No. No. No. No. No. I was coming here quite bit a few years ago and it was really cool. The staff was great and rarely did they screw up an order. I stopped going for a few years and recently started back. My order was messed up 2 consecutive times due to things being left out. Now I’m not going to bother. It’s just not the same. They seem to have staffed people that really just have nothing to offer. I like Robeks but this location is pretty bad nowadays. Perhaps I’ll start making my own smoothies at home.

I only come to this location because it’s closest to me. The drinks are good but the problem is, it takes entirely to long to receive your order. They really need to have more than one employee working. It’s always the same person who takes your order makes your drink causing a huge line build up. I really hope they can do something about this process it really should not take 15 min to get my drink

I discovered this place a month ago and have been going back as much as I can. The average drink costs around seven dollars but you pay for what you get. The drinks are made right in front of you and everything is fresh. Your body is what you put into it. After drinking the raw juices on a daily basis, my friends have actually noticed my skin glowing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a juice or smoothie place WORTH the money spent.

I love Robeks but this is the WORST location I’ve ever been too. I was overcharged and then given LESS than the amount I paid for. When I told them I was not happy about it they told me there was nothing they could do. That wouldn’t have bothered me as much if they were not so rude and discourteous. Also, I asked for and paid for a whole fresh banana for my smoothie, and they pulled an old black banana out of their freezer and used that as the requested«fresh banana». There’s bigger issues in the world… but when your business is a smoothie shop… there’s not that many things you have to get right. This location just gets everything wrong. Will never go here again. Rude. Overcharged. Under-served. Stay away.

I was craving something refreshing so I decided to come by Robeks Juice since it is right around the corner from my friend’s apartment. I got the Sweet Green juice which includes kale, celery, spinach, and apple. It was good but expensive. I understand that it is fresh vegetables so juices can get expensive but I don’t think the drink was anything special. When I had a juicer, I made similar juices like these and they tasted the same.

This place was okay. I got a basic green juice. For the size of the juice, the price was way too high. They ended up pouring a lot of it out in the end. Seems like such a waste.

Grant is great, he always has our smoothies ready. Juice is always fresh. It’s a clean store, great place to stop before work or lunch. I like their Venice burner.

Worked here for a day, hated it! They are sloppy and let the water stay brown till they decide to change it. Owner is too cheap to get a real 3 compartment sink.

Javier was ahmazing by far the best customer service I’ve received in Los Angeles! There’s no indoor seating but outdoor patio umbrella seating is perfect for those sunny LA days!

I’ve tried a few smoothies here but they are a bit heavy for my liking. Not a fan of the drinks containing sorbet or yogurt, and there aren’t to many options without either of the two. Most recently I tried their new watermelon mojito, which I enjoyed. It includes pressed watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumber, and mint. The mint could have definitely been blended a little more, as I found myself chewing on chunks of it, which wasn’t very appealing. But the combination of flavors was very delicious. As for this particular location — very small, and little space to sit. I wouldn’t mind coming back to try an acai bowl.

Stopped by this place for a tummy sensitive dinner. I enjoyed the Malibu peach smoothie and split banana bowl. Friendly staff and fresh noms… good stuff.

I hope management sees this review because I had a pretty saddening experience at this Robek’s today. I’ve been coming to this Robek’s since May 2012 when I first moved to Los Angeles. The employees there have come and gone but every experience I’ve had with customer service has been positive. I have zero complaints. I’m always greeted with a smile and a juice. Love it. Today, I went in for my usual Tropi-Kale smoothie(around 11:30 a.m.) when a man(late 20’s/early 30/s) came in with a young woman. He came in ready for a fight. From what I could gather, the man was upset because his girlfriend apparently had had a poor customer service experience and the boyfriend had called in to confront whoever was working at the time. The guy must not have been pleased with the phone conversation because he came in and started screaming at the poor man behind the counter. His girlfriend or whoever she was was just standing back in the cut, like a pathetic shrinking wallflower. Actually, let me scratch that. She may have been in an abusive relationship(given her man’s behavior) and I don’t like to name-call potential victims. This guy went off like fireworks. It was disgusting. DISGUSTING. I’m not sure what kind of reaction he expected, but he was so insulting to the man behind the counter and took to physically threatening him. I couldn’t hold back(which in hindsight could have ended poorly but whatever). I had to say something. So I did, and the guy didn’t even acknowledge me(which was fine). What a fucking bully. My blood was boiling. Anyway, I love this Robeks and the staff. The guy who caused a scene seems like the kind of asshole who would call management and try to get someone fired from their job for breathing. I wanted to make sure I put my observation/experience in writing and for the record in the event that this asshole resurfaces.

I can’t believe at this location they would rather throw away the extra juice in the blender then give it to the paying customer who ordered the drink in the first place. I will never be back at this location ever again. This would’ve been a five star review. I frequent Robeks juice stores every other day all over Los Angeles. This is the first experience I’ve had where I ordered an evergreen juice and when there was a little leftover that couldn’t fill the cup… the guy behind the counter refused to give it to me. He said«We don’t do that here.» At every Robeks juice store I’ve been to for the past seven years, they always give you the extra that’s left in the blender. Always. I mean you’re paying for the drink! Ridiculous.

Wants to be like Jamba juice but their orange juice is already squeezed and they don’t squeeze it in front of you! The girl said imagine if you want to squeeze it each time and I said DA, they do it every time in Jamba Juice.

My once a week stop to get a Berry Slim Smoothie with Whey protein. Kinda expensive for a smoothie but a nice once a week treat. The place is quick, clean and friendly when they are not busy. Parking in the area is hard in the morning but you can park in Ralph’s. I need to try on if their juices next time. Happy juicing.

While you are waiting for your order, take a look around, this place is gross. It looks like they have cleaned an inch of it in months. The stainless steel is covered in gunk. The floors and walls look like they’ve never even been wiped down. Ew.

Sept 7, 2013 Late afternoon hours Experience meh. Not greeted. Workers were in the back. Size small??? its a kiddy cup! wtf? Hardly any chairs. Mahalo Mango lacked flavor, and could use a litle liquid so you can drink it better. as my first experience i wont be back. not worth my money

Love the juice. The service is usually really slow and around breakfast/lunch they are always packed w/only 1 – 2 employees. Not the employees fault the management just needs to have more people working during busy times. Tough to wait 15 – 20 minutes for a smoothie. They should run it like a factory. Learn from Starbucks.
