Residence Inn Little Rock Downtown

I LOVE this place! Amazing staff, super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Very cool saltwater pool. Even the people who live here are great! Secured courtyard to smoke in. Private parking lot they issue you a parking pass for. Located right downtown, so you can walk and check things out. A very cool playground at the riverfront just a couple blocks walk, through a nice neighborhood, where kids can climb and play to their heart’s content. This is our second time staying here, first time was last summer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!

This hotel has the friendliest staff. The free breakfast and dinner was outstanding! The room was very clean and big. It was nice to be downtown and in walking distance to 5 star resturants. We will definetly stay here again. Highly recommended!

This place is modern and clean with well equipped rooms with kitchenettes. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The breakfast buffet is the usual mediocre corporate chain hotel fare: overly sweetened yogurts, spooky weird tasting breakfast meats, rubbery eggs, thin coffee, cereals, waffle machine, etc. The buffet staff were surly; a courteous request for a bowl was met wet with grunts and reluctant service. What happened to Southern hospitality? On the other hand, the front desk staff were very nice and helpful with all of our tourist requests. If you want to save eight bucks per day, you can decline to pay for parking in the fenced lot, and just park on the street.

This place was very affordable and very easy to navigate. I loved the size and space of the room and its location to the river market area. I had an easy time with the staff and the internet was free and simple to set up.

Loved it! My husband and I took our 5 year old to visit a friend in Little Rock over the weekend and wanted some extra room so we opted for the Residence Inn. It’s in a perfect location… just a block from the Riverfest Amphitheater and right next to shopping and terrific restaurants. The room was nice and big, clean, and we had a great view too… Breakfast was delicious and that’s not an easy feat when you have a finicky eater in the family. What made it so special for us were the staff. They were genuinely some of the friendliest people we’ve ever encountered and they were all so sweet to my son (bonus points!!). Thanks for a great weekend!

Great hotel, all staff were very nice and attentive. Suites were clean and looked new. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choices including vegetarian. Location was perfect for downtown events, could walk anywhere.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a nice surprise at breakfast with great options; red skin potatoes, sausage patties, scrambled eggs with a toppings bar, pancakes and some other things. Glad we picked this place.

Yes. The rooms are very nice, but the customer service from the front desk is lacking. My children and I arrived at breakfast too late. No one communicated the time previously. Yes, it is posted but I must have misread the hours because the weekday and weekend hours are different. (checked in on a Sunday night, attempted to eat breakfast on a Monday morning) Got to stand with my hungry children in a room full of people eating breakfast while simply being told that I was too late. No attempt even to direct me to the nearest restaurant or grocery store. This is not a cheap hotel. We were maybe 15 minutes late. I’m quite sure someone was still in the kitchen and should have been able to accommodate us no matter whose error it was.

This newly opened hotel is one of the nicest family hotels that we have ever stayed in. It’s in a great location downtown near river front park, great restaurants, good shopping and the Bill Clinton Presidential Library (in a building eerily similar to a double wide trailer overlooking the river). The hotel staff from the front desk to the housekeepers were exceptionally friendly and solicitous. The 2 BR /​2 Bath suite (Rm 511) with 3 flat screen TVs and a generously equipped kitchenette was attractive, spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing after a day of driving on the patio next to a beautiful fire pit by the pool and game court. We ordered pizza delivery from Iriana’s — delicious and quick. complimentary breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. We even met some delightful doggies in this pet friendly hotel. Only one minor issue. .. if you are bothered by street noise, you should ask for a room not facing River Market Avenue.
