I accidentally found this place and boy am I glad! This is my third time visiting the establishment and I will continue going there. Last night I went by to pick up an order to go that I had called earlier about. The young lady was swamped with customers before and after me in line but she kept her cool and everyone was happy to wait. To make a long story short, there was a mix up that I did not discover until I arrived at my destination an hour later. I called back and spoke to the young lady that had helped me to explain what the mix up was. She very graciously offered to fix it right then if I wanted to come back, but as I was an hour away I declined. She asked me to come by today to pick up the correct item at no charge to me. I was a very happy customer. The story does not end there! Now, the icing on the cake that makes this establishment stand out above and beyond: This morning I received a call from the manager apologizing for the mistake of their team member and offered to DELIVER the correct product to me at work at no cost! I did decline saying I would rather pick it up after work but WHATGREATCUSTOMERSERVICE! This alone would make me a loyal customer but I have to say that the food is always fresh, eye appealing, and delicious! The service is always friendly too. If you want a healthy lunch that tastes great, go to Greens & Grain Café! Debbie

What a great place! I worked there when it was Salad Creations and I love all the changes they made with the place! As a small business it’s hard to stand out in a world of corporate and mundane food out of a freezer. Fresh, local ingredients and made from scratch soups; you can’t beat that! Every time I go in there are only one or two people working. I think they do a great job at keeping their cool under pressure. It’s hard to be a place with delivery and in store business with only one or two people but they make it work and I love it!

This would be a 5 star rating if this review was purely on taste. They claim to do delivery on salads but I work in the mall 5 min down the road from their location and it is always at LEAST45 minutes. They say 30 – 45 min wait which is just ridiculous for a salad(a pizza delivers faster than that) but I’m usually waiting about an hour before it comes. The small salads used to be pretty large and I couldn’t finish them but the new small salad bowls are the perfect size! $ 8 for a salad is VERY pricey. I honestly wouldn’t mind paying that if they delivered faster because their salads are so fresh and delicious! I’ve ordered from this place several times because the salads are so yummy but I think this will be my last time. I keep hoping for better customer service. If they’re claiming to be a delivery place they shouldn’t make customers wait an hour to receive food. Also they randomly added a $ 10 min to get your food delivered after about the 5th time I’ve ordered from here –_– even though my total was only $ 9.93 after they made me add on a drink which was supposed to be Dr. Pepper but instead I got a watered down Diet Coke) they said they would deliver to me. My point being– consistency would help this place a lot!

I really enjoyed my salad from Greens & Grains! I built my own with all my favorite toppings & added their srirancha dressing. The owner was so friendly & really helpful! My only complaints are how pricey it was, & I found a few rusty leaves of lettuce in my salad. Other than that, great place!

A very nice place. Used to be a salad creations but now has wraps and focuses on gluten free items. Had the chipotle pollo wrap & it was delicious. Dave let my son try several of the soups before choosing one. Kids meal comes with a drink & cookie(or granola bar or fruit snacks). The cookie smelled fantastic & made my son very happy. Even though it was apparently gluten free!
