Waffle House

I tried to eat here at 11pm on Sat. May 28, but the service was so incredibly slow that I walked out. Very bad experience. I learned that not all Waffle House restaurants are alike! Sometimes they are very bad.

Not as good as other WH I’ve been to. Super lazy staff. All they did was sit down and chat. The WH further south on 95 is much better.

Decent, cheap food. The servers are extremely nice and the food comes fast. It’s not supposed to be a 5 star place, so as long as you’re not expecting that, you will be fine.

Came on a Saturday evening.
Decided to check it out with my toddler. Place was nice and quiet. Had a few people in the restaurant.
The service wasn’t the best. But the employees were extremely friendly.
I ordered 1 waffle and bacon with a side of egg for my little on.
I ordered a waffle with bacon and eggs sunny side up.
They made a fresh cup of decaf coffee for me!
Everything was extremely fresh!
The waffles were amazing.
It was soft and sweet.
They gave you a butter and jelly on the side.
It was a quiet place for my son and I to grab a new type of dinner.
Will be coming back!

I have been here maybe 10 times over the last 2 years, and I mist get the pecan waffles every time. Ordering your hash browns with onions, cheese, bacon on it is da bomb good food at great prices. Only thing it can get busy, but it’s worth the weight. When busy you often have to park on ther side of building. Can be a pain, but it is what it is. It is ²⁴⁄₇ so eat waffles whenever!

Hot Damn… I love Waffle House in all it’s sticky, greasy, 50’s throwback menu and friendly overbearing service… This location being no different.
Let’s be honest, the food is not the greatest or the quality the best but what Waffle House offers regardless of who you are or if you just drove 10 hours from New Jersey is a immediate welcoming feeling that you’ve been dining there all your life…
Love The Waffle House…

One of the cleanest and quickest Waffle Houses I’ve ever been to. I had the eggs and cheese (scrambled eggs with cheese, choice of meat, raisin toast and choice of grits or hashed browns). Mine came out with white toast instead of raisin, but I didn’t mind. The grits are my favorite! They’re not universally loved, I think a lot of people have issues with the texture, but I love them. They were hot and buttery! The service was super friendly and very fast. I felt great after stopping here before a long road trip home.

The food may not be gourmet, but it’s cheap, filling, and yummy, and the service is head and shoulders above any higher-​end chain, breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

My first experience at Waffle House was bad. I went late evening to meet a friend. It was extremely hot and i was told the ac could not be changed. The radio was far too loud and i was told the volume could not be changed or turned off. The only cleaned booth had their cell phones charging on it which they finally removed when we chose to sit there. Service was slow which was a problem since i wanted to get out of the noisy, hot environment. I decided to only order coffee since i was nervous to stay any longer. It was like they were a group of friends hanging out while getting paid. Maybe this is the bad apple of the chain.
SInce then, I did go to another one with someone who swore Waffle house can be good., The other store was much nicer, friendlier environment, nice service and the food was good especially considering the price

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Poor service! They were full so they sat us down in the waiting chairs and totally forgot about us. Got up and walked out and the lady that sat us down just stood there without even trying to make us stay. And that’s with two tables available for seating.

Went here for the first time he other night, and I can’t explain how amazing this food is.

I ordered a chocolate chip waffle and it was amazing! I loved being able to watch the cooks prepare our food right in front of us. It’s a little dirty, but it just needs a renovation. Love all the waitresses! Please make sure to tip well. I feel as if a lot of customers don’t tip what they should.

While staying at a local hotel, we came for a quick breakfast. I had a pecan waffle, bacon, eggs, hash browns and toast. Pretty basic meal at a pretty basic, small diner. The pecan waffle was a bit softer than I preferred, but otherwise pretty good. I loved the fact that they had homemade hash browns from real potatoes– it makes a big difference! The server was awesome and had a bubbly personality. Their breakfast was just average. Nothing special but it hit the spot and filled us up before a long hike. The check was $ 21 for two All Star Breakfast meals. They do have a lunch and dinner portion on the tiny menu. Honestly, if you are looking for a hearty breakfast– head 5 mins down the road to ihop.

Good stuff! Hash browns are done right with great toppings. Tables are a little small for for full combos, but you manage. Bacon is thin but tasty.
Staff didn’t seem to be getting along with each other or maybe just horsing around. They really need to sweep the floors though, dirty, gritty. parking lot was cleaner. Behind the counter seemed busy and not cleaned either, but it was after peak time.

Fantastic. People. Food. Servers. My first time was everything it was cracked up to be along with smothered, crispy hashbrowns.

The service is quick, waitresses are friendly, location is convenient due to accessible exit off 95 south. Open 24 hours a day. Hadn’t been to a waffle house in ages but definitely comforting. A large meal for two totaled in under $ 10 pre-​tip. Great waffles & sausage biscuts.

Guess you got to know what to order. I had a Texas steak sandwich with a order of hashbrowns that was good. But her eggs had a funky aftertaste. So the eggs were trashed. The girls got a waffle which was okay and pork chops she said was very good.
Coffee is good, and the help was nice. Not many choices to go to eat in the area at that hour we were there,

If it were possible to give a restaurant 6 stars, this would be it. The Waffle House is – hands down — the greatest fast food chain of all time. If you haven’t been, then I couldn’t recommend it more highly. They cook their eggs in a cast iron skillet and clean it with a paper towel and salt. The coffee is great, too. This place is legit.

Good southern hospitality… As normal they greeted us when we walked in the door… The waitress was not as attentive as most Waffle house waitress normally are. I had to get up and ask another waitress to get water for us, I wanted to ask for butter for waffles but she was nowhere be found other than that the hash browns with onions were delicious, the scrambled eggs were cooked to Waffle House prefection, the jalapeño biscuits had just the right amount of heat and the coffee was fresh.

This was a pretty fantastic waffle house. The food was as fresh as it can be and cooked perfect. The service was quick and efficient. The staff was so nice and having fun with one another while still being professional. For a pitstop on a road trip it was perfect because we got a good hot meal and we were finished in about 45 minutes.
