I have five KFC location that I visit, this one is far and away the worst. The staff changes weekly, the food is average, the service is subpar and the place is not well kept or clean. You can’t fill out the survey as the recepts have been unreadable for months, too cheap to fix the printer. I’ll drive to the Seabrook location from now on and scratch this one off the list. This franchise should be revoked.

I ordered the 16 piece meal, but the guy was new and confused about what came with it (i was too) so he rang it up ala cart (I found this out later). For the record, the meal came with 4 sides and biscuits. Only to find out when I got the food there wasnt any biscuits. Kfc without biscuits is pointless of course, so I was very grateful when the manager explained the situation and gave me some biscuits complimentary.
