I still get some drinks here but no longer any food. Twice in the last couple weeks when I asked for my food (Pecan Tart and Banana Bread) and answered I did not want my items warmed, they just threw the item in a bag. Once I opened the bag, the original wrap from the bakery was on it and marked the made on date at about 60 days prior. I can go anywhere and buy a HoneyBun or Twinkie, I never knew I was buying really old bakery items. I thought the new vendor they rolled out 1 or 2 yrs ago was meant to improve quality and freshness, eek. Coffee only from here on out.

I went here once around 9am on a week day. Ordered an iced latte. Was handed a hot latte. Asked if they had a particular breakfast sandwich in stock, was told they did, paid, then found out they didn’t. The barista was generally nice about it all, but it took a long time and several fumbles to get my order.
Also, not sure if this is due to it being a Kroger location or an app problem, but I did not get a rewards star for my purchase here. They are not able to scan your phone at this location. They have to manually type in your card number.

Let me first say I don’t drink Starbucks but my wife does.
After a long night with the kids my wife was craving Starbucks. The cup collapse when I was bringing it out spilling all over myself.
Management was overly concerned and help me out with a free replacement which I thought was awesome. I would definitely go back to this location.

Service is always excellent regardless of who is here. The girls are always great, helpful and friendly.
My coffee and chai latte are always delicious, no burnt coffee here. My food choices are always fresh and they warm it up for you gladly.
This location is inside Harris Teeter, which it’s awesome place.
It’s clean and organized well. This is a favorite while food shopping. I highly recommend.
