Funny how there are inconsistencies between Panera locations. Service was fine, filthy tables throughout the restaurant. Ordered turkey chili, it was cold, power kale salad was soaked in dressing and had more cheese than lettuce, even the soda didn’t taste right. The baguette was also inconsistent ranging from the typical hard crusted to soft like sandwich bread.

I had a really bad experience there today. A few jinga that were not right: — The parking lot isn’t big enough for the store. I waited several minutes for someone to leave but others were also doing this so I gave up and parked at the Home Depot. There are no cross walks or side walks and the road was pretty busy — there is no obvious place to queue so people just sort of wander up and ask one another«are you in line? Is this the line?» It would work fine in Africa but this culture lines up to order — there were only a couple places for groups of 4+ to sit(I guess it is just overall too small) I always end up spending too much(all drinks are $ 4) but I enjoy the food and will probably go back. I had a really good experience in Waynesboro this past week(planets at exit 94 of I64) that was plenty large, had a play place and a drive thru… I recommend that one

Delicious just like any other Panera. Nothing makes this one stand out except man does the parking suck and it gets really crowded with students at lunch and dinner time. Staff are always friendly. Try to come here before or after a major meal time.

First time here, pretty nice soup and salad combo meal. Smoothie was very not fresh, filled with ice and you can tell that the ingredients were not fresh. Soup was slightly too salty. I liked the dried fuji apple salad! a 3.5 star

Today we stopped in for a late lunch. We ordered: cheddar broccoli soup, soba noodles with chicken, chicken caesar salad sandwich and a few bakery items. This was our first time trying the broth bowl; we both enjoyed the broth with the veggies, I didn’t care for the soba noodles. The soup was nice and thick and ready to eat as opposed to lava hot. Babe enjoyed his sandwich and pickle. Tried the toffee cookie. It was fresh and good but I didn’t like the macadamia nuts inside.

Solid service. Good food. I mostly come here for breakfast — the coffee is not great, but good, and they are militant about keeping it fresh. The broccoli cheddar soup is amazing. Pair it with a half sandwich for a great lunch.

After having worked here for a couple months, I can say that this is one of the worst run businesses that I have ever encountered. This store is run by two overly-dramatic sisters and an armed forces veteran who thinks that Panera is the only place that exists in the world. While they have a large number of employees who make a large portion of their living working at this store, they refuse to hire anyone«full time», giving everyone just under what they would actually need to survive. The food is beyond sub-par, as is most fast food, but the veil of misinterpretation is placed over Panera for some reason and misguides people into thinking it is healthier because it costs more money than Burger King. While the employees are horribly mistreated, the sisters walk around like they can contribute nothing because they are so «busy» but sitting around eating pastries and texting seems to take up most of their time. Oh and for the record, «baked fresh daily» means re-heated in an oven after the frozen pastries arrive on a truck twice a week.

Panera always has fresh tasting food and a friendly staff. I have never been disappointed with anything they have served me. Try the half and half deal when you get a half of sandwich and a bowl of soup. Yum.

WOW! Raw bacon?!? on husband’s untoasted sandwich… Then I’m scowled and laughed at when taken back. My sandwich was partially toasted making some of it cold. Won’t be visiting this one again… I’ll wait to go to my tried and true Sherman, TX location.
