Buffalo Wild Wings

Worst service ever received anywhere. Our group of 14 was seated fairly quickly. Drink orders taken immediately. First round of drinks came fairly quickly. Then we order our food. This is where the waiting game began. After 1 ½ hours still no food. Not only no food the server never returned to check on our drinks. So no refills. Also no silverware or napkins. Only after saying something to the manager did our food come out. But only partially correct. We just took what she had and ate what was brought. Still no drink refills. Also still no silverware. After one of us asked for silverware they brought us 3 sets and dropped them on the table. So 14 of us shares 3 sets of silverware. Still no napkins or refills. Soon after she brings out the bills. Still no napkins but she offers refills for drinks. Stay away!

Stopped at this location to kill a little time before a movie. To be honest I didn’t even realize it was there because its tucked away in the shopping center. There was not much of a crown in there so I was able to find a good seat at the bar. Surprisingly not too many people in there on a Saturday afternoon. The weather was nice so I expected a crowd. I didn’t order any food since I wasn’t too hungry and I didn’t have much time.
You really only come to Buffalo Wild Wings for Beer, Sports, and Wings. This location is just like others with plenty of TVs around with various sports. You can always find something on to entertain you. At the bar they had 2 bartenders and only a few customers so service was fast. Prices are the same as other locations with a few new specials. Over all a decent place to come. I will probably be back since the location in very convenient. It is directly across from the movie theater. Next time I will have to order some food as well to give a better assessment.

When the place first opened the ribs and wings were good but all the good stuff is either no longer served or been replaced with cheaper and greasier items. Not much left unless you are just looking for a draft beer.

Had a great experience today after walking out of a different restaurant for not being attended in 30 mims. The server Dre was very friendly and quick to attention in addressing all of our needs. He was ready to take orders and ready with refills right on queue. An asset to to your business and a great server. I appreciate the awesome service and great food. Will definitely return!

We went to this place on Saturday evening (03.26). Restaurant wasn’t really packed, but we were told there was approximately 15 min, wait. While waiting for a table we went to get a drink at the bar. The only table big enough to accommodate 5 of us was still dirty and had plates from previous customers. We still sat down, hoping that someone will clean it and serve us drinks. We have been waiting for 15 minutes with no servers acknowledging us. we even flagged one of the passing servers to see if we can order something. They said they’ll be right back, but never did. Finally, after 15 minutes we got buzzed to get seated in the restaurant. Here the situation continued, for 15 minutes nobody greeted us or even took our drink order.
Meanwhile a couple of servers have been sweeping under the table in front of us. Finally when we got up and were leaving, one of these servers came to us and tried to take the order. Come, on, you’ve been watching us for 15 minutes and thought that sweeping the floor is more important? Overall the restaurant was probably half full, so not like they were overwhelmed. Anyways, we left without having a meal. I don’t know hoe servers there make any tips with the service like that.

The service and management is awful. I have been twice and never had good service. The food taste the same as it does at other locations but that won’t make me come back. College park is right up the street so that is where I will go from now on.

This place is just filthy! I’ve been sitting at the bar for 30 minutes and the trash from the previous guest are still all over the bar. This place clearly isn’t managed correctly.

This was our first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings and sadly, it will probably be my last. We walked in and was greated and told that we could only sit in the bar area. OMG, it was so loud from the volume of the TV we couldn’t hear ourselves think. My wife ordered the steak salad, we couldn’t find much steak in it for an $ 11 salad. I got the Burger, it was ok but nothing to call home about, it was defiantly not a great cheeseburger. We also ordered the BBQ Ranch Mac n Cheese that never came, you guys need to step it up. Lame !

Great service. I’m a picky eater. There are no options for someone who hates chicken but have chicken eaters in their dinner party. But the server was as accommodating and pleasant as possible. For that, this review gets max stars. The spinach artichoke dip is pretty good. My son LOVED the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich.

One of the worst places for food in town. We come here to watch football and fights because the TV set up is optimal but regret ordering food every time. Got the tailgate sampler, wings were white in places (??) and not crispy at all, the pretzels were hard, the dips where greasy. Another person in our group ordered wings also and they were soggy. The only reason I give two stars is for the good service, tvs and beer selection. Don’t go here for food.

Of course every restaurant has days where there’s slow service & the kitchen takes forever.
Over all this store is much faster service than any other bww. It’s in a location where if you don’t know it’s there than you will miss it.
A lot of people don’t know it’s there so it’s never really over packed.
It’s a nice relaxing place.
The staff is friendly & the managers are always hands on deck.

My boyfriend really loves the wings here and that’s the only reason I come. I feel that the service is regularly slow and the atmosphere is lacking (from a woman’s point of view).
However tonight on a Monday it seems service is a little better, thanks Chris! And the boy who seated us, Eric, was very accommodating. Also this Monday night, boneless wings are 5 for 3 $.
107.3 is also here giving away some sort of prize and holding a wings contest. So fun things are happening.
Over all-wouldn’t recommend for a romantic date, but sure, for the game or a guys night out.

Food was good but service extremely slow. The atmosphere was nice and you can definitely count on being able to watch your favorite team — the place has more than enough televisions positioned throughout. It is a okay spot if you are looking for a quick bite to eat.

There was no CO2, so that mean no drink. My food was cool and it took 45 mind to cum out. They was really not that busy. First time here and lasted

The only problem I have is that the wings are not cooked long enough even when we requested. The skin should be crisp. I had to pull all the skin off to eat them.

Bar service was too slow. My glass spent more time empty than full. How disappointing. The bar staff is not attentive. I think «they» were more concerned with tending to the restaurant orders instead of the patrons on the stools.

new place — and oh gosh TV galoreeee.
the place is super nice and clean, I really liked the environment.
it’s smaller but I like it because it’s cozier… the booths are the best. not too many people right now even at 10pm since the place just opened… but give it a few months.
food was great, the service was great.
will return!

OK folks comparatively this is a good Buffalo Wild Wings. I’ve been to many of these. My group of friends just end up here a lot. Plenty of TVs and who doesn’t love BuzzTime trivia? The wait staff here is generally better than the other BWWs. We had a problem with the food last time as it tasted like it had been sitting for a long time but the manager promptly took care of it. I haven’t been here when it’s busy but I think this location is better than nearby Arundel Mills but it looks like there are less seats. Parking in the garage is a breeze. There’s plenty of things to do here including that nice movie theater.

Not a bad experience. There are some things that got on my nerves, though. Compared to the College Park location, this place is small and tucked way back in the Laurel Town Center where I am surprised it’s finding a lot of customers. Another thing, the chairs at the tables. Wow, might as well be sitting on razors. Do yourself a favor and grab a booth if possible or at least don’t sit down without pants on because these chairs will proceed to pull your skin off if you try and get up or reposition yourself.
Also, I know it’s a sports bar environment, but some sound dampening would have been an awesome idea when they were building this place. The pure cacophony of several different types of sports playing, plus kids screaming and people talking loudly to hear themselves over the TVs causes this place to be pure audio horror once more than a few groups arrive.
One thing this location has that the other doesn’t? Parking. A two story parking garage is right next to BWW. If it hadn’t been for that, the place probably would have gotten three stars.
The food is good though. I love the variety of sauces and the fact that I can get boneless wings (thus saving on mess). The blueberry lemonade was also awesome!

Let me start by saying that the customer service in most establishments in Laurel, Md isn’t anything to rave over, but this place has to be the absolute worst that I’ve ever experienced. I can’t speak for any of the food or wait staff, as we were never served food by a waiter. This is more of a review regarding the bar and management.
When my wife and I sat down at the bar, it wasn’t very busy. There were maybe 8 to 10 other patrons. Everyone was served and was happily eating or drinking. We grabbed a drink menu and figured out what potent potable we wanted. As we did this, the bartender made eye contact with me, then went on to make drinks at the service bar… no greeting or anything. That’s fine by me, I’ve been in his shoes before and know how that part of any establishment can become busy.
Once he finished pouring 3 drinks for waitresses, he checked on the other patrons, looked at me and my wife, skipped over us again, then went back to the service bar. This routine repeated one more time. I tried to flag down the bartender, but it was as if myself or my wife did not exist. My wife even went to inform the other bartender that we had not been served yet. Another five minutes went by and we still hadn’t had a drink order taken.
The bartender ran to the back for something, and there returned with a manager. At this point my wife and I had our coats on and were about to head to the door. I went to the manager, who was standing next to the bartender that ignored us for the entire 20 minutes that we sat unattended, and asked him if it was the bartender’s first night on the job. He surprisingly said no. I told him what had happened. The manager just sort of looked at me like I had a horn growing from my head, the bartender wouldn’t look me in the eye, and they both stood speechless. Upon seeing this I told them to have a nice night.
The funny thing is, I wasn’t looking for a hand out, I was hoping for an apology, but did even get that. I got a dumbfounded stare.
Obviously, the management there reflects how terrible the wait staff has and will become. Won’t be heading there ever again.
