Moe’s Southwest Grill

I frequent Moe’s as often as I can but this was my first time to visit this one. Moe’s took the fat Sam & Alfredo Garcia (both fajitas) off the menu a few years back. Some locations will gladly still make them for you if you ask and others aren’t aware that they exist. The employee who served me here, Michael, was not aware of the Alfredo Garcia but went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted. He said, we don’t have that on the menu but just tell me what it is and I’ll do whatever it takes to make you what you’d like. Here is the prime example of an exemplary employee that cares about the customer. If I could find them; I’d hire 100 clones of Michael. A guy that’s cares about his performance and the company is a hard thing to find and certainly worth paying top dollar for. Epitome of customer service. Food was great to boot!
