They cannot make no ice tea. I ordered peach ice tea and they put probably like 2 shots of peach syrup. Shit doesnt taste like peach, it really irritates me… Yall trash. Learn how to make ice tea and on how many serving of syrup or whatever yall use in you guys ice tea

The food at this Jack in the Box drive-​thu is good compared to others in the area however on a few occasions they somehow forgot to give me one small item (i.e. a curley fries) when I order for my kids or their dad so from now on I always check my bagged food orders before I jet out the drive-​thru. I have been going to this drive-​thru once every 6 months even before my children were born and now my children are teenagers. They have a delicious chicken teriyaki bowl and more selections on their menu than other drive-​thru joints. I like their breakfast choices all day as well. I’ll give a 3.5.

I was just there getting some food for my daughter and the cashier was very nice, unfortunately she made a small mistake and accidentally charged me for and extra soda, no big deal right? Wrong… I talked to her about it and immediately she said apologized and tried to fix the problem but when she called her manager to assist, the manager was very rude to her as if that was the end of the world. I think they need to have some training on how to interact with their employees…

We ordered a total of 4 meals this morning. When we got home a chicken sandwich was missing from one of the meals, so we went back to get our sandwich-​yay us… we got to the window and the employee argued with us saying the sandwich was in one of the bags. REALLY?! That lady is a joke, we weren’t trying to get over on jack in the box, I promise! We got our sandwich after arguing back and forth a bit.

5 stars for fast food I went to this jack’n the box because I was just hungry and it was the closet fast food restaurant around. They certainly surprised me here. I wasn’t excepting much from fast food. But I give this one kudos for the fast turn around from ordering to delivery at the drive through. Once I reached my destination down the road I opened my jacks blazin’ to find that it looked exactly like the picture nothing was smashed down and looked like it was sitting around for a while. It looked fresh. The young lady at the drive through was not rude and very attentive.

i got a 4.99 sandwich with no patty. that was through drive thru. next time check your meal before leaving the window. (the one day i didnt check)

Not located in the nicest neighborhood, but it’s the Jack closest to my house so I frequent this place quite often. It’s relatively clean inside and looks like it was recently remodeled, but it doesn’t help when you have homeless people loitering inside and outside of the building.
It’s standard Jack in the Box food, but the employees are pretty pleasant in comparison to the typical fast food workers you would normally encounter.

Thanks for ripping us off! We ordered jalapeño bites, we’re CHARGED for them, but when we got home guess what wasn’t in the bag? I wonder if it’s their policy to screw every other drive through customer? Screw these guys.

The drive thru moved quick and they gave us ranch, hot sauce and ketchup without asking for it. The food was lukewarm. The place looked like it had a lot of people in there eating and there was a line in the drive thru which means it’s popular… overall it was alright.

If I could I would give negative stars… worst jack in the box ever! The food is so gross. Stingy on the «buttermilk» like they will never have any left if they gave me any. On top of everything it’s dirty. It sucks that I live so close to it.

i been going here since i was a kid. today it looks good cause they just remodeled last year.
the food is alright. sometimes you get a shell in your breakfast jack. and its cheap.
they have bums all the time. inside and out.
either bumming for money food or to live in the bathroom.
if you go into the parking lot. you’ll see all the culture of south hayward.
crazy lunatic whacking off by the dumpster, tweaker getting arrested. some jackass trying to score a bj from one of the wackado’s
they have a guard a night but he is useless.

I took my cousins kids out for an oreo shake here, and the guys at the drive thru went above and beyond with kindness and being super quick. They were so good, I had to jump on Unilocal and leave a comment to say thanks for your excellent work!

It’s around 2am and I ordered the number 1 which is the sirloin cheese burger and two tacos. I should have suspected something since it took all of 30 seconds for me to reach the window and my food was magically ready. The burger if you can call it that must have been sitting on a warmer for about an hour, the bun and the sauce was all slopped together as you could barely hold the burger together you could have sucked the lettuce thru a straw it was so wilted and you could tell the tacos where rewarmed, it’s an old trick you place them on the grill and a little water and cover, it fools most people. Last month I came to this same location and ordered a vanilla shake, first I asked if they were available, since sometimes the machine is being cleaned and I’m totally cool with that. What gets me is that you tell me you are still serving shakes and you give me a cup of liquid even the cherry sank to the bottom of the cup. The lady cashier told me not only is it still good, it’s even better this way? wtf? For split second I almost fell for it, I asked for my money back then she short changes me for like six cents on top of that, It’s not the pennies lady’s and gentlemen it’s the principle. You didn’t let me slide when i paid for the product now you take it upon yourself to keep part of the money I gave you for something I no longer have? How Dare you. I’m done with this location. These guys that work the late shift here could care less about quality or the customers. Check your food before you leave!

Actually, I’m buying breakfast for tomorrow morning.

These guys went above & beyond when they were helping my husband.
As soon as he went in, he was met by the shift manager, who was very attentive. The lead could see that my husband was in some distress, as he has a medical condition that can cause sudden & urgent need for the restroom. The employee opened the locked restroom for him. Kept an eye out when my husband exited the restroom & checked to see if he was o.k.
Additionally, when my husband went to the counter to place his order, the employee very politely asked, «I just came on shift, & haven’t had a chance to inspect the restrooms yet. Was everything o.k. in there. Or was there anything that needed immediate attention?»
This guy was great!!!

They are pretty cool workers here…

What else can I say?
Jack in the crack is the best old time for after partying it up all night. Nothing like having your way with a full breakfast-​dinner menu at Jack. No complaints!

I have always been a fan of Jack in the Box especially since they serve breakfast all day. I’m a breakfast jack junkie, I recently discovered the steak and egg breakfast burrito and it is the bomb! I have been eating them everyday for like a week! I also like this location because of the automated machine you can use to order your food, so if there is a long line you don’t have to wait to order. The machine takes cash and cards! So next time your at Jack, try the steak and egg burrito!

I heard about this place in the newspapers many years ago for whatever reason.
Anyway, I don’t remember much from that meal except that I only ate half of my burger and threw the rest away.
The fries I ate with the sauce (as per my friend’s suggestion), and that was pretty good.
But still, this place was a disappointment. I shouldn’t have spoiled myself with that In-​And-​Out Burger the day before.
