The property is not too bad in terms of features, however, the customer service follow up and responses is rather deficient. They are trying to keep up but I think perhaps that they have bitten off more than they can chew and cannot keep up with the customer service aspect of their plethora of properties. From original issues in even getting a lease I was prepared to sign after repeated emails showing high interest, continuous problems with online rent payment and late notification that checks were to be used, to questions concerning common area wifi issues, and no response from contractors about water damage, the customer service is rather lacking. I am not a demanding individual by any means, however, as I work extensively in customer service, I feel that this level is definitively sub par. I have lived in lower quality and exponentially larger apartment complexes yet the customer service there was just fine.
