The apartments can be nice and the location is a plus but ITS A TRAP. They commonly charge massive move-​out fees («damage“etc, we left 1 unopened pack of toilet paper for the next tenant, which urban charged us $ 25 to throw out) I was charged Thousands (!) for what was mostly normal wear and tear. What they’ll do is charge 2−4x what it should cost to fix and bill after, there’s no way to reason at that point. Don’t get tricked.
