The drive thru always takes forever, hence why we never come here. We just stick with taco Bueno down the street!

every time i go to this location… i order the same thing the same way… and every time… they make my order wrong!!!
especially late at night!!! the girl and guy that are usually there are making goo goo eyes at one another instead of paying attention to orders!!!

This Taco Cabana has the WORST service ever. They must not be staffed properly because they are severely slow. Doesn’t matter if it’s the drive-​thru or inside, they are S L O W!

Sometimes when we use the drive thru the wait can be long, but the food has been consistently good.
I am pretty sure they are having issues with turnover. So many new people all the time. We are always patient because they are trying to train everyone.
The bottom line is the food has been worth the wait.

SUN 25 Jan 2015 1010am. There is a COMPLETE lack of urgency in the drive thru. We have been stuck in line here for 22 minutes waiting to get 2 potato and egg tacos. We had to wait 3 MORE minutes AFTER we paid. INCREDIBLE LACK OF URGENCY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. the cashier was not polite either — she was very abrupt with us. «You want salsa?» Is not how I expect to be greeted — no hello no sorry for the wait, just «want salsa». AM I IN NYC? Best: she took our money and bellowed into the kitchen, «who is covering drive thru? Anybody?» She got a response of THREE names of cooks who were doing DT orders, then slammed the window and we waited 3 more minutes for basic tacos. DO NOT COME THROUGH HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY TO GET TO CHURCH– you won’t make it.
