ! we only had 2 slices left! and i dont even eat that much
