Longview, TX
First, the good — my order was correct and tasted fine.
But… The kid at the counter reminds me of my kid: short, rude and not at all interested. This is not good in the service industry. Secondly, the hot sauce bins were almost empty (during the lunch hour). Finally, the place was a dirty mess. Seriously.
C’mon, Taco Bell! Y’all spend millions on marketing. You can do better than this!

This location used to be one of the worst Taco Bells around, but I think they got new management because it is now the best Taco Bell ever! Y’all keep up the good work!

If the food were as good as the manager, Regina is at handling situations where an order was made incorrectly, I would give this place 5 stars. However, the food is awful and the employees don’t know how to take an order…
Regina is awesome, which is the only reason I didn’t rate this restaurant with 1 star.

It won’t kill you… But this is the slowest, smallest, worst run Taco Bell I’ve seen in a while. The help wanted sign never comes down, so I guess they’re trying to improve.
