Checking out historic Harrisonburg on a chill February day and found this place. Great coffee and vibe. Very friendly service. Seems to be popular with college students and other locals

In town on business and jonesing for a good coffee. This was a solid find. Great selection of beans. Crew that was working had knowledge of the flavor profiles for each of their roasts and was able to give advice for what I would like. Pour-over was very good. Prices average for a good coffee shop.

This was a great find in downtown Harrisonburg! I loved the atmosphere of the shop and the employees were incredibly nice! The coffee is absolutely amazing. I don’t usually like my coffee black, but the Smoky Mountain Roast was smooth and delicious, even black! I also tried the caramel vanilla latte, as recommended by the barista. It was delicious!

I have friends from charlottesville who used to rave about this coffee place and that for anyone who loves coffee as is, then it’s worth the drive to get some of their beans. Now that it’s down the road, I don’t use anything but their coffee at home, especially their dark horse espresso grounds.

Lovely customer service at the counter. Decided to go out on a limb with a blackberry vanilla iced coffee. It’s good. Better then green berry’s iced coffee by far. But it doesn’t make me jump up and down like the blueberry iced coffee from Dunkin does(but that is really hard to do let me tell yah). Sister got an iced hazelnut latte with almond milk and it was so so. We determined it’s because of the mix of almond milk with the nut syrup– not the quality of the espresso or overall drink. Definitely going to try again with vanilla next time. Very open inside area for hanging out and outdoor seating. Will be back
