Woah this place is delicious. I had no idea what like 10% of the menu meant, but I tried stuff and it was all amazing. It’s pretty expensive but I wish I could afford to get everything on the menu. Definitely remembering this place for our next drive through town!

I am speechless about the quality of the food and the wonderful customer service. I have celiac disease, and all of the servers we have dealt with were extremely helpful in assisting me find foods that accommodated my severe gluten allergy. The food is fantastic. I highly recommend The Pullman if you are in the Glenwood springs area and looking for a fine dining experience, in a casual setting with a knowledgeable wait staff who is Celtic friendly.

The Pullman is always a solid choice when visiting Glenwood Springs. Staff is friendly and very knowledgable about the menu. Fair prices across the board, with a unique craft beer selection. I always get a burger with their skinny style fries and it is delicious. Great place, excellent atmosphere.

Food here is amazing! We started with the glazed pork belly small plate and then I had the vegetable risotto and the hubs had the steak. Best meal we’ve had in awhile! Wait staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

Featured in Esquire 2011, The Pullman is one of those fine dining experiences without all of the frills and a genuine Colorado dining experience. I came here for dinner with family on Memorial Day weekend to Glenwood Springs and man we were surprised by how much Glenwood had changed and now The Pullman is one of the best establishments we have had in Colorado! FOOD: Simply put, The Pullman embraces the farm to table concept that so many people now are implementing. Completely divine is how I would describe the meal. We started off the meal with a special, tatter-style beets and pork frittes. The beets were amazing, without any of that weird root-y flavor, the beets were perfectly seasoned and flash fried to perfection. The pork frittes as well are maybe for those who enjoy pork fat/chicharrones(me!). Again, no greasy mess, simple and delicoius fried pork. Moving to the entrée, I had the almond crusted cod with the brown butter mashed potatoes and green beans. The cod was flaky without any problems of moisture. The brown butter mashed potatoes were great, maybe a little heavy on the butter, but whoever thought butter was a bad thing? The whole thing came together well and the portion size was great. As for drinks, they have many cocktails and several beers on tap that you could get. Of course, being in CO, one can get local Colorado brews, which I truly do appreciate supporting! SERVICE: I wish I caught the name of our waiter, but honestly, the entire experience was pleasant. The specials were explained well, attention to detail was given, and the overall atmosphere of the meal, all of it was superb. I could not have had a happier dining experience in Glenwood Springs and know that on a long drive on I-70, I will definitely come back!

Being a younger couple(mid 20s), every so often we get treated differently. I never expect it, but it happened here. We were served quickly and politely, but our server didn’t treat us the same as the tables around us. They didn’t refil drinks, ask how our meal was, or if we needed anything else, if we wanted more bread, if we wanted dessert, all of which we did need, and all of which we over heard our waiter ask the surrounding tables. Not to mention, my wife also didn’t like her food and the waiter didn’t offer anything or ask about it when he brought the check and took her full plate of food. He only asked if we’d like it boxed, and when we said no, he just said«ok». The other thing is kids… We were seated with our 9 mo old just fine. Restaurant was not busy. First thing we noticed was the number of signs that say things like«unattended children will be sold as slaves». I don’t like obnoxious kids either, but it was significant. Luckily our kiddo is fantastically quiet so we’ve never had to be concerned with that sort of thing. I am a professional athlete and enjoy wearing comfortable workout clothes as my regular attire, so maybe that’s partly why we were stereotyped as bad tippers or whatever the reason was we were not served properly. But still, there is no excuse for being ignored. I always tip 20%, which I shouldn’t have in this situation, but I my parents taught me to do it anyways. Id only recommend to a friend that hasn’t been there. I may go again, but definitely will be looking for other places to dine next time we’re in glenwood springs. We also won’t order the vegetable baby food dish my wife ordered. :p

strawberry hazelnut salad: this was so good. Strawberries were sweet and everything was so fresh! duck corn: interesting. deviled eggs: this was good too! The maple something sauce was awesome. Pork belly: this was my favorite dish. So crispy and not greasy at all. perogies: good! Bread pudding for dessert: this was supposed to be really good so I ordered it even though I don’t really like bread pudding but I realized I just really don’t like bread pudding. My husband enjoyed it a lot. Seriously, I haven’t been to a restaurant that I like this much. Too bad I live so far away.

Went for Sunday brunch — scrumptious! Great service, fun selection. I had the bone marrow for breakfast — I was weary about trying it with jelly, but it was the perfect pairing. My date got the yogurt(freshest we’ve ever had!) And the daily donut — miso butterscotch with candied bacon. Absolutely delicious. Innovative, fun, and fresh! 10⁄10!

The Pullman is clearly one of the most popular restaurants in Glenwood Springs – for good reason. Reservations are not optional if you hope to get a table within an hour. We were lucky to get in. Part of the reason tables are dear is that the restaurant is not overcrowded. It was a little loud, but not bad(an unhappy toddler was the source of most noise; what can you do? :-) The door and the wait staff did their very best given the conditions of the evening and the food did not disappoint. My wife had the seared duck breast and I had spaghetti seafood dish. Both were outstanding in taste, presentation and speed delivered. This was our third time and we look forward to returning!

YUMMMMMMMY!!! Read a bunch of superlative Unilocal reviews about this place before making a reservation for dinner on Mother’s Day weekend. The Pullman *exceeded* all expectations. Our waiter was wonderful and all of his recommendations were spot on, from the pomegranate & pecan salad to the roast bone marrow w/bacon jam to the pillowy pierogis and goat cheesecake. Loved the creative, interesting dishes and warm, friendly vibe.

This makes me honestly want to move out to Colorado. We came on a Friday and were sat almost immediately. It has a nice warm, fine dining esk ambiance. While the food was exceptional, I can’t say enough great things about our server John. Really easy to have conversation with, was knowledgable of the menu and could recommend items to your liking, and was very attentive while having a full section.
Food: Some of the best Pork Belly I’ve ever tasted to start as our appetizer, I had some pierogis and my friend tried their steak salad(paired with French fries). Both dishes had so much flavor we almost licked our plates clean. Luckily, John dropped some bread at the table for us to mop up the awesome sauce. Drinks were made well and sent out fast. If you have room please try their Budino as well!

We were driving to Denver airport from Aspen, we found this restaurant on google and liked the menu so we decided to call in for pick up so we can eat in the car. The town was so cute, and wanted to spend some time but we had a flight to catch. I ordered pork belly sandwich with house made chips. I wish I had taken some photos, but after skiing all day, I was hungry, so this delicious sandwich was gone in few minutes. I love that they put kimchi in the sandwich, it went very good with this very tender pork belly because the pork belly was a little bit sweet kind of like teriyaki flavor, and the kimchi was a little sour and spicy so it made the nice harmony. Also house made chips had 2 kinds, regular and sweet potato, I love sweet potatoes, so loved the chips as well! I’d definitely go back and try other food next time I have a chance to drive through that cute town. Did I tell you that everything had a great price?

When in Glenwood Springs, this is a great restaurant to go to. They have a really good reasonable wine list and affordable creative dishes. Don’t miss the house made kettle chips. I had the chicken sandwich on ciabatta bun that had melted cheese, bacon and ham along with the chicken. The service is quick and friendly and the décor is trendy.

Came here for lunch. The bone marrow and the pork frittes were the highlights of the meal. Get those for sure! Kids loved their Reuben and brisket sandwich. Tons of bread, meat, and tons of fries which my kids did not mind but I would have. I can’t believe they ate it all. Really enough for two average adults. On the other hand my flank steak disappointed. It was tiny with 5 – 6 quarter size pieces of steak next to a plate full of flavorless«garlic mashers» topped with diced French fries. Bland. For $ 19 it was below average. Husband had the Caesar salad that was good but not great. Our server was friendly but very awkward. He must be new to this position. This was obvious when he struggled to stack the finished plates and didn’t really know when to wrap up the chit chat and let us begin our meal. He just needs a bit more training but he has a great attitude.

Great food as usual. Got the same pasta, the sundried tomato ragout and it never disappoints!!! OMG!!! As an appetizer this time I got the soy glazed pork belly and that was AMAZING!!! It also came with tempura fried avocado. The bacon deviled eggs were very good as well. My friend ordered the tempura fried veggies and those were pretty tasty. In the two times I’ve come here with a few friends(each time) I’ve not been disappointed with any of the plates they’ve brought out. The benefit of going with others is that you can taste what they ordered. I’m going to be sad to go back home! I will miss the Pullman and their amazing food. Not to mention their staff is great as well.

OM NOM NOM The Pullman is by far my favorite spot to get dinner when I go up to Glenwood. I have been in a few times now and have never had anything less than extremely excellent off the menu! This trip we both ordered lamb based dishes, which is a wild card for me. I’m a little shy of game-y meat, but we decided to give it a whirl. It was perfect. In both dishes the lamb was the centerpiece, but the accoutrements accented the dish so well that each had a unique flavor and the lamb was hearty, yet not game-y. Cannot wait to go back again!

We found this place searching Unilocal and were really glad we ate here. This place is kind of similar to a tapas style restaurant, we wound up sharing a bunch of smaller dishes. As a fan of spicy drinks the snoz-berry was very unique with just the right amount of sweet and heat. For food we had the gnocchi salad, crispy pork belly, oysters on a half, bone marrow and a Peruvian goat dish that was a special. Everything was delicious but my favorite had to be the bone marrow! Our server was very knowledgable and friendly. Overall A+, great experience, definitely recommend eating here!

I stopped in just after they reopened for dinner around 5pm and got to choose where to sit! I’ll try to make this simple and easy to follow: If they ask if you want bread, respond«yes». It’s warm, soft, and served with butter. Why would you say no? The Roasted Sprouts are yummy! I got it without bacon and found it to have a nice sweet and salty balance with a nice crunch from the hazelnuts. The Vegetable Risotto is a real winner. There were plenty of vegetables(squash, tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms) in the dish, and a nice herb that definitely added a nice texture contrast to the dish. Mom had the Beef Flat Iron and loved it. She got it medium said the steak was very tender and there was no blood! The potatoes were crisped to perfection on the outside, but still soft inside. Pear Crisp — warm slices of pear with minimal oatmeal on the bottom, layered with crushed hazelnuts, and topped off with a berry sherbet. This is the perfect dessert if you’re looking for something to satisfy that sweet tooth without the overwhelmingly sweet aspect to it. The portions were fairly generous. I could not finish my Vegetable Risotto(I ate about ½) and my mom couldn’t finish her potatoes. The service here was spot on. The guy helping us was friendly and helpful in making entrée choices. The owners were very kind and focused on ensuring that their customers were satisfied. I said I would try to make it easy and simple, so here: Every food item here tastes excellent, choose the one that catches your eye first, order it, and thoroughly enjoy it.
