Avoid coming to the McDonalds if you can! Service was bad. Staff were very unfriendly and didn’t even know what was in their food– very unprofessional. Fries were not hot and didn’t taste fresh. I specifically said NOPICKLES in my burger and she repeated it exactly, but there were still goddamn pickles in my burger. Everything about this place is just terrible!

I simply asked for an iced french vanilla latte and the staff kept saying that«we don’t have it» and I just had it at that same branch yesterday. Its so annoying that I had to repeat myself for like 10x and i am so close to having the manager called. The staff are VERY incompetent. There’s no particular standard to the coffee as well, it taste different every time I come there!!!

Every single time i go through the drive tru the staff messes up my order. One time they dont give me the right change .Next time instead of medium fries i get small and literally no ketchup syrup napkins and no fork how am i suppose to eat and enjoy my meal. Oh and the staff is so rude !

It had been a long day. Hours of inventory at work and I didn’t want to cook anything ar home. This McDonald’s happens to be on the way home and I was feeling some fries. I pull into the drive through and it looked promising. The line was short, the parking lot was clean and I was excited for some tasty salty fries. I placed my order and patiently waited for my turn at the window. The first person. I interacted with was nice and i was still hopeful for my dinner. Then it happened. The second window… As soon as I pull up the window flies open and a woman sticks her head out and yells(right in front of me), «There’s a shitload of cars back there!» I was like, woah… luckily I didn’t have any youngsters in the car. Then she noticed me. She looked at me and asked me with about as much enthusiasm as you would find in a grave digger’s voice what my order was. She rummaged through my bag, handed it to me and closed the window. It is what it is, this is a McDonald’s I shouldn’t expect much more from it. Needless to say I don’t plan on coming back to this one. Thank you for reminding me why I don’t eat at McDonald’s anymore.

We pull up to the speaker box and nobody is there. We honk, yell out to them. No answer. About 1 minute later someone comes on and she’s laughing and you can hear them laughing in the background. We order our food and wait in line behind two cars for at minimum 8 minutes. No movement. We backed up and just left. Glad to see the lazy-asses on the night shift can be trusted.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. All I ordered was a cup of coffee and it took at least 5 minutes. And they charge $ 4 for their Egg Mcmuffin … ridiculous.

I have been avoiding all McDonalds lately but my family and I decided to go to this McDonalds is because we needed some food before a funeral service. It is located right across the street from the cemetery. Let’s just say this was a bad idea because service wasn’t great and the bathrooms were a mess. Walked in here to use the bathroom first before ordering. Toilet seat covers on the ground near the toilet, wet ground, and a big bug crawling. O yeah this is a bathroom that I would love to use. Service here wasn’t great either. The guy(I think Vick) had a very soft voice. I couldn’t hear a word he was saying. He asked me questions and I would have to ask him to repeat it. No one had a smile on their face… but who would if you work there. Food was below average. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin meal and the bread was dry and hard.(That’s what she said). The orange juice was watered down and barely had any flavor. My mom ordered a smoothie and she said the same thing about being watered down. I have had better at other McDonalds in the past. My recommendation: Stay Away!

Girl at the counter can not get an iced coffee, no cream, add Sf French vanilla order correct. Old woman helped take my order. Not only that, she saw us come in but did not even greet and there were no other customers at the counter. She was just wiping her trays. I give you 100% for wiping the trays so intently! Thumbs up! Medium iced coffee came with half cup of ice and reddish brown looking coffee. Water cup given to us was a 5 year old drinking cup. Stop trying to cut cost, seriously. Will not return.

I came here to get some breakfast through the drive thru at 5:30 in the morning. The sign said that they would be open. When I pulled up, the lights were off so I had thought they weren’t open after all. The lady then spoke through the intercom after a minute and said to pull to the first window. There was a truck in front of me giving his order through the window — he pulls forward. I pull up next and was directed to the second window. Truck ahead is still waiting for his food, it must have been at least 5 – 10 minutes for me to pull forward, by that time I had no time to wait anymore. Not to mention I received no apology for the inconvenience! At a different visit, I went here for lunch. I pulled out a french fry and there was a long piece of hair attached to it. GROSS. Drive down to a different fast food place a couple blocks each way from this one. SOSLOWANDUNSANITARY.

This location has gotten rid of the outside play area and a face lift. The place is not more up to date and the workers here are friendly. Service for drive thru and dine in has been quick when I have visited. The added a little play area where kids 3 and under can play! I love it because it reminds me of that movie Big. Theres a piano on the wall that when you hit the keys it plays. Also a slide with piano keys and drums that all make music. Theres also a guitar on the floor where kids can strum it and it plays music and riffs. Pretty awesome as I still had to try it out. Theres a cubby for shoes but I would say have your kids leave their shoes on. The foam is dirty and i have a feeling they dont sanitize it often. We had breakfast and it was cheap. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito which is my favorite and a vanilla latte which was yummy. Light and not sugary. Oh and cheaper than Starbucks. My son just had the breakfast plate and apple juice. He ate the eggs and sausage but he didnt like the english muffin.

This McDonald’s is terrible with customer service, and after dealing with their awful manager, Raena, I can see why they aren’t trained properly. The first time we had an issue it was when we were in drive-thru: the employee gave us attitude and was overly rude taking our order without reason to(maybe she had a bad day, whatever, you’re dealing with the public, get it together!). We pull up to the 1st window, and instead of coming to take payment, she made us wait. For about 2 – 3 minutes, we were confused of where she wanted us to pay, so we pulled up to the 2nd window, and she gets her manager, Raena. Raena approaches the window, and rather than try to figure out what the issue was, she was being rude herself, putting blame as if we were at fault that her employee was giving attitude. She refused us service without even hearing our end, obviously bias with no sense of respect. Another time, we ordered McFlurrys. If I am paying $ 3 for this, I expect it to be filled to the brim. When we requested for it after seeing it wasn’t, they gave us attitude, no apology, nothing. I am no queen or royalty, I am not asking you to get on your knees and kiss my feet– but I do expect your customer service to be on point, regardless of where you work. Because we so often like to forgive and give benefit of the doubt that we all have our off days, we go in again. Ordered McFlurrys again, same thing plays out, not filled, requested, attitude. Raena is AGAIN the manger on duty, and she brings our refilled McFlurrys, doesn’t even apologize, doesn’t even say ‘thank you’ or ‘have a nice day’, nothing. So, bc so often I’ve dealt with rude people who when asked for their names, they give you a hard time and it leads to chaos and misery(not worth my time!), I peep her name to make note of. She notices this, and with sarcasm, big smile, shows me her name tag and says, «Raena», which I thank her for and drive away. Here’s my thing, if your manager is as shxtty, that will trickle down to your employees; showing them that this sort of behavior is okay for them to project as well. It surprises me this person even MANAGES!!! It appalls me that the owner thinks that this person is capable to deal with the public. I have not once given this place reason to be as rude as they are! Even the way they handle situations they’ve caused is out of this world frustrating. Surely, it is the last this place will benefit from my money, and I hope everyone that reads this realizes there is another McDonald’s off of 92/Mission with much better customer service to take your business to. The fact that Raena thinks her actions are okay is sickening, but also explains why she is no good to work anywhere else.

This McDonald sucks!!! I ordered a hazelnut coffee from the drive through and while close to home i took a sip and some things was in my mouth and there was a nasty fly! I tried to call the store and NO one answered. I am beyond pissed!!!

ok. i come here cause im broke and its like one of the few places i can chill and get paper work done. they have a little indoor play area for the kids. with things that make noise. they have the self serve drink area. which is cool. and if you download the mcdapp you get coupons. which is great i already gotten like 3 free meals and like 4 free burgers just with the app. the staff is nice and friendly. and its mcdonalds. and its one of the nicer ones in hayward.

I’ve only been through the Drive — thru but they have always been super nice and given me fast service. It looks remodeled so I am assuming inside is nice. I don’t understand all the bad reviews but I really like coming here. Best place to get a large Ice tea and a large coffee for $ 2.18 total.

Newly remodeled McDonald’s near the corner of Harder/Mission. The employees must’ve received some training due to previous negative reviews as i thought they were courteous and almost overly polite. I shouldn’t complain since these days its hard to find good customer service! Picked up my egg mcmuffin meal without any problem and drove off.
