Taco Bell is awesome because it’s cheap and filling, but when you get a burrito and they’re half empty it’s just dumb. I know it’s a $ 1 or $ 2 burrito and I should not be expecting anything grand, but I do expect it to have something inside of it.
I want a burrito, not a tortilla with a smudge of ingredients. Normally I don’t have this issue.
Maybe it’s because it was late at night? Who knows. Hopefully next time it won’t be that way.

This Taco Bell does a great job! The food is always fresh, now the staff on the other hand could be a bit more friendly. They seem to want to cut you off after you order a 2 – 3 items. Other than that they’re great.

Just went to this location and am amazed at the treatment I just received. I was wanting to order a few tacos in the drive through, and no matter how loud I was speaking, they claimed to not hear me, which became frustrating for both parties. I get to the window, pay for my food, check that’s it all in the bag, and the manager (blonde with a ponytail) became very hostile towards for doing so and kept trying to scoot me along while making snarky remarks and facial expressions. WILL NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN.

Don’t even bother coming here. Although I can’t remember any time they’ve ever messed up my order, the customer service is so poor I’d rather drive 10 extra miles in order to avoid this one. The people that work here are so ghetto, and so is the location!

This place is the worst! While visiting this location I had to repeat my order 3x to a cashier. Got to the window and my total was 4.81. I gave the cashier a 20 and told her I had a penny. Well she rings it up any way, so proceed to hand her the penny she tells me its to late she all ready rung it up! Okay so you obviously just do not know how to count money. Well I get my sons tacos and they were not even right. So I see the manager and tell him to cone over. I started telling him what’s wrong with my order and he interrupted me just to argue how his emplyee is right. Customer service? Dont think so! Will never return!

This is the most ghetto Taco Bell I have ever been to. I went to the drive thru and the girl answering was so disrespectful and rude I didn’t even complete my order I drove right on through. The Taco Bell off of Northwest Drive in Garland is far better!

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Every time I go here I go at around 7:45pm when I’m on my way home from work. And every single time the person is extremely rude through the intercom and then when i get to the window the employees don’t say anything to me just takes my card and hands it right back to me. They’re obviously too busy talking and conversing with each other to care about their customers. Then when I eventually get my food it’s wrong. I always order the same thing one chicken quesadilla with extra sauce and i either get absolutely no sauce or just a tiny bit. I don’t know what goes on at this taco bell but at night it’s a mess.

This Taco Bell has the worst service that I have ever seen! Their food is always old, & it’s very rare that they even give you what you order. Don’t waste your time here. There’s a Taco Casa right down the street.
