This is such a cute coffee/bistro. It is a mom and pops kind of place with a lot of really cool art around the restaurant. You can also buy the art inside. Everything is homemade and delicious. Definitely a great place to stop in this cute little town. The staff is so friendly and very helpful with the menu.

Stopped in two days in a row while visiting Granbury. Hot chocolate was fantastic, and the coconut cake delicious. Hubby said the coffee was great. Highly recommend this nice bistro on the square in Granbury.

Paradise is great. They are always friendly and the food is excellent. The Albuquerque Turkey sandwich is a favorite as is the Sunday brunch French toast. Yum!

This review is on food alone. The staff was very nice and courteous. We came for brunch and had The New French Toast and Paradise Benedict. The French toast had a maple Whiskey syrup and was pretty good and the bacon was a peppered bacon which was delicious. The potato Latke was OK and the the eggs Benedict was blah. The English muffin was soggy and could’ve been toasted more. The Canadian bacon was a little too salty, yes I know it’s Canadian bacon… the poached eggs were overdone and I had a bite that tasted like the water it was made in was on the egg still… and the hollandaise sauce had zero flavor. I guess it’s ok bc the Canadian bacon was pretty salty. I also got the sausage patty which was probably just a frozen patty that was grilled and tasted as such. Nothing great about the sausage. That being said the mimosas were wonderful. You can’t beat a $ 1.50 mimosa and it was a perfect balance. We were visiting for the weekend. But it’s not promising for us to return to Paradise.

Had breakfast here. Was great. They were out of things on their new menu and were slightly disorganized. I’m sure it was due to their new menu. I really wish I could rate them 4.5 stars but since that rounds to five that’s what they will get. They made good on the issues, :-O I was satisfied.

Have I really not written a review? If I’m visiting my dad, this my first choice for a breakfast spot, though they do more than breakfast. I gravitate toward the egg dishes, though the(blueberry) pancakes, or the oatmeal(with fresh fruit), are good too. Coffee is a bit better than most. It’s a bit stronger, as I like it, than you might get at other breakfast spots in Granbury. Maybe it’s the history of the place, as this was formerly The Coffee Grinder, now located in the HEB(north on 377). Oh, free refills on the coffee too. Can be a bit noisy, and a little slow, when busy. If it’s not too crowded, and you can get a table by the window, there’s a very nice view of the courthouse(see photo). Bottom line: Great choice for breakfast on the square.

Fantastic staff, interior, and most importantly food is outstanding for the price. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I haven’t tried breakfast but I’ve tried their chicken salad sandwich and one other(A+). Dinner: grilled shrimp Alfredo. OUTSTANDING! This is a must ptry restaurant, and before you say no «it’s terrible» you have to try it for yourself once.

This is the SPOT. The turkey sandwich is a favorite, and the tacos are great. Their weekend dinner menu is terrific. The salmon is really good, but my favorite is the ribeye. SUPER good flavor, and reasonable at well under $ 20. The coffee is also very smooth, and they have some of the best pastry in town. If the menu wasn’t enough, the staff is all extremely friendly, and if you go at least once or twice a month, they will likely remember you by name. Incredible! Love this place.

Best little place to stop for a bite to eat, good coffee and yummy Dollie bar(sp?). Service tends to be slow even when there are few customers. Either way it’s worth the wait.

Very pleased with this little find! Located in historic Granbury, TX this little gem is a cool place with an upscale lunch menu. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with a side of pasta salad which came with the sandwich for $ 8.99. The chicken salad was loaded with goodies: diced onions, pecans, grapes and spices all put together with a chipotle mayo. I’m so not a spice person but this stuff was so tasty. Just a hint of spice that tickled the back of your throat but didn’t choke you up. The sandwich comes on a jalapeño cheese bread but I chose to sub sourdough instead. The bread was toasty and so good. The pasta saad serving came in a little plastic cup which looked small but when I dumped it onto my plate, there was a lot there. I couldn’t finish everything. This was a great place that I will go back to. Worth the stop if your going through Granbury. The service was awesome! Everyone was friendly and seemed like they enjoyed working there. Reminded me of a hippie coffee house atmosphere which I enjoyed.

I had the breakfast sandwich and zebra iced mocha. Both were incredibly delicious. I’m currently sipping my mocha, as I don’t want it to be gone anytime soon. The barista was extremely nice and gracious. She was very appreciative of the $ 1 tip I left, so much so, and so nice that I left her another $ 2, as she was working the FOH alone. Great place, great service, and excellent coffee!

Excellent every time we go there! As a gluten-free eater there are so many options and mouth watering favors. The Paradise steak is a braised steak just full of flavor and the sweet potato fries are to die for! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu as well.

If I could give more stars I would, I’m going to try everything on the menu, the Paradise Turkey and the Albuquerque Turkey are so good, the staff are excellent, friendly and professional, don’t forget the lemonade you can’t stop drinking it! Just had breakfast for the first time and I’m not surprised on how good it was, by far my go to place in Granbury, in the town square it’s a perfect stop for a bite to eat in a perfect little town

I have enjoyed Paradise Bistro in each of several visits. Service was fantastic. The Turkey Sandwich was really a delight. The Manager and Staff are warm, friendly and personable. Always finish up with a good cup of chai. Their’s was perfect. I might improve the sides and the French Dip but overall it is a good experience every time.

I’ve been here twice now. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. Staff has been nice and helpful. The place is clean and they offer a nice variety for such a small restaurant. Nice to have the option of iced teas(regular and flavored), coffees, beers, all in one place. The tables are small but you can push them together for groups of four or more. The food is pretty good. Had the Reuben last time. Both the regular and sweet potato homemade fried are great! The homemade chips are a bit thick. The steak sandwich was odd, it was more like chopped beef, but still okay tasting. The prices are what you would expect for a place on the square($ 11 – 15 for lunch and a drink), but a little high for some food portions. For example a side of potato salad is very small, whereas you get a decent amount of fries. The fish tacos looked a little sparse too. Haven’t tried the desserts but they sounded good! Overall I like this place. They get a little busy at lunch and brunch time on the weekends, but when it’s not super crowded you could easily sit and enjoy a drink and get some work/reading done or have a conversation. I’ll go here again.
