Fraudulent. NFN was great for many years – access to many gyms and a few bucks a month cheaper. Now they have almost no participating gyms in DC, and they do not respond to requests for cancellation. I’ve tried for months and they keep charging me. I had to have my credit card replaced in order to stop them.
It seems they have turned into crooks. Do NOT participate with these people. There is no way to reach a human at their company – no reposes to emails and voicemail boxes are full.

Thought I’d give a discounted gym membership a shot through them. Decided I didn’t really need it, so I call to cancel.
But, they never respond… ever. Looks like I’ll have to change credit cards to ensure they don’t try and bill me.
