Holiday Inn Little Rock-Presidential-Dwntn

The location is excellent. Nicely decorated. Christmas lights during the season. All in all a pretty good experience.

Really nice lobby and conference rooms. Being that this was the Holiday Inn Presidential I expected more when it came to the rooms. But I was definitely disappointed in how small my room was and how small the bathroom was just a little bit bigger than the closet. Also surprised by the lack of a microwave oven and refrigerator. Didn’t necessarily need both but one would have been nice. The plus is that it’s not far from the airport and downtown.

The staff here is outstanding! The service is outstanding! In fact, on of the cleanest, nicest hotels I have ever stayed at and would recommend the Presidential Downtown completely! The price is standard for Holiday Inn Express, but the quality exceeds the Holiday Inn standard.
They are a few minutes away from the River Market and the Clinton Presidential Library which is very interesting. The shuttle personal are awesome and even provided us with shuttle service after we checked out, allowing us all day to explore the River Market!

We didn’t end up staying here… and here is why…
We originally booked a room with Hotwire at a hotel (NOT a Holiday Inn) in North Little Rock, and when we arrived at that unnamed hotel, we quickly informed them we could not stay there. We could smell the cigarette smoke from front entrance, and it was even worse inside. All they had were smoking rooms, and we couldn’t do that… we all have allergies, and a baby. So they told us to call Hotwire to make adjustments.
That call took over an hour, but while we were on the phone with them, we found this Holiday Inn and decided to see if they had any available rooms (we needed 2 — we had 5 adults and 1 baby). They didn’t have enough rooms for us, however, they were extremely… EXTREMELY…helpful…SO helpful and SO polite to us. They even called around to different hotels to try to help us out.
We eventually got the situation with Hotwire under control, and they set us up at a different hotel that was completely nonsmoking and could accommodate our large group.
I am rating this hotel with 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service we received even though we were not able to spend the night at this hotel. We were completely grateful for their help. Aaron in particular was a great help.

This is your typical Holiday Inn. Very close and convenient to the presidential library.
The rooms were standard. Basic but clean. Fairly spacious with comfortable beds.
They have a bar/​restaurant downstairs near the lobby, Camp David, where the bartender was friendly and poured a nice glass of wine.
Definitely worth staying if you can get a good price on a room.

A great hotel with wonderful service levels. I return to this hotel each time I return to Little Rock.
Clean rooms and great areas.
